Communist Tactician Podesta to Obama: Ignore Voters & Congress – abuse Executive Powers

A Communist’s Work Is Never Done

How many of you have heard John Podesta is a Communist? You can identify a communist by who he keeps company with ( Podesta recently hired Communist Van Jones) and by the nature of their actions and stated Un-American views (emphasis mine):

From Red-Alerts:

Surprise! Center for American Progress head and George Soros lackey John Podesta thinks Obam’s inability to run America Hugo Chavez style and the American people’s ability to have input into policy decisions “sucks” and makes him very unhappy. Podesta has had a long career of circumventing the Constitution that lefty loyalists would like Americans to forget but Podesta isn’t concerned that his nascent Communism comes to the fore.

After all most progressives are Communists themselves.

From the Daily Caller:

Former President Bill Clinton’s chief of staff John Podesta, now the head of the Center for American Progress, called on President Obama to push forward with his agenda using federal agencies and executive branch power Tuesday, even though Democrats were dealt a blow in the recent midterm elections. Podesta said the American people want the president to move forward with his agenda.“I think most of the conversation since the election has been about how President Obama adjusts to the new situation on Capitol Hill,” Podesta said. “While that’s an important conversation, it simply ignores the president’s ability to use all levels of his power and authority to move the country forward.”

Citing his experience in Clinton’s White House after the GOP House takeover of 1994, Podesta said Obama’s administration “can and should take” the specific measures detailed in a report released by the Center for American Progress, utilizing all the tools at its disposal to circumvent Congress in a way to keep his agenda moving forward.

“One of the best ways for the Obama administration to achieve results of that nature, in the short term, is through substantial executive authority to make and implement policy,” Podesta said. “As noted in the Constitution and the laws of the United States give the president the ability and the responsibility to act as the chief executive using authorities granted to all presidents such as executive orders, rule-makings, agency management and public-private partnerships.”

So… the extremist socialist/progressive/communist power players are lecturing Obama to put the good of the Communist Party’s goals ahead of the Democrat Party and the country and push on with the Economy Destruction and Class Warfare Inciting agendas which are chapter and verse right out of Karl Marx’s Communist Manifesto.

Soros advises Obama to use forceful measures to override the will of the people
By Ed Lasky for American Thinker

George Soros funds the Center for American Progress, which has been characterized as Barack Obama’s Ideas Factory. John Podesta, its head, led the transition team when Barack Obama became President. The Center has also become a hiring hall for the Obama team, filling its positions with former employees (among these was controversial Van Jones — who now is back at the Center).

Apparently, George Soros and his Center are upset that the American people placed a roadblock in their plans when we rose up and painted the nation red. The Center now is providing a blueprint of ways Barack Obama can do an end run around the people’s will by resorting to methods that will strike many of us as being improper-to say the least. Relying on executive orders, interpretation of regulations, rule -making and the like they are collectively a recipe for even more power being assumed by President Obama.

Guess who is profiting off TSA body scanners? George Soros!

george_soros Honestly, don’t tell me you are surprised! Four days after the failed Christmas day crotch bomber last year, a company called Rapiscan got a $165 million contract for the new body image or “naked” scanners. According to the Washington Examiner, Rapiscan’s lobbyists include Susan Carr. She was a former senior legislative aide to Rep. David Price, (Democrat-North Carolina). Price was chairman of the Homeland Security Subcommittee. Now the Examiner also reveals that none other than George Soros just so happens to own 11,300 shares of stock in the company that owns Rapiscan.

Fantastic news, looks like pelosi is going to lead the next progressive charge.
There could not be better news.
She is one of the most hated people in congress
It’s always easier to defeat an enemy when they have an albatross like the Nancy, the wicked witch of the west pelosi, around their neck
And talk about dividing the dem party, what better person.
It is very clear, the Dem’s are the new communist party.

  15. Foxwood says:

    Good afternoon Orca!

Yes Nancy is a good choice for the Dems. Gives us a great target to aim at.

  16. tellitlikeitis says:

I am glad Soros is being exposed. That must be driving him crazy. It’s becoming harder for him to live in the shadows and just pull the strings. We’ve got his number and we need to put his commie organizations out of business.

  17. tellitlikeitis says:

I am glad Nancy is still in the game. I believe Pelosi, Obama, and Reid will help put the final death nail in the coffin of the democrat/socialist party in 2012.

  18. Orca says:

VF said, “Soros is the most evil man in the United States”
The sad thing is that not sure that is true with so many competing progressives running for that title.
It gets even more tricky if you include born as a woman candidates.
While I would not question if the guy is at or near the top, still just so many to chose from

  19. tellitlikeitis says:

I think it is a great idea from now on to refer to the democrats as communists. We need to keep them out of the closet. There is nothing democratic about their party whatsoever..

  20. Orca says:

In fighter pilot language Telli, I believe it is called ,”a target rich environment”
So many progressives so little time, ah well
What ever will we do when they slink back under that rock in 2012

  21. tellitlikeitis says:

Orca, It’s called keep pushing and causing the enemy to retreat to the point where they have no place left to retreat and then you wipe them out. If you want to win a fight you have to keep pummeling your opponent until you knock them out.

  22. Orca says:

Tellit said,”I am glad Nancy is still in the game. I believe Pelosi, Obama, and Reid will help put the final death nail in the coffin of the democrat/socialist party in 2012.”
I say not so, everyone knows Zombies cannot die, we may force them back in the coffin and nail it shut they they will always be there ready to spring forth on the unknowing, or the non vigilant .
They await in their coffins to spring forth, to put their cold clammy hands on our countries throat in an attempt to destroy it.
We must not think winning an election means we can lay down our keyboards and mouse pads.

  23. Orca says:

I do not think anyone here would argue that Pelosi, Obama, and Reid are as close to the real thing straight from hell, as is likely one to find

  24. tellitlikeitis says:

Orca said: ” We must not think winning an election means we can lay down our keyboards and mouse pads.” You are right! We can’t and we won’t! We are in the beginning stages of a long battle.

  27. Foxwood says:

Sarah Palin says she is seriously considering a run for the White House, and she believes she could beat President Obama in 2012, the former Alaska governor told ABC News’ Barbara Walters.

“I’m looking at the lay of the land now, and … trying to figure that out, if it’s a good thing for the country, for the discourse, for my family, if it’s a good thing,” Palin said in an interview scheduled to air in full Dec. 9 on ABC as part of Walters’ “10 Most Fascinating People” of 2010.

Asked Walters: “If you ran for president, could you beat Barack Obama?”

    “I believe so,” Palin said.

Watch the full Sarah Palin interview Dec. 9 at 10 p.m. on “Barbara Walters’ 10 Most Fascinating People”

Although Palin remains undecided about whether to run, the 2008 vice presidential nominee has now made clear in two interviews this week that she is seriously considering it.

In a profile to be published in the upcoming New York Times Magazine, Palin told reporter Robert Draper “I am,” when asked if she was weighing a 2012 run. “I’m engaged in the internal deliberations candidly, and having that discussion with my family, because my family is the most important consideration here.”

Palin said her decision would involve “evaluating whether she could bring unique qualities to the table,” admitting the biggest challenge would be proving her record.

“I know that a hurdle I would have to cross, that some other potential candidates wouldn’t have to cross right out of the chute, is proving my record,” the former Alaska governor told Draper. “That’s the most frustrating thing for me — the warped and perverted description of my record and what I’ve accomplished over the last two decades.

“It’s been much more perplexing to me than where the lamestream media has wanted to go about my personal life. And other candidates haven’t faced these criticisms the way I have.”

Palin also addressed criticisms that, by avoiding the media, she is partially responsible for the public’s perception of her. “I’m on television nearly every single day with reporters. … Now granted, that’s mainly through my job at Fox News, and I’m very proud to be associated with them, but I’m not avoiding anything or anybody.

“I’m on Facebook and Twitter. I’m out there. I want to talk about my record, though.”

The 2008 vice presidential nominee also recognized that, “yes, the organization would have to change. … I’d have to bring in more people — more people who are trustworthy.”

Draper’s story, “The Palin Network,” details the inner workings of the Palin political machine, which Draper described as a “guerrilla organization.”

“The issue of trust informs Sarah Palin’s every dealing with the world beyond Wasilla since her circular-firing-squad experience at the close of the 2008 presidential campaign,” Draper wrote. “Her inner circle shuns the media and would speak to me only after Palin authorized it, a process that took months.

“They are content to labor in a world without hierarchy or even job descriptions — ‘None of us has titles,’ [Palin’s political adviser Andrew] Davis said — and where the adhesive is a personal devotion to Palin rather than the furtherance of her political career.”

Senators and TSA Defend “Love Pats” at Airports
TSA Chief Admits Screenings are “Invasive” But Says They’re Necessary to Stay Ahead of Terrorists’ New, Non-Metallic Weapons

(CBS) Transportation Safety Administration chief John Pistole and several senators from both parties defended the new, enhanced airport security screening procedures as necessary in the face of a persistent and evolving terrorist threat in a hearing Wednesday on Capitol Hill.

Pistole, calm and confident in the face of an increasing public outcry against the procedures, talked extensively about the repercussions of last year’s attempted Christmas Day bombing being the impetus for the enhanced screenings before the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee, TSA’s oversight committee.

“We know the terrorists’ intent is still there,” Pistole testified. “We are using technology and protocols to stay ahead of the threat and keep you safe. (Several near-misses by terrorists on airplane bombings) got through security because we were not being thorough enough in our pat-downs.”

Sen. Claire McCaskill of Missouri said prior to Pistole’s testimony that she believed TSA was in a “damned if you do, damned if you don’t” situation, because people would be hopping mad at TSA if Christmas bomber Umar Farouk Adbulmutallab had succeeded. She went on to say the new advanced imaging technology–which has caused uproar because of its leave-no-secrets imaging and potential health risks–is more of a blessing than a curse.

“I’m wildly excited that I can walk through a machine instead of getting my dose of love pats,” Sen. McCaskill said.
Both senators and Pistole acknowledged the public concern that has made mini-celebrities out of some passengers who have opposed the new imaging scans and enhanced pat-downs. Pistole, a former FBI agent, went so far as to say he submitted himself to the pat-downs and found them to be “more invasive than what I was used to.”

Senator George LeMieux of Florida agreed they were invasive, saying they had gone too far and that he “wouldn’t want (his) wife to go through these pat-downs.” He even suggested looking more at the Israeli model of behavioral profiling in airport screenings, which has been largely successful but also criticized as racist.

However, Pistole defended the pat-downs because of the next generation of “non-metallic” explosives currently being used by terrorists.

In an effort to address privacy and health concerns from travelers, Pistole said TSA is working on developing next-generation imaging equipment that will only show screening agents “anomalies” on top of stick figures, rather than detailed naked figures.

Currently, all passengers going through airport security are asked to submit to a full body image scan when it is available, Pistole said. The body scan images are seen by a single agent in a closed room who cannot see the face of the person in the machine and who cannot bring any cellphones or cameras into the image viewing room. If passengers refuse the body scan, they are offered a private pat-down, which is based on a thorough–some say invasive–technique used by police nationwide. Pistole emphasized that children under the age of 12 are excused from the enhanced pat-downs.

“We are on the last line of defense of the U.S. government,” Pistole said. “I hope (these screening techniques) are a deterrence.”

Man Shoots TV Over Bristol’s ‘Dancing’ Routine

A SWAT team posted up outside a home in Wisconsin yesterday — after a shotgun toting 67-year-old man blasted his TV because he was so enraged with Bristol Palin’s performance on “Dancing with the Stars.”

Local authorities claim Steven Cowan (left) told officers that he felt Palin was not a good dancer and that she was only on the show because of her famous mother.

Officials say Cowan was so pissed after Monday’s show — that he fired at his television set and then aimed the gun at his wife … though she managed to escape the house.

The SWAT team surrounded the home — but negotiators were able to talk Cowan into surrendering early Tuesday morning. Authorities claim Cowan suffers from bipolar disorder.

Cowan was charged with 2nd degree reckless endangerment and could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

    EDITORIAL: Big Sister’s police state
TSA’s tyrannical tactics threaten American freedoms

    By THE WASHINGTON TIMES
    The Washington Times

    8:01 p.m., Tuesday, November 16, 2010
MugshotUnited Press International Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said Monday the TSA is “doing what we need to do to protect the traveling public.”
    Question of the Day
Do you think the proposed ban on ‘pork-barrel’ spending in Congress will succeed?

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has crossed the line. As if subjecting millions of Americans to X-rated x-ray scans and public groping sessions weren’t bad enough, the agency now threatens $11,000 in fines against anyone refusing to submit to humiliation at the airport.

Oceanside, Calif., resident John Tyner found this out after he posted on YouTube a video of his degrading encounter with TSA screeners. Mr. Tyner’s catchy phrase, “If you touch my junk, I’ll have you arrested,” spread quickly, thanks to attention provided by the Drudge Report. TSA was not amused, and an official announced Monday that Mr. Tyner faces punishment for leaving the airport without submitting to the high-tech or low-tech molestation options.

The term is not used lightly. Under 18 U.S. Code Section 2244, ” ‘sexual contact’ means the intentional touching, either directly or through the clothing, of the genitalia, anus, groin, breast, inner thigh or buttocks of any person with an intent to abuse, humiliate, harass, degrade.” It’s no coincidence that TSA initiated sexual-contact pat-downs after fliers began to refuse the pornographic scanners. There can be no question that when threats of civil punishment are used to ensure compliance, those encounters with the TSA lose their status as a voluntary transaction. It’s even more outrageous that these unnecessary searches are being conducted on children.

There’s also no doubt that some rogue TSA agents seek self-gratification at the expense of passengers. In January, a TSA agent planted white powder in the bags of passengers, according to documents posted on the Smoking Gun website. Apparently, scaring members of the public into thinking they were being busted for smuggling drugs made for a good “joke.” The new screening rules open yet more opportunities for the worst elements at TSA.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano insists that anyone who has a problem with the state of affairs simply shouldn’t fly. Unelected bureaucrats like Ms. Napolitano – known across the blogosphere as Big Sister – have no business making decisions that touch upon such a fundamental right as the ability of innocent citizens to travel freely. In Ms. Napolitano’s view, Americans wishing to visit family and friends across the country exercise a privilege granted by the government. Air travel is no longer a free transaction between a member of the public and an airline.

Once freedom at airports is “locked down,” it’s inevitable that TSA will next target buses, trains and the Metro. After all, al Qaeda has attacked each of these modes of transportation in other parts of the world. Strict controls on internal travel is the hallmark of a police state.

No matter how invasive TSA searches become, there’s no guarantee anything the agency does will prevent a terrorist attack. A balance must be struck between reasonable security measures and the maintenance of a free society. These decisions cannot be made by Obama administration officials without involving the public in the discussions. Many Tea Party candidates standing for election earlier this month promised they were going to “take our country back.” Stopping TSA would be a good first step.

  60. Orca says:

It is my understanding Bill Clinton suddenly wants to work for TSA

  61. Foxwood says:

Orca, he’ll need a sneeze screen, or in his case, a sleeze screen, to keep the stains off of the passengers.

  62. m2 says:

Sooo… this is a good post.

But none of it is new to me. I had these assholes figure out long before he was elected. I upset some friends when I told them that Democrats sold their souls to the devil and were existing somewhere in the 9th circle of Dante’s Inferno.

Those people were so upset. Oh my oh my. How dare I say the Democrats in Power have taken the party to hell.

Well look at it now. Surely there is nothing more evil in this world than a Communist.

Napolitano: The Ball’s In My Court Now
    by Ann Coulter
    Posted 11/17/2010 ET

After the 9/11 attacks, when 19 Muslim terrorists — 15 from Saudi Arabia, two from the United Arab Emirates and one each from Egypt and Lebanon, 14 with “al” in their names — took over commercial aircraft with box-cutters, the government banned sharp objects from planes.

Airport security began confiscating little old ladies’ knitting needles and breaking the mouse-sized nail files off of passengers’ nail clippers. Surprisingly, no decrease in the number of hijacking attempts by little old ladies and manicurists was noted.

After another Muslim terrorist, Richard Reid, AKA Tariq Raja, AKA Abdel Rahim, AKA Abdul Raheem, AKA Abu Ibrahim, AKA Sammy Cohen (which was only his eHarmony alias), tried to blow up a commercial aircraft with explosive-laden sneakers, the government prohibited more than 3 ounces of liquid from being carried on airplanes.

All passengers were required to take off their shoes for special security screening, which did not thwart a single terrorist attack, but made airport security checkpoints a lot smellier.

After Muslim terrorist Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab of Nigeria tried to detonate explosive material in his underwear over Detroit last Christmas, the government began requiring nude body scans at airports.

The machines, which cannot detect chemicals or plastic, would not have caught the diaper bomber. So, again, no hijackers were stopped, but being able to see passengers in the nude boosted the morale of airport security personnel by 22 percent.

After explosives were inserted in two ink cartridges and placed on a plane headed to the United States from the Muslim nation of Yemen, the government banned printer cartridges from all domestic flights, resulting in no improvement in airport security, while requiring ink cartridges who traveled to take Amtrak.

So when the next Muslim terrorist, probably named Abdul Ahmed al Shehri, places explosives in his anal cavity, what is the government going to require then? (If you’re looking for a good investment opportunity, might I suggest rubber gloves?)

Last year, a Muslim attempting to murder Prince Mohammed bin Nayef of Saudi Arabia blew himself up with a bomb stuck up his anus. Fortunately, this didn’t happen near an airport, or Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano would now be requiring full body cavity searches to fly.

You can’t stop a terrorist attack by searching for the explosives any more than you can stop crime by taking away everyone’s guns.

In the 1970s, liberal ideas on crime swept the country. Gun owners were treated like criminals while actual criminals were coddled and released. If only we treated criminals with dignity and respect and showed them the system was fair, liberals told us, criminals would reward us with good behavior.

As is now well known, crime exploded in the ’70s. It took decades of conservative law-and-order policies to get crime back to near-1950s levels.

It’s similarly pointless to treat all Americans as if they’re potential terrorists while trying to find and confiscate anything that could be used as a weapon. We can’t search all passengers for explosives because Muslims stick explosives up their anuses. (Talk about jobs Americans just won’t do.)

You have to search for the terrorists.

Fortunately, that’s the one advantage we have in this war. In a lucky stroke, all the terrorists are swarthy, foreign-born, Muslim males. (Think: “Guys Madonna would date.”)

This would give us a major leg up — if only the country weren’t insane.

Is there any question that we’d be looking for Swedes if the 9/11 terrorists, the shoe bomber, the diaper bomber and the printer cartridge bomber had all been Swedish? If the Irish Republican Army were bombing our planes, wouldn’t we be looking for people with Irish surnames and an Irish appearance?

Only because the terrorists are Muslims do we pretend not to notice who keeps trying to blow up our planes.

It would be harder to find Swedes or Irish boarding commercial airliners in the U.S. than Muslims. Swarthy foreigners stand out like a sore thumb in an airport. The American domestic flying population is remarkably homogenous. An airport is not a Sears department store.

Only about a third of all Americans flew even once in the last year, and only 7 percent took more than four round trips. The majority of airline passengers are middle-aged, middle-class, white businessmen with about a million frequent flier miles. I’d wager that more than 90 percent of domestic air travelers were born in the U.S.

If the government did nothing more than have a five-minute conversation with the one passenger per flight born outside the U.S., you’d need 90 percent fewer Transportation Security Administration agents and airlines would be far safer than they are now.

Instead, Napolitano just keeps ordering more invasive searches of all passengers, without exception — except members of Congress and government officials, who get VIP treatment, so they never know what she’s doing to the rest of us.

Two weeks ago, Napolitano ordered TSA agents to start groping women’s breasts and all passengers’ genitalia — children, nuns and rape victims, everyone except government officials and members of Congress. (Which is weird because Dennis Kucinich would like it.)

“Please have your genitalia out and ready to be fondled when you approach the security checkpoint.”

This is the punishment for refusing the nude body scan for passengers who don’t want to appear nude on live video or are worried about the skin cancer risk of the machines — risks acknowledged by the very Johns Hopkins study touted by the government.

It is becoming increasingly obvious that we need to keep the government as far away from airport security as possible, and not only because Janet Napolitano did her graduate work in North Korea.

    Hey VF.
Thought you’d like this quote from S.E. Cupp on Sarah:

“For her fans, like the ones I had the pleasure of meeting in Chicago, she’s refreshingly upbeat and resilient, the bubbly friend from childhood who was always great at cheering you up and cheerleading you on.

But for her detractors, nothing raises the ire of cynical liberals more than a happy-go-lucky, totally unburdened, freethinking and self-assured conservative woman who has everything she wants and then some. And without anyone’s help.”

Bob Mack, SE Cupp sums it up so well. Sarah is extremely likable as is Bristol.

It is festering jealousy of the malignant which feeds the hatred.

That Sarah is unapologetic enrages them even more, for it is proof that they are powerless.

The only thing that can stop Sarah is people who write off her chances because dirtbags hate her. How stupidly Karl Rovian is that?

M2, I see that murderer Ahmed Ghailani, Gitmo detainee, was acquitted of all but 1 charge in N.Y. This after that racist Holder pulled the trial from Gitmo and make a show of trying him as a civilian saying he would get convicted of capital murder.

This is going to be added to the bubbling scandal of the DOJ crimes re: New Black Panthers case.

Ahmed should have been tried in Texas.
Holder is just another example of Obamas’ attempt to destroy this country’s stature on the world stage.
The republicans that take power in January should create a nightmare for this administration on a level that they could never imagine by constantly dragging them before the house and senate.
Time to make the Chicago mafia dance to the music.

  81. Orca says:

Is the problem with commissar Holder that he is isolated from reality, it is a given that as a progressive is is mentally impaired, but he gives the impression that he thinks like most criminals, nobody will figure it out, nobody knows, nobody will find out.
This seems to be a basic tennant to be a member of obama’s inter circle
Simply look at commissar Janet Napoleon, of the American version of the NKVD, it is the same, she thinks like a criminal, nobody will figure it out, nobody knows ect.
What happened to reality, or is it just that with the belief that all power flows from the government and everything is subject to the government’s power without limit.

  82. AFVET says:

    Orca, they think we’re stupid.
Nothing funnier than a stupid criminal.
They have worked for years to get to this point of power, and by God, the American people are going to pull the gold ring back just as they feel that they can grasp it.
It must be frustrating for them to say the least.
Personally, I am enjoying the game.
In 2012, we better be ready to finish the deal.

What Happened to the Land of the Free?
    by Harry Browne

America once was unique in all the history of the world.

It wasn’t its natural resources, the character of its people, or its beauty that made it special. Other countries could boast of similar things.

The essence of America was an abundance of something rarely found in other countries: freedom from government.

Airports consider congressman’s call to ditch TSA
By MIKE SCHNEIDER and RAY HENRY – Fri Nov 19, 1:16 am ET

ATLANTA – In a climate of Internet campaigns to shun airport pat-downs and veteran pilots suing over their treatment by government screeners, some airports are considering another way to show dissatisfaction: Ditching TSA agents altogether.

Federal law allows airports to opt for screeners from the private sector instead. The push is being led by a powerful Florida congressman who’s a longtime critic of the Transportation Security Administration and counts among his campaign contributors some of the companies who might take the TSA’s place.
