Sean Bielat vs Barney Frank OCT-11-2010 Debate audio and commentary

Sean Bielat wants a Televised Debate
but Barney Frank didn’t want to do that

Sean Bielat vs Barney Frank for the Massachusetts 4th District seat in the
US House of Representatives.

Barney Frank, instead, insisted on a radio debate substitute, allowing Barney to hide his facial and body language and prevent those YouTube Barney Moments.

This debate’s audio can be played on the Sound Cloud Player below but first take a look at the  debate real time commentary as it happened:

  • On the topic of “don’t ask don’t tell,” Sean Bielat takes the position that a rush to change that law forgoing deliberate studies by the military branches is unsound and fool hearty. Frank ignored Bielat’s position on logical deliberate studies by the military branches and instead, harped on “inclusion”
  • Barney Frank: middle-east countries are “RAT Holes;” touts a run away/can’t win policy in Iraq and Afghanistan
  • Barney Frank promoted a Middle-East M.A.D. approach to punish “the enemy” if Israel gets nuked in the future. Frank is insane to believe mad men care about Mutually Assured Destruction
  • Barney Frank: Giving Obama additional powers does not increase government bureaucracy
  • Barney Frank: US can’t afford border security because of ongoing military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, yet he, Frank, spends billions of tax dollars like it is nothing
  • Sean Bielat: Frank/DEMs are clueless how to improve unemployment; cites burdensome new government regulations imposed on businesses as an example of depth of Barney Frank’s lack of understanding of how the Private Sector works
  • Barney Frank tried using his infamous irate “don’t interrupt me” whining filibuster again and got shut down hard for it
  • Barney Frank calls Private Sector “the Private Fund” wants more Obama Stimulus money borrowed and spent
  • Barney Frank: US can’t afford border security because of military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, yet He spends taxpayer Billions like a drunken sailor on liberty
  • Barney Frank: blames his Fanny/Freddy fueled Housing Bubble on Bush
  • Barney Frank: says he was ineffective under Tom Delay. It is undeniable that Barney Frank was effect as an economy destroyer
  • Barney Frank: wants a government file/database on every person in USA re: National ID card program

  1. Foxwood says:

Barney is the typical Progressive. How he continues to get elected is beyond me. Have the people that continue to vote for him received any benefit from him being in office so long?

Who benefited from his spreading the wealth, you Mr/Ms Voter or Barney?

  2. VotingFemale says:

Barney is likely to win if folks don’t rally to support Bielat.

  3. Foxwood says:

Hope not, Barney will be shellacin’ his shillelagh and we’ll be getin’ the Barney.

  4. John LaRosa says:

While Barney “bombs” in these debates, let’s “bomb him” online. I donated $100 to Sean Bielat. Who will match me? What’s it worth to YOU to get rid of Barney Frank, once and for all?

  5. Foxwood says:

Acknowledged. My mail sending is not working. 😦

  6. AFVET says:

Barney gets re-elected because of Gerrymandering.
The recent census will give the state an opportunity to re-district Barneys’ ‘home field’ of idiots that continually re-elect him.
We can only hope that this guy is relegated to a sex club in New York, where he can point fingers and attempt to dominate the conversation while attracting miscreants with similar aspersions.
Or maybe retain his apartment in DC.
I understand that his basement is up for grabs.

  7. arlenearmy says:

there’s a lot of dem incumbents who refuse to debate. they’re trying to stay low key & slide back into office.

  8. Orca says:

I think it is funny that even Soros has pulled out of financing the opposition to the demise of the dem majority. When asked if he thought that there would be a change of leadership and did it concern him, he said,
It does, because I think they are pushing the wrong policies, but I’m not in a position to stop it. I don’t believe in standing in the way of an avalanche.
This is change we can believe in.

Dupes and Traitors… RINOs are losers. Their friends pretend to be Conservative but in reality are Commies, Lefties and Progressives. They’ve been duped, and think they are making great strides, when no one really pays attention to what they do. They are whale sh!t in the history of the world.

Dupes: How America’s Adversaries Have Manipulated Progressives for a Century by Paul Kengor, ISI Books, 2010

One of the last mysteries of the Cold War is why so many seemingly intelligent Americans believed to the bitter end that the Soviet Union — history’s most vicious dictatorship and an economic basket case — was paradise on Earth.

Well, now we know. In his new book Dupes, Paul Kengor provides a stunning, detailed exposé of how the Kremlin set out to manipulate those among us whom Lenin famously described as “useful idiots” — Americans who could be made to fall hook, line, and sinker for Soviet propaganda and who then used their influence to swing public opinion behind the Soviet Union’s policies.

    Soros: I Can’t Stop a Republican ‘Avalanche’

George Soros, the billionaire financier who was an energetic Democratic donor in the last several election cycles but is sitting this one out, is not feeling optimistic about Democratic prospects.

“I made an exception getting involved in 2004,” Mr. Soros, 80, said in a brief interview Friday at a forum sponsored by the Bretton Woods Committee, which promotes understanding of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.

“And since I didn’t succeed in 2004, I remained engaged in 2006 and 2008. But I’m basically not a party man. I’d just been forced into that situation by what I considered the excesses of the Bush administration.”

Mr. Soros, a champion of liberal causes, has been directing his money to groups that work on health care and the environment, rather than electoral politics. Asked if the prospect of Republican control of one or both houses of Congress concerned him, he said: “It does, because I think they are pushing the wrong policies, but I’m not in a position to stop it. I don’t believe in standing in the way of an avalanche.”

State snatches baby when dad accused of being ‘Oath Keeper’
‘You could be on ‘the list’ and then child protective services might come’

    Johnathon Irish, fiancé and baby

A 16-hour-old newborn was snatched from her parents by authorities in Concord, N.H., after social services workers alleged the father is a member of Oath Keepers.

The organization collects affirmations from soldiers and peace officers that they would refuse orders that violate the U.S. Constitution, in light of what they perceive as the advance of socialism in the U.S.

The father, Johnathon Irish, told WND that the affidavit signed by Child Protective Service worker Dana Bicford seeking government custody of newborn Cheyenne said the agency “became aware and confirmed that Mr. Irish associated with a militia known as the ‘Oath Keepers.'”

Irish, in an interview with WND, said officers and other social services workers ordered him to stand with his hands behind his back, frisked him and then took his daughter from him and his fiancé at Concord Hospital where the baby had been born.

Learn how to foil those who would damage the nation. Get “Taking America Back” now from the WND Superstore.

He told WND that other issues cited by authorities included an allegation of child abuse, which he assumed pertained to an incident weeks earlier in which one of his fiance’s older sons allegedly was struck by a babysitte

2006 to 2010… ohhhh those were the Communist days…

  27. HLeeC says:

Barney Frank the poster child for the corruption of entrenched encumbancy, the arrogance of this Democratic Congress & Administration and the failure of liberal policies. He is also a card carrying member of the Democratic Socialists of America and was on their previously published list of 70 members of Congress who were also in their party and working within the US government to advance their agenda. He is a threat to our national interests and has already proven the extent of the damage they can do to the US economy…one need only to look what has occurred in the last three years in the US financial, housing and credit markets…and don’t forget the unemployment rate (despite all those “saved and created” jobs).

Besides all the reasons Barney Frank needs to be removed from office, Sean Bielat represents the real hope and change this country needs to correct the trajectory of the country going forward. He is smart, energetic and an independent thinker who will work to restore fiscal responsibility and limited government.

We in his district are working to correct the course of the country by retiring Barney Frank and electing Sean Bielat. If you would like to join the fight please:

I have a little theory on the Soros.. he wants to publicly “distance” himself, but not in reality. If he does this, then it’s all on the Republicans when Obama’s communist policies further devolve into choas. The people blame those in control. Those Repubs better put the pedal to the metal on Cantor’s ethics PROBE and delete healthcare, or their ass is grass, and the country is a flaming dunghole.

Soros knows what Obama and his lemmings have accomplished (using their pre-written Tides, etc. Legislation).

Maybe this will help you decide who to donate to in the future.

As you open your pockets for yet another natural disaster, keep these facts in mind:

Marsha J. Evans, President and CEO of the American Red Cross … salary for year ending 06/30/03 was $651,957 plus expenses.

Brian Gallagher, President of the United Way , receives a $375,000 base salary, plus numerous expense benefits.

UNICEF CEO receives $1,200,000 per year [100k per month] plus all expenses and a ROLLS ROYCE where ever he goes, and only a few cents of your dollar goes to the cause.

The Salvation Army’s Commissioner, Todd Bassett, receives a salary of only $13,000 per year (plus housing) for managing this $2 billion dollar organization.

Challenger Bielat Holds His Own Against U.S. Rep. Frank

Candidates for Massachusetts’ 4th Congressional District, incumbent Democrat Rep. Barney Frank, left, and Republican challenger Sean Bielat, center, debate on NECN on Monday.

NEWTON, Mass. — Rep. Barney Frank faced his Republican challenger Monday night in their only televised debate. It was the first chance for the challenger, Marine reservist Sean Bielat, to show he could survive going on television against the congressman famous for his way with words.

Democrat Frank came armed with his usual wit. For instance, he dismissed New York Republican candidate for governor Carl Paladino as a horse’s behind for saying that “children are being brainwashed into thinking that homosexuality is an equally valid and successful option.”

Poll: Women see Barack Obama administration as a ‘failure’
By CARRIE BUDOFF BROWN | 10/11/10 9:07 PM EDT

The White House may view the last 18 months as historic, racking up a legislative scorecard that includes a $787 billion stimulus package and an overhaul of the health care system.

A majority of women, however, see it as a failure, according to a new poll conducted by Kellyanne Conway for The Kitchen Cabinet, a conservative women’s group.

Do We Really Need a Central Bank?
    By John Tamny

The financial crisis of not long ago has not surprisingly generated a great deal of anguish within the electorate. Americans were and continue to be a skeptical lot when it comes to the competence of the various federal bureaucracies which dot the Washington, DC landscape. Despite their skepticism about the competence of regulators, they were still disappointed when those empowered to oversee our financial system were seemingly caught unware by a banking collapse.

Rightly or wrongly, the US Federal Reserve has become one of the biggest targets within the financial bureaucracy when it comes to public distrust, and as a result, its ongoing purpose is increasingly being questioned. Some in the political class seek greater congressional oversight of our central bank, while others, including Rep. Ron Paul, would like the Fed to be abolished altogether.

Eggs, shoes hurled at Obama poster during TA protest
    10/12/2010 02:28

Demonstration against US “brutality” held near US Embassy; ‘You are not the 12th imam,’ signs read.

Protesters threw eggs and shoes at a poster of US President Barack Obama in Tel Aviv on Monday, at protest against what organizers call the “brutal” treatment of Israel by the Obama administration.

The demonstration, which was held on the Tel Aviv promenade across the street from the US Embassy, was attended by a few dozen people, including far-right activist Baruch Marzel and organizer Ori Bar-Am.

Bar-Am told The Jerusalem Post on Sunday that the rally was meant to show that Obama’s agenda “is harming the rights of Jews in the Land of Israel, is anti-democratic, anti-America,” and asked “if Obama can be against the burning of the Koran, how can he kick around the Bible?” At the beachfront promenade on Monday, protesters held an assortment of signs, including one reading “Obama, Israel is not ketchup, so don’t squeeze” and “Obama, you are not the 12th imam.”
