Professional Left to Obama: You don’t need congress to destroy the economy

Been curious as to future tactics coming from the Socialists following their defeat in the mid-term election on Nov 2, 2010?

We don’t need no stinkin’ Congress to push economy killing Extremist Progressive Agendas on an unwilling American Majority and their weak economy. They are our ‘ENEMY’ and we are gonna ‘PUNISH’ them.

There are flaws we conservatives can exploit in the ideas being put forth by these scumbagging Socialists. Bending existing law… is “bending outside the spirit of the law” and Executive Orders issued by a president does not constitute the creating or elimination of laws.

Also, there is the matter of the ability of Congressional denial of additional funding of new progressive agendas such as using the EPA to tax all Americans and US Companies on a per carbon molecule basis. That would require 20,000 additional federal employees to fully implement.

Here is a sample of their Extremist Socialist Christmas Secular/Atheistic/Anarchistic/Islam Hugging/Israel Hating/Joblessness Ignoring Wish List:

  • Attack Banks with bullying and over-regulating enforcement
  • Global Warming – Cap & Trade goals via back door EPA gimmicks
  • Illegal Alien Amnesty via  back-door State Dept/DHS gimmicks
  • Attack Conservative Campaign Financing with Astroturf protesting, lamestream media attacks daily and frivolous lawsuits
  • Use Leftist DOJ and Leftist Courts as Aggressors against Businesses
  • Beat Up Israel and force them out of Israel Lands
  • Withdraw from Afghanistan and let the Taliban/Al Qaeda have it and Pakistan
  • Institute new backdoor over-regulating tactics which favor Unions and punish non-Union businesses in awarding Government Contracts
  • Start Propagandizing for Higher Minimum Wages to make low income workers think the Conservatives are against them and ignore the fact that the higher minimum wage goes, the higher the resulting loss of jobs.
  • Lean on Business to force them to spend their capital in a bad economic situation which can waste reserved capital

Soros-Sponsored Candidates, Ballot Initiatives Go Down on Election Day

Election night was a bad night for Democrats. It was even worse for their financiers.

Billionaire George Soros, the Hungarian-born businessman known for bankrolling liberal causes, saw a slew of his pet projects and candidates get wiped out in the Republican-red tide on Tuesday.

Not only did Soros-sponsored call the results “devastating,” his Secretary of State Project suffered its worst losses since its founding in 2006.

The Secretary of State Project, which sprouted out of the Soros-backed Democracy Alliance, was built as a vehicle to support “reform-minded” candidates for secretary of state. Since these often-overlooked officials have authority over state election rules, they can play a huge role in close or disputed political contests.

Though the initiative went four-for-four in the 2008 election, only two of its seven endorsed candidates won their races on Tuesday. The trend coincided with historic losses for Democrats at the state and federal level. Republicans seized the U.S. House of Representatives, picked up at least six seats in the U.S. Senate, won a majority of the gubernatorial races and made a net gain of more than 500 state-level legislative seats.

The Secretary of State Project, in a message to supporters on its home page, chalked up its losses to the overarching electoral trend.

“2010 was a tough year. We helped re-elect Mark Ritchie in Minnesota and Debra Bowen in California, but our candidates in other states — incumbents and challengers alike — were all defeated in the Republican wave election,” the group said.

Ritchie, who beat Republican Dan Severson, gained notoriety among conservatives during the recount for the 2008 Minnesota Senate election, which he eventually handed to Al Franken over Republican Norm Coleman. Ritchie could soon have another recount on his hands with the close and undecided gubernatorial race between Mark Dayton and Tom Emmer.

Republican secretaries of state have taken their fair share of criticism too, most notably Katherine Harris for her handling of the 2000 presidential election count in Florida.

The Secretary of State Project was launched to install sympathetic officials in key battleground states. But on Election Day, their endorsed candidates lost in Ohio, South Dakota, Michigan, Colorado and Iowa. Overall, Republicans won 17 of the 26 secretary of state seats on the ballot, representing a net gain of six for the GOP. Those six takeovers include the key swing states of Ohio and Colorado.

A pair of Soros-funded ballot measures also went down on the West Coast. California’s Proposition 19, which would have legalized personal marijuana use, was defeated despite a $1 million infusion by Soros. His contributions to Proposition 27, which would have given the state’s legislature redistricting power, also were not enough to put it over the top. A competing measure to give redistricting authority to a citizens commission passed instead.

Olbermann Suspended Indefinitely for Political Contributions
    tellitlikeitis | November 5, 2010 at 2:21 pm |

UPDATE: Olbermann suspended for Dem contributions
    CNN By: CNN Political Unit

(CNN) – Keith Olbermann, MSNBC’s primetime firebrand host, has been suspended indefinitely for violating the ethics policies of his employer earlier this year when he donated to three Democrats seeking federal office, MSNBC announced Friday.

“I became aware of Keith’s political contributions late last night. Mindful of NBC News policy and standards, I have suspended him indefinitely without pay,” MSNBC President Phil Griffin said in a statement.

First reported by Politico and confirmed by Federal Election Commission filings, the primetime television host gave $2,400 – the maximum individual amount allowed – to each of the campaigns of Kentucky Senate candidate Jack Conway, and Arizona Reps. Raul Grijalva and Gabrielle Giffords. (View PDF’s of FEC filings for Conway, Grijalva, and Giffords)

Conway lost his bid to Republican Rand Paul while Grijalva eked out a win over Tea Party-backed candidate Ruth McClung for a fifth term. Grijalva found himself in an increasingly competitive race after he announced his support of a boycott of Arizona businesses in response to the state’s controversial new immigration law and often appeared on Olbermann’s show where he found a sympathetic audience. CNN, meanwhile, has yet to declare a winner in Giffords’ race, but the Democrat currently holds about a 3,000-vote lead with all precincts reporting.

The contributions may have violated an NBC policy that requires employers of the news organization to obtain permission ahead of any political donations or activities that could be deemed as a conflict of interest. CNN institutes a similar policy.

In a statement to Politico before the suspension was announced, Olbermann defended the contributions:

“One week ago, on the night of Thursday October 28 2010, after a discussion with a friend about the state of politics in Arizona, I donated $2,400 each to the re-election campaigns of Democratic Representatives Raul Grijalva and Gabrielle Giffords,” he said in the statement. “I also donated the same amount to the campaign of Democratic Senatorial candidate Jack Conway in Kentucky.”

Olbermann, as well as MSNBC executives, was a vocal critic of the $1 million donation by Fox News’ parent News Corp. to the Republican Governor’s Association earlier this year, saying at the time, “We now have another million reasons Fox News is the Republican news channel.”

In a subsequent show, Olbermann also pressed House Majority Whip James Clyburn if there was a “legislative response” to a networks that “starts to shill for partisan causes.”

A News Corp. spokesman defended the donation when it was first reported in August.

“News Corporation believes in the power of free markets, and the RGA’s pro-business agenda supports our priorities at this most critical time for our economy,” the spokesman said.

Pelosi will seek to stay as House Dem leader

WASHINGTON – Nancy Pelosi, the nation’s first female House speaker, said Friday she will try to keep her spot as leader of the House Democrats despite huge election losses that cost her party the majority.

Pelosi, a California liberal, rejected pressure from moderate House Democrats — and even some liberal allies — who said the widespread defeats cried out for new party leadership.

Pelosi, 70, will seek her colleagues’ support to become House minority leader when the new Congress convenes in January. That would keep her atop the Democratic House caucus, which will number about 190 people next year. But it would mark a big drop from being speaker, which carries tremendous power to influence legislation and is second only to the vice president in the line of presidential succession.

House members elect their respective party leaders, although the entire House elects the speaker. That post is almost certain to go Rep. John Boehner, R-Ohio, the current minority leader.

“Our work is far from finished,” Pelosi said in a letter to colleagues. “As a result of Tuesday’s election, the role of Democrats in the 112th Congress will change, but our commitment to serving the American people will not. We have no intention of allowing our great achievements to be rolled back.”

Pelosi said many colleagues “have called with their recommendations on how to continue our fight for the middle class, and have encouraged me to run for House Democratic Leader.”

Dozens of Republican House candidates attacked their Democratic opponents by tying them to Pelosi and suggesting they would do whatever the San Francisco liberal asked.

Several Democratic lawmakers in conservative districts vowed to oppose Pelosi as speaker, but some of them lost all the same.

One who did survive, Rep. Heath Shuler of North Carolina, had said he might challenge Pelosi because the party needs a more moderate leader. Shuler noted that he lost his job as Washington Redskins quarterback in 1997 after the team performed poorly.

As the magnitude of Tuesday’s election losses sunk in, even some longtime supporters of Pelosi said she needed to step aside as the party leader.

“As good a leader as she has been, I don’t think she’s the right leader to take us forward,” Rep. John Yarmuth, D-Ky., told WHAS-TV in Louisville on Thursday. He said Rep. Steny Hoyer of Maryland, who has ranked second to Pelosi for years, would be “a perfect spokesman for the Democratic Party in the House.”

Hoyer is more centrist than Pelosi, and the two have long had a cordial but somewhat wary relationship.

Hoyer might retain his second-ranking status, which would make him the new minority whip. But it’s possible that liberals will try to oust him from the shrunken leadership ladder to prevent fellow liberals from being demoted.

Ron Paul Is About to Totally Revolutionize the House Monetary Policy Panel

    Published: Thursday, 4 Nov 2010 | 4:35 PM ET

Odds are you haven’t heard of the monetary policy subcommittee. Officially known as the House Subcommittee for Domestic Monetary Policy and Technology, it’s a subdivision of the House Financial Services Committee that has mostly occupied itself with pressing questions of issuing commemorative coins and whether or not to eliminate the penny.

    Getty Images
    Ron Paul (R-Texas)

That’s about to change. Ron Paul, the Republican Congressman from Texas, is the ranking member of the monetary policy subcommittee, and when the next Congress takes over he’ll likely be the chairman of the subcommittee.

And Congressman Paul has some big plans.

“I will approach that committee like no one has ever approached it because we’re living in times like no one has ever seen,” Paul said in an interview with NetNet Thursday.

Paul said his first priority will be to open up the books of the Federal Reserve to the American people.

“We need to create transparency there. To see what it is they are buying and lending, and who it is they are dealing with,” Paul said.

Paul mentioned that he hoped to use subcommittee hearings to educate the public about the causes of business cycles—which he believes are mainly attributable to monetary manipulation by central bankers.

Monetary reform is also on the agenda. Paul is a noted advocate of the gold standard.

“We will have to have monetary reform,” Paul said. “I think those on the other side of this issue are already planning. They are going to try to replace a bad system with an equally bad system

One frequently quoted passage from the work of John Maynard Keynes is that
“the best way to destroy the capitalist system [is] to debauch the currency.” The
passage, attributed to Vladimir Ilyich Lenin, appears in Keynes’ book The Economic
Consequences of the Peace, which became an international bestseller when it was
published in 1919. Nearly 60 years later, the economist and economic historian
Frank W. Fetter (1977, pp. 77, 78) observed that “the story [about Lenin’s remarks]
has circulated among economists, journalists, businessmen, politicians and bankers”
since then. Fetter doubted, however, that Keynes was really quoting Lenin.
After extensive inquiries, Fetter reported that no such statement could be found in
Lenin’s published writings and that the “first attribution in English, and probably
in any language,” was by Keynes. Fetter suggested that Keynes had heard the story
at the Paris peace conference of 1919, convened by the World War I Allies to
address the main issues arising from their victory. Having arrived in Paris in January

I know her posts were full of propaganda, lies and hate towards our President and a few other politicians, but she was entertaining, in a Stephen Colbert sort of way. She showed us the there are some conservatives that actually make liberalism look sane. Deep down, I think she was a secret Democrat, confirming the insanity of conservative extremists by posting their latest viral video from the extreme right-wing blogosphere and believing and spreading myths from the radical right.

Please let her continue to post here, at least for the comedic and entertainment value of her attempt to debate political issues.

I might not agree with the methods she uses to debate political issues, which in her cases usually descended to an attack of a few people she didn’t like and those who tried to start some rational debate, but I think we should maintain her ability to display her opinions, even when we know them to be off base.

    Good Morning Foxwood!

    Good Morning Everyone!

Wow! A slew of really interesting comments.

Liberty, sounds like you local blogging platform is similar to iCry. And likely your stuff was suspended by an irate lib-scumbagger and later got over ridden.
Very similar to iCry’s MO where weekend/evening moderators would pull partisan stunts only to be overridden when the regular week day first shift management would show up and get emails of complaints of suppression… happened to me often.

  69. VotingFemale says:

Nothing like PO’ing a liberal moderator who would go postal over an article and yank it only to be overridden by management later who reinstated it.

When Libs have to suppress, it is an admission they cant handle opposition and have to resort to these kinds of tactics… which shows them to be what they are… UnAmerican.

Good Morning VF and Liberty. There is nothing quite like being Justified eh Liberty. We the People spoke real loud and clear Tuesday and the Lame Stream Media has no way to down play the Waterloo that befell the Socialists in our Government.

  76. VotingFemale says:

Sami, the libbies can not stand a fair dialog because they lose every time.
this is why they panic and try to force opposition into silence… and they cant succeed at it so they smear and attack.

Thing is… not only is it not really working for them, in the realm of public opinion, it works against them.

While I go on the offense against #p2 it is mainly as a push back against their bad behavior.

I whacked the crap out of a black male racist yesterday on twitter… shut his aggressive ass down cold in his attacks on a sister conservative.

  81. VotingFemale says:

Do you make or buy fresh pasta, Sami?

I never really cared for ‘Italian Food’ growing up and into adulthood until… I started business traveling to Italy. It was there I found out what Italian food really tastes like. OMG!

  82. samiam60 says:

Store bought pasta, but the sauce and meata balls, well they be Old World Italian recipe handed down from my Grandmother to my Mom, Sister, and both of my wives. Wives are gone so I do it by myself now.

  83. samiam60 says:

That last sentence really didn’t come out right.

  84. VotingFemale says:

“That last sentence really didn’t come out right.”

    I understood it perfectly lol

You might want to try “fresh pasta” from the grocery store. It is refrigerated and is really an improvement in flavor over the hard kind.

It is the closest thing to homemade pasta which if done right, it extraordinarily flavorful and enjoyable.

The taste difference is wonderful compared to the dried-out version of pasta.

I have not yet researched for the best bang for the buck but I am considering getting a pasta machine.

  85. samiam60 says:

I might try buy the soft pasta at the store sometime, just to see the difference for myself. I don’t see me getting a pasta machine and making homemade at this time. I have had much better luck with my hard pasta in the past.

  86. samiam60 says:

You know it is a slow news day when all we have to talk about is our pastas.

  87. Bob Mack says:

    Morning all.
I used to buy fresh pasta, bread, & South Philly gravy at the Italian market (may be familiar to you from the Rocky movies), make my own meatballs, then wash it all down with homemade red wine. This is the time of year when all the old South Philly guys would take a break from playing bocci to go get their vino grapes from Jersey.

  88. samiam60 says:

Good Morning Bob Mack. Are you Italian? I love all the traditions that come with being Italian.

  89. Bob Mack says:

Not Italian, but had lots of Italian friends from S.Philly, then worked there for years. Used to get great mussels in red sauce at a little hole in the wall restaurant where the old timers all spoke Sicilian.

  90. Bob Mack says:

Speaking of traditions, Xmas is coming up, Feast of the 7 Fishes, did you ever have pasta con sarde?

  91. samiam60 says:

No Bob can’t say that I ever remember having pasta con sarde. Sadly, I am the last of the old Italians still around. My kids are multi nationalities and never followed any of the Italian traditions other than ordering Pizzas.

  99. Liberty says:

Seeing y’all discussing italian dishes, etc. I will share my Italian story.

Before I retired while working quite a bit in D.C., Rosslyn to be exact a stones throw from Arlington Cemetary with a great friend (God rest his soul) we did work at the government systems reinvention lab there.

Anyway, my friend Bill (lived in San Antonio but we met up everywhere we traveled and were on advisory councils and committes together for over 16 years) we would go to this Italian restaurant and it didn’t matter what we ordered on the menu, we got what they had!

It was funny so doggone funny. Every time Bill would tell someone or invite someone to go with, I would just bust out laughing!

Bill was my friend that years ago would say, “vote early and vote often”.

He was a GS-14 and brilliant computer programming we went from Unisys to Oracle and he would give briefings and instead of saying “FORMAT” like the format in programming, God LOVE BILL! He would say, “FLOORMAT”!!!!

    Isn’t that a hoot????

  100. VotingFemale says:

Liberty, that is a hoot!!! very cute story!

  101. Liberty says:

Thanks, VF. It was a funny story and my friend Bill and I had many great memories of our travels together through the years…I miss him.

He and I would have had a ball with all the political stuff as of late, honey I know Bill and he is rolling over in his grave, but I”m sure happy about the outcome of last Tuesday.

  102. samiam60 says:

Good Evening VF and Liberty. A very cute story indeed Liberty.

  103. Liberty says:

Thanks Sami, I’ve been watching the vid! Really cool, how great!!! Sort of unbelievable, really.

Sorry folks, but this video also reminds me of another story, wanna hear it? Awww, never mind. I’m gonna share it anyway.

Ok, this story is about the time when my grandaddy was 15 years old (Grandaddy eventually attended the University of Alabama) so needless to say that side of the family is/are Alabama fans. The rest of us are Auburn or Tennessee fans.

So, in 1935 my grandaddy was 15 and he and his dad and aunt and uncle drove from Hayneville Alabama to the Rose Bowl to see Alabama play.

They drove in a 1935 Ford.

Grandaddy said, the roads were so bad at many points there weren’t really roads and they just drove on dirt beside what was supposed to be the road.

Can you imagine how hard those seats must have been and how far they drove like that?

Man, you have to love college football to do that in 1935!

Hahahh, Hope y’all liked that story!

  113. samiam60 says:

  114. Foxwood says:

  115. samiam60 says:

I liked Maynard G. Cribbs. He was such a goof.
That beatnik business of the time, I thought was weirdly strange.

…a takeoff from the left bank life of poor artists in Paris. I realized it when I explored the left bank during my times there.

  121. VotingFemale says:

Never got to watch Howdy Doody… wrong TV network. Watched Capt Kangaroo… I thought the show was somehow rather insane and dark… but it was on so I watched it.

I received an email from my mom last night. I want to investigate it before I put it on the blog, but it had to do with Bob Keeshan.

  125. Foxwood says:

Something about that Moose and Squirrel!

  126. VotingFemale says:

There is a viral email that has been circulating in various forms since 2002, it is reported. That Lee Marvin and Bob Keeshan served together in combat during WWII. It has been debunked. I do not trust Snopes on anything political… that site is left-wing.

    But… this is not political:

  127. Foxwood says:

    That was the email.

  128. VotingFemale says:

thought that might be it… many folks not really savvy about viral emails pass that stuff between them and forward to their contact list and include the list of email addresses for any savvy person to see and use for spamming purposes.

There is a thing called “Blind CC:” which means no one gets to see the addresses of anyone listed in the “Blind CC: ” distribution.

I dont participate in circulating emails like this… I delete them when I get them and ask the sender not to send me such things. A few folks didn’t get the message through their heads and after multiple requests to be removed from the distribution list in vain, I eventually had to send a BOLD FACE ALL CAPS EMAIL – STOP SENDING ME THIS CRAPOLA! OR I WILL BLOCK YOU

    Foxwood says

    That was the email.

  129. Foxwood says:

That settles that then. I hate to have to tell my mom.

  130. Foxwood says:

She thought that was a great email, but I had heard you make that comment before about the spam mail.

  131. samiam60 says:

Fannie Mae asks for $2.5 billion in new US aid
Fannie Mae asking for $2.5 billion in new federal aid; posts $3.4 billion loss for quarter

WASHINGTON (AP) — Government-controlled mortgage buyer Fannie Mae is asking for $2.5 billion in additional federal aid after posting a narrower loss in the third quarter.

Fannie Mae said Friday it lost $3.46 billion, or 61 cents a share, in the July-September quarter. That takes into account $2.1 billion in dividend payments to the Treasury Department. It compares with a loss of $19.8 billion, or $3.47 a share, in the third quarter of 2009.

The government rescued Washington-based Fannie Mae and sibling company Freddie Mac about two years ago and it estimates that will cost taxpayers up to $259 billion. That’s nearly twice the $133.4 billion Fannie and Freddie are in line to receive from taxpayers so far and would make it the most expensive bailout of the financial crisis.

The $2.5 billion in additional aid that Fannie is asking for compares with a request for $1.5 billion in the second quarter.

  133. Foxwood says:

BRB, got to shower. It’s BBQ day!

  134. VotingFemale says:

Foxwood, I had to explain all this to my Mom who was very active on the internet and very savvy about computers and software; self-taught and a pioneer user who started out with pre-IBM PC systems and taught herself computer programming in her 60s. She was born before her time and would have made a great engineer. With these viral emails, she had no way of knowing what was what and why passing forwarded emails to her distribution list was actually harmful to the internet community. Most folks are innocent about it till their eyes open. So many never get it.

She, after explaining it all to her, would send me a viral email she got to see if it was valid. I then showed her how to google it and showed her the website in the late 80s. She eventually wised up enough to get off that viral email treadmill but it took a long time for her to tet to that point. Ya know, I have always been so proud of her, and she jumped into personal computing with both feet not knowing anything about it in the early 80s. I am sure I inherited my cat curiosity from her.

  135. Foxwood says:

My first computer was the Commodore Pet.

Manual typewriters with no labels on the keys. hoot hoot hoot

  139. VotingFemale says:

Yes, that typing class was a blessing for me as well. I actually wear off key labels on a keyboard to the point of necessitating replacing the keyboard about once a year. The missing labels don’t bother much me but the keyboard keys start malfunctioning… and fail.

This one I have been using for about 6 months and it is almost to the point that a non-touch typer can not use… case of the disappearing labels.

I do that too! Looks so funny!!!!

the F and J key physical features are too subtle… the position marker keys need to be real obvious to tactile identification. something like a lip all the way around the top of those two keys.

Keyboards are designed for people who know how to type and most two-finger typers do not even know why the F and J keys have their unique tactile feature.

    put away those 8 tracks.
Stick the headphones on your ears

For those of you too young, there was a 70s tv show called McCloud, starting Dennis Weaver. Dennis died a few years back but before that the Rolling Stones were giving one of their “Finale Concerts”. After on of the shows in California, Hugh Heffner of Playboy fame asked Micke and the boys to show for a party at his playboy mansion. Seems Dennis Weaver was there, and had a few too many drinks and got a little handsy with one of the bunnies. Hugh got a little upset and proceeded to take Dennis to the ground and work him over.

It was a good thing Micke was there. He said, “Hey! Hugh! Get off McCloud!”

hahah, yes great music I was born in 62 but had an older brother and of course he dominated the turn table, which was fine with me. Heck, he got me to smoke my first joint at 12, that turd! hahaah Oh, I didn’t say that did I? hahha Just kidding. Truly I thought the minute you did drugs, caput. You died. He persuaded me to do things for years and many of those firsts were the beginnng of a long line of things to come, er um, you know bigger and better. Praise the Lord I got straight before I got too terribly deep, joined the army guard (best thing I EVER did and retiring was the second best).

Ok, Liberty, slowly take off the safety cone off of your head. See what happens when you smoke that stuff!

  177. Liberty says:

    HAHAHAHAHAHHA hahahahahah, OMG!!!!! Blogwood! hahahahah
I haven’t heard “BOGART” in FOREVER!!!!! hahahaha
Honey, my husband God love him would be mortified if he knew we were having this conversation! haahaha just kidding, he knows (sorta) what a wild woman he married, he just dosen’t want to be reminded! hahahaah

This year we celebrated 20 years of marriage (he was in Afghanistan). Heck he’s only been home 10 days and we are still on our honeymoon!

  178. Bob Mack says:

I don’t want to be discerning all the hidden meanings in re-runs of Gilligan’s Island again…

  179. Bob Mack says:

Hey, Liberty, salutes to your hub. Glad he’s back.

  180. Liberty says:

Blogwood! hahaa honey it’s not smoking i’m worried about it, it’s the dropping…

Should I take my safety cone off before watching this vid? I think i shoulda left it on. I liked DEVO!

  181. Liberty says:

Hey Bob, Thank you. Oh he definately deserves a salute. It’s a freaking cesspool over there, figuratively and literally.

He was nearly hit by a rocket one day. Thank God he brought our Daddy home safe!

  182. Foxwood says:

    Good afternoon Bob, Liberty!

    Just having a flashback… groovy!

  183. Bob Mack says:

Liberty, I was almost hit with ’em myself once or twice. Give him my best regards.

  184. Foxwood says:

This portion of K-FOX has been brought to you by:

  185. Liberty says:

Yes, I know. thanks Fox, Bob.

VF’s gonna get us for getting a bit wild on here today! haha

  186. Foxwood says:

    Another Dedication to out soldiers!

  187. Liberty says:

Hmmm, I love Grey Flannel…it sorta makes me act like that when my sweetie puts it on. Hi Karate!

  188. Foxwood says:

I still enjoy the music I listened to as a kid, but I’m a different person today than when I was then, Liberty, Bob. I didn’t like the VN war then. I don’t like it today for a different reason. Let’s not send our men into battle unless we are in it to win. Decisive Victory!

  189. Bob Mack says:

Amen to that, Fox. The guys on the ground always have to cash the checks for the A.H.’s in Washington. I say, put the sons (& daughters) of the pols on the line for awhile, then let’s see what the Rules Of Engagement are.

  190. Liberty says:

I know me too Fox. I went through a lot of anger having hubby over there now, the mission in Iraq was never accomplished and what was done will collapse/is collapsing.

There are a lot of factors involved in my anger but one was having that pos Obutthole in charge that really ticked me off. REALLY REALLY REALLY TICKED ME OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!^&()(*^%$#

  191. Liberty says:

Whew, don’t get me started. Oh, I appologize you didn’t get me started.

    Stink, nevermind…

  192. Foxwood says:

What’s the point of going if we are not going to kick butt, do the job and make sure it stays done. If Patton and Macarthur could have had a say and met in Siberia somewhere, we would not be where we are today.

  193. Foxwood says:

I’m not feeling very regular… I’m gonna need Electric Prunes.

  194. Liberty says:

Right what’s the point? Now we have to give them our play book. It freakin’ STINKS!

Bunch of bleeding heart liberals…MAKE ME SICK.

I say, KICK their butts too and I mean kick it good, UNRELENTLESS. Stomp ’em till they don’t get back up. Till they know they have reckoned with a power, superpower, not the candy a crap we’re tiddly winking about today with them.

Using the correct mass of engagement, not overkill. Just do what it takes to get the job done doggoneit.

  195. Liberty says:

    gross fox!

You are such a guy! hahaha

  196. Foxwood says:

I feel the same Liberty. I want to kick some Progressive butt, but we need to take the high road. I’d just as soon kick them in the balls, but I’m holding back.

  197. Liberty says:

We made three million…no really 30 cupcakes with red white and blue icing – Flags on them for our youngest to take to school tomorrow for her daddy.

It felt like three million! It was fun, but of course she pooped out on mom before the job was done, however, THE CUPCAKES are BEAUTIFUL!

I should make a picture of them! and show ya’ll on email

  198. Foxwood says:

    Yep… I’m a guy! 🙂

Hey you hot babes! If you like BBQ, I’m your man! I smell like BBQ!

  199. Liberty says:

OMG! I took a picture of them and while they are so cute, they are obviously home done. Fox, you are funny. I’m not much of a meat eater but I like the smell of BBQ!

  200. Bob Mack says:

Y’know, this blogging business is very therapeutic. Being able to vent at will really makes me sleep much better. And Twitter? Provides all the libs & other assorted nuts anybody ever needs for targets.

  201. Bob Mack says:

Liberty, you’re makin’ me hungry. Unfortunately, I’m tryin’ to work my ol’ bones back into shape, & cupcakes are off limits. But I’d like to see what they look like, give the willpower a test.

  202. Liberty says:

Hey Bob,I know what you mean. I haven’t been on twitter much lately but gotta get back and brush up on all the new moves (so to speak). I love telling libs the truth and they start freaking out, it is so funny.

I think thatis why I like the ones here locally. They freak out so.

    My motto:

  203. Bob Mack says:

Annoy and Destroy. Facts & Logic kills ’em dead every time.

  204. Foxwood says:

If I had a lover, this would be her favorite song:

  205. Liberty says:

OMG! Fox, I thought you were married, you rascal.
Would this be your favorite song too?

  206. Foxwood says:

    “cupcakes are off limits.”

I have to watch my girlish figure.

  207. Liberty says:

I did a lot of dancing to Pat Benatar, yep that was fun.

  208. Foxwood says:

Wow! what did you put in them cupcakes, Liberty?

  209. Liberty says:

    Oh good grief Fox!

Not right now, in the 80’s brother!

Hey sometimes, the brain says YES but the body says no! hahaha

Just kidding the body is still doing good and I’m happy for my health.

  210. Foxwood says:

    And now some 1966 punk!

  211. Liberty says:

Ok, ok, it’s back to reality. See you guys again soon.

It was fun Fox and Bob. Thanks for the party room VF.

  212. Foxwood says:

  215. Foxwood says:

Still checking in as I cook out.

  216. Foxwood says:

Has anyone heard from Arlene in the last couple of days?

  217. Foxwood says:

Music music – I see the music!

  218. Foxwood says:

Has anyone ever thought of it? Sitting on a Unicorn… That could hurt, huh?

  219. VotingFemale says:

A unicorn sprinkled in pixie dust… the stuff of progressives…

  220. Foxwood says:

“A unicorn sprinkled in pixie dust”

  221. VotingFemale says:

Liberty, you never cease to delight me with your reminiscing!
    You are a hOOt!!

    Liberty says

hahah, yes great music I was born in 62 but had an older brother and of course he dominated the turn table, which was fine with me. Heck, he got me to smoke my first joint at 12, that turd! hahaah Oh, I didn’t say that did I? hahha Just kidding. Truly I thought the minute you did drugs, caput. You died.

  222. VotingFemale says:

You are spot on, Bob. And, I would add to that, sharing with others of the same feather completes the circle. I am very happy you grace us with your company and hope you realize how much the crew thinks of you.

    Bob Mack says

Y’know, this blogging business is very therapeutic. Being able to vent at will really makes me sleep much better. And Twitter? Provides all the libs & other assorted nuts anybody ever needs for targets.

  223. VotingFemale says:

edit: on second thought, I deleted this comment due to unintended innuendo lol

  224. Liberty says:

OK, whew Reality is over…at least for a little while.

hahahahah, Hey VF! Yes girl. Fox is bringing it out in me tonight. Sami has a way of doing that too.

I don’t know about y’all but I”m loving this extra hour! Woohoo!

  225. VotingFemale says:

    Me too, girl.

KFOX! Best spins on the internet. Enjoy the tunes at PlanetVF.

  226. VotingFemale says:

TweetDeck is weirding out on me. Restarted it and nothing shows in Mentions or Direct Messages… those are hour glassing.

  227. VotingFemale says:

I think the problem is the Twitter API, not TD.

  228. Foxwood says:

    Oh my TVC15
    oh oh TVC15

  229. VotingFemale says:

yup… Twitter is definitely weirding out… wont take my tweets.

  230. Foxwood says:

And I tweeted you too! Dratz!

  231. Liberty says:

Hey VF, Did KFox say he was sitting on a unicorn listening to David Bowie and inhaling pixie dust?

  232. VotingFemale says:

rebooted and all is working well now. wierdness.

  233. Bob Mack says:

Hey VF, thought you were out ambushing the libs. You’re gonna need a bigger trophy room soon. Lots of libs & they all sport big fat heads.

  234. Liberty says:

    A unicorn’s horn? certainly not.

  235. Foxwood says:

Maybe inhaling some Jimbo bourbon stuff! 🙂

  236. VotingFemale says:

ohhh you bad gull!! just beggin for a tickle attack lol

    Liberty says

Hey VF, Did KFox say he was sitting on a unicorn listening to David Bowie and inhaling pixie dust?

  237. VotingFemale says:

My lodge pole runnth over with scalps… so may lib-snots, so little time.
gads, I whacked the holy crap yesterday out of a black racist tormenting @ConservativeGirl (pink elephant avatar). It’s in my timeline.

He never had a chance… what a total bastard was he.

    Bob Mack says

Hey VF, thought you were out ambushing the libs. You’re gonna need a bigger trophy room soon. Lots of libs & they all sport big fat heads.

  238. VotingFemale says:

Fox, finally I can see your tweets. Apparently a segmentation fault occurred with warning disabled… just unexplained hang.

  239. Liberty says:

VF! ahhha Girl, you have no idea.

I need a tickle attack bad, real bad. I have one senior this year but I’m wishing all my kids were graduating and GTHO!

  240. Foxwood says:

Damn! I’ve rebooted twice now and I can’t see if I played David Bowie or what Liberty said! #*$&#^$!!!

  241. VotingFemale says:

I hear that! I love tickle attacks too 😉

Kids… the pushme pullyous a pain to deal with at that age and missed when gone.
BTW, my bumper sticker: GTFO coming 2012 (has the obama logo for the ‘O’)

    Liberty says

VF! ahhha Girl, you have no idea.

I need a tickle attack bad, real bad. I have one senior this year but I’m wishing all my kids were graduating and GTHO!

  242. VotingFemale says:

Fox, you played David Bowie, Liberty said _____________________ .

    tee hee

  243. Foxwood says:

Funny only to you young lady! 😉

  244. Foxwood says:

Ok… I bought this life sized boxing dummy two weeks ago to put in my soon to be gym (garage). Every time I go out in the garage, I see him and freak out.

  245. Foxwood says:

I don’t know if this showed, I wanted to share it.

  246. VotingFemale says:

D.R. Hooker was not showing… a blank is a sometimes wordpress bug especially if any characters follow after the youtube link.

    I added the [youtube=
with the link inserted closed with square right brace. That always works so long as the youtube server is not weirding out.

  247. Liberty says:

hahahaha, that is funny as hell! hahha yeah, every time I walk in the class six they have these life size people advertising beer or whatever and I get a little jolt! Or whenever the kids leave their beds or bedrooms in shambles with “people” looking globs, I sometimes jump.

I hear ya man. Funny! Thanks for sharing.

  248. Foxwood says:

All videos are NOT working for me. Even ones that showed earlier. Last Sun/Mon that happened and my cannon took down your blog.

  249. Foxwood says:

“people” looking globs, I sometimes jump.

I hear ya man. Funny! Thanks for sharing.”

I’m about ready to elbow him in the jaw next time he sneaks up on me, Liberty!

  250. VotingFemale says:

That is likely a temporary bandwidth issue at your end.

    The net seems overloaded tonight…

    Foxwood says

All videos are NOT working for me. Even ones that showed earlier. Last Sun/Mon that happened and my cannon took down your blog.

  251. Liberty says:

Dr. Hooker! YIKES!!!! VF, another memory. Dr.Hooker was the name of our family physician when I was a kid and I think that man loved giving me shots and back then they were the kind with the big silver metal ring your thumb went through and he would squeeze the air out of the syringe in front of me you know and make it squirt, then come after me, I would start screaming and kicking and trying to run and they would get like four nurses to come hold me down, it was very traumatic.

Wonder what current problems and phobias I have that I can blame on Dr.Hooker?

  252. Foxwood says:

Well, I’m still in a music mood, and Youtube won’t play.

Opened my eyes to a new kind of way
All the good times that you saved
Are you feeling, you feeling that way too
Or am I just, am I just a fool?

    When the summer’s gone
She’ll be there standing by the light
Once she’s been to where she’s gone to
She should know wrong from right
    Is she feeling?

Are you feeling, you feeling that way too
Or am I just, am I just a fool?

A new road’s waiting, you touched my life
Soft and warm on a summer’s night
You’re the only one, I told you, the only one I love
The lovely one I’m thinking of

    When the summer’s gone
She’ll be there standing by the light
Once she’s been to where she’s gone to
She should know wrong from right
    Is she feeling?

Are you feeling, you feeling that way too
    Oh yeah yeah yeah
    Feeling that way?

    When the summer’s gone
She’ll be there standing by the light
Once she’s been to where she’s gone to
She should know wrong from right
    Is she feeling?

    Is she feeling
    Feeling that way?
    Feeling that way

  253. Liberty says:

yep Fox, give it to him. Give it to him good, right in the kisser!

  254. Foxwood says:

    For Liberty!

    ARTIST: Shel Silverstein
TITLE: On the Cover of Rolling Stone

    [Dr. Hook]

Well we are big rock singers, we’ve got golden fingers
And we’re loved everywhere we go
We sing about beauty and we sing about truth
At ten thousand dollars a show
We take all kind of pills to give us all kind of thrills
But the thrill we’ve never known
Is the thrill that’ll get you when you get your picture
On the cover of the Rolling Stone

    Rolling Stone
Wanna see my picture on the cover
    Rolling Stone
Wanna buy five copies for my mother
    Rolling Stone
    Wanna see my smilin’ face
On the cover of the Rolling Stone

I’ve got a freaky old lady name o’ Cocaine Katy
    Who embroiders on my jeans
I’ve got my poor old gray-haired Daddy
    Drivin’ my limousine
Now it’s all designed to blow our minds
But our minds won’t really be blown
Like the blow that’ll get you when you get your picture
On the cover of the Rolling Stone

We got a lot of little teenage blue-eyed groupies
    Who do anything we say
We got a genuine Indian guru
He’s teachin’ us a better way
We got all the friends that money can buy
So we never have to be alone
And we keep gettin’ richer but we can’t get our picture
On the cover of the Rolling Stone

  255. VotingFemale says:

As a teen, my oldest step-son put his knee-high boots with his jeans still on them as if he were under his bed with them sticking out. There was no room for him under that bed.

I walked in and came around his bed picking up clothes and jumped a foot… little devil. Of course I had to get down and look under there to make sure it was a joke.

  256. Liberty says:

Man, Fox my BFF and I went to that concert in Knoxville, TN. Gosh it was so fun! She’s still my BFF too.

  257. VotingFemale says:

OMG was he a total brat or what? I cried every time I got a shot until I was about 12.

    Liberty says

Dr. Hooker! YIKES!!!! VF, another memory. 258. Foxwood says:

Shel Silverstein used to write for Playboy

    Boa Constrictor
    by Shel Silverstein

    Oh, I’m being eaten
    By a boa constrictor,
    A boa constrictor,
    A boa constrictor,
I’m being eaten by a boa constrictor,
    And I don’t like it–one bit.
    Well, what do you know?
    It’s nibblin’ my toe.
    Oh, gee,
    It’s up to my knee.
    Oh my,
    It’s up to my thigh.
    Oh, fiddle,
    It’s up to my middle.
    Oh, heck,
    It’s up to my neck.
    Oh, dread,
    It’s upmmmmmmmmmmffffffffff . . .
    by Shel Silverstein

Oh, they won’t let us show it at the beach.
No, they won’t let us sho it at the beach.
They think we’re gonna grab it if it gets within our reach.
And they won’t let us show it at the beach.

But you… can show it in your parlor to most anyone you choose.
You can show it at a party with your second shot of booze.
You can show it on the corner wearin’ overcoat and shoes,
But they won’t let us show it at the beach.

No… they won’t let us show it at the beach, friends.
Ah… they won’t let us show it at the beach.
Oh, they’re sure we’re gonna grab it if it gets within our reach.
So they won’t let us show it at the beach.

But you can show it at the movies on the cineramic screen.
You can show it in the most sophisticated magazine.
You can show it while you’re bouncing on the high school trampoline,
But they won’t let us show it at the beach.

But if you’ve got a gun, it’s legal to display it on your hip.
You can show your butcher knives to any interested kid.
But if it’s made for lovin’, then you’d better keep it hid.
And they won’t let us show it at the beach.

  259. Liberty says:

Oh VF, that is funny as heck! yep, little devil! hahah Yes, I’d look too, just in case they really were hurt or stuck.

Journey in concert Fox, not Dr. Hook but I do like that song too.

  260. VotingFemale says:

I can picture someone like Lurch from the Addams Family chasing you with a big metal and glass syringe going UUHHH come here little girl.

  261. Foxwood says:

Of course I have Shel Silverstein in my library.

  262. Foxwood says:

Um…. Not the Playboy issues, naturally…

  263. VotingFemale says:

Fox! you are in fine form tonight daddy!

  264. Foxwood says:

What’s funny, VF. The Boa Constrictor poem is a Girls Scout song.

  265. Liberty says:

Hey VF, what’s on the horizon for us? The new blog? Can’t wait.

I’m dreaming one up. I was told I should read this book and low and behold it’s a psychology book by M. Scott Peck, The Road Less Traveled and as I was reading it the PERFET description of a liberal was there on the pages for all to see. Girls and Boys, it just blew me away.

So, I”m going to blog about the reality (eventhough all us ‘sane’ people know it) that dems or rather liberal progressives have neuroisis or rather they are truly text book wack jobs.

I know I should do something more of current issues but I’ve been meaning to do this so i”m going to do it.

    Oh, GUESS WHA?????

I can’t believe I haven’t mentioned it and then I’ve gotta go, might check back later or tomorrow, but I GOT TO SEE SARAH PALIN HERE !!!!!

She came and did a benefit for a Christian College here in town.

    It was magnificent!

I have a funny story about that too. Standing in line to get in to her banquet.
I’ll try to remember and tell you guys about it. It was a hoot.

  266. Foxwood says:

Did I tell you I was a renaissance man?

  267. Foxwood says:

Man! I want to play some Willie Dixon/Led Zeppelin.

  268. VotingFemale says:

“Man! I want to play some Willie Dixon/Led Zeppelin.”

    go for it!

  269. Liberty says:

Oh yes VF, he was old back then. I remember thinking he looked like a grandfather and he always wore a white coat.

I wonder if my mom secretly liked the idea of how freaked out I got about the shots and honey, back then, THEY DID HURT!

    Fox, playboy? heh? hahah

  270. Liberty says:

Fox, what is a ‘renaissance man’?

  271. Foxwood says:

Down the line, don’t go over
There’s a limit, you went over
So much time, time runs out
Time ran out, make it down

Would you like to go to Heaven tonight?
Would you like to go to Heaven tonight?
    Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

Would you like to go to Heaven tonight?
Would you like to go to Heaven tonight?

Down the line, couldn’t get much
Couldn’t get much, higher if you tried
And tried and tried, you’re as guilty
    It’s the crime, ooh it’s a crime

Would you like to go to Heaven tonight?
Would you like to go to Heaven tonight?
    Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

Would you like to go to Heaven tonight?
Would you like to go to Heaven tonight?
    Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

Would you like to go to Heaven tonight?
Would you like to go to Heaven tonight?

You can never come down, you can never come down
You can never come down, you can never come down
You can never come down, you can never come down
You can never come down, you can never come down

You can never come down, you can never come down
You can never come down, you can never come down
You can never come down, you can never come down
You can never come down, you can never come down

    Down inside, you’re getting nervous
You’ve never been this high before, oh

  272. Foxwood says:

    “go for it!”

Youtube not working, whats the use?

“Fox, what is a ‘renaissance man’?”

    a jack of all trades.

  273. Liberty says:

    “master of none”?

    We-ell, I can’t quit you baby,
but I got to put you down a little while
We-ell you done made me mess up my happy home,
made me mistreat my only child

Ah, when you hear me moanin’ and groanin’,
whoa you know it hurts me way down inside
Whoa when you hear me moanin’ and groanin’,
you know it hurts way down inside

school inJakarta, Indonesia, shows the registration of Barack Obama under the name
Barry Soetoro made by his step-father, Lolo Soetoro.

    Name: Barry Soetoro
    Religion: Islam
    Nationality: Indonesian

How did this little INDONESIAN Muslim child – Barry Soetoro, (A.K.A. Barack Obama)
get around the issue of nationality to become President of the United States of America ?

    PART 2:

In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency, the
group “Americans for Freedom of Information” has released copies of President Obama’s
college transcripts from Occidental College ..

The transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a
foreign student from Indonesia while an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was released
by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the
Superior Court of California . The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial
aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program.
To qualify for this scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.

This document provides the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking –
that he is NOT a natural-born citizen of the United States – necessary to be President of these
United States . Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya , here we see that there is
no record of him ever applying for US citizenship..

Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation
of Obama’s campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000
in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block
disclosure of any of his personal records.

Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still on-going but that the final report will be provided
to the U.S. attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused comment on this matter.
