Sarah Palin is Relevant and will be even more so; the Left is acclimating slowly to that reality

Sarah Palin offhandedly dispatches one of Lame Stream Media’s slimiest trolls, Andrea Mitchell (MSNBC), who mistakenly thought she would draw Palin blood.

Not only did Sarah deal with the troll as the light work Andrea Mitchell happens to be, Sarah did it as she multi-tasked her attention to other things going on around her at the time.

Andrea Mitchell looked like a rank amateur cub reporter trying to get attention from the Famous and Powerful Politician of rock star popularity… Sarah Palin.

Sarah Palin is unleashed, reloaded, and free at last, free at last… to do it HER way: win, lose, or draw.

Sarah bucked certain Alaska state politicians who were corrupt slime buckets heralding from both the DEM party and the GOP to rise from Oil Regulator, Mayor, and city council member to the elected post of Governor.

She did it as a feminine and intelligent woman sans the pant-suited masculine approach and the neutered approach adopted by some women politicians who are afraid of the combination of strikingly good looks and high intelligence.

As a result of her dedication to, and personally identifying with, the real bosses of government officials, We the People, Sarah sharply reversed the states’ down turn by such measures as curtailing corruption that sold state government legislation to the highest bidder, the Big Oil companies and other deep pocketed special interests.

As Sarah entered national politics she had a running bi-partisan job approval rate over 80%, higher than any other sitting governor, based on results on her handling of the job of governor.

That she was considered the greatest political danger the DEM Party faced in 2008 was the reason the no holds barred Socialist War on Palin was spared no expense and spared no effort.

And, who played a pivotal role in attempting to destroy a popular and successful governor and public servant? The Lame Stream Media…

Just goes to show… you can fool all of the people some of the time and some of the people all of the time but not all of the people all of the time.

Sarah had not done anything to deserve the war of hatred waged on her by the Socialists… in fact it was a war of total fear. It was as if Sarah WAS the candidate for president, not vice president… but still the extreme levels of the gutter tactics was unseen in the history of American National Politics.

Liberal websites are now seen discussing not only the begrudged acceptance of Sarah Palin’s viability in 2012, and Liberal Life under a President Palin… but what could Obama possibly do to attempt any kind of a leveling of the playing field in 2012.

One of the suggestions is replacing Joe Biden with a more populist candidate… Oprah Winfrey, who has ironically announced she will leave her talk show in 2011. hahaha

That would be a hoot…

Climategate e-mails sweep America, may scuttle Barack Obama’s Cap and Trade laws

Just a few considerations in addition to previous remarks about the explosion of the East Anglia Climategate e-mails in America. The reaction is growing exponentially there. Fox News, Barack Obama’s Nemesis, is now on the case, trampling all over Al Gore’s organic vegetable patch and breaking the White House windows. It has extracted some of the juiciest quotes from the e-mails and displayed them on-screen, with commentaries. Joe Public, coast-to-coast, now knows, thanks to the clowns at East Anglia’s CRU, just how royally he has been screwed.

Senator James Inhofe’s Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works has written to all the relevant US Government agencies, acquainting them with the nature of the e-mails. But the real car crash for Obama is on Capitol Hill where it is now confidently believed his Cap and Trade climate legislation is toast. It was always problematic; but with a growing awakening to the scale of the scientific imposture sweeping the world, as far as the Antipodes, the clever money is on Cap and Trade laws failing to pass, with many legislators sceptical and the mid-term elections looming ever closer.

At the more domestic level, the proposed ban on incandescent light bulbs, so supinely accepted in this servile state of Britain, is now provoking a huge backlash in America. US citizens do not like the government coming into their houses and putting their lights out. Voters may not understand the cut and thrust of climate debate at the technical level, but they know when the Man from Washington has crossed their threshold uninvited.

The term that Fox News is now applying to the Climategate e-mails is “game-changer”. For the first time, Anthropogenic Global Warming cranks are on the defensive, losing their cool and uttering desperate mantras such as “You can be sceptical, not denial.” Gee, thanks, guys. In fact we shall be whatever we want to be, without asking your permission.

At this rate, Copenhagen is going to turn into a comedy convention with the real world laughing at these liars. Now is the time to mount massive resistance to the petty tyrants and hit them where it hurts – in the wallet. Further down the line there may be, in many countries, a question of criminal prosecution of anybody who has falsified data to secure funds and impose potentially disastrous fiscal restraints on the world in deference to a massive hoax. It’s a new world out there, Al, and, as you may have noticed, the climate is very cold indeed.

New group tries to convince Cheney to run in 2012

Washington (CNN) – A new group wants former Vice President Dick Cheney back in the White House.

The organization – “Draft Dick Cheney 2012” – launched on Friday, and unveiled their new Web site. Their aim: To convince the former vice president to seek the Republican presidential nomination in the next race for the White House. But there may be a major roadblock to the group’s pitch – Cheney himself.

“The 2012 race for the Republican nomination for President will be about much more then who will be the party’s standard bearer against Barack Obama, the race is about the heart and soul of the GOP,” said Christopher Barron, one of the organizers of the Draft Cheney movement. “There is only one person in our party with the experience, political courage and unwavering commitment to the values that made our party strong – and that person is Dick Cheney.”

The former vice president has been a frequent outspoken critic of the Obama administration’s security policy. He recently suggested that Obama was “dithering” over deciding on adding more U.S. troops to Afghanistan. National polls suggest that the former vice president remains popular among conservatives and Republicans.

    Great Post VF !
I love the ‘deer in the headlights’ look from Andrea.

Now that Sarah is out from under the restrictions of performing governmental duties, the left are attempting to hobble her anyway they can.

She’s on her own now, a “Rogue”.
A better term for her could a ‘pioneer’, out from under the restrictions of the McCain machine,
and free to say what the American Conservatives yearn to hear.

The Obama thugs will be in play as we get closer the 2010 election cycle.

I think she will have a strong influence for the Conservative candidates willing to try to take our Country back from the brink of socialism/marxism.

Illegal alien burns elderly woman alive, now gets life
After ‘sadistic’ murder, killer declared, ‘May God forgive me for what I did’

    By Chelsea Schilling
    © 2009 WorldNetDaily

Editor’s note: The contents of this story are graphic in nature.

An illegal alien has been sentenced to life in prison for breaking into an 83-year-old woman’s home, grabbing her by the throat, smashing her head into furniture, saturating her with gasoline and setting her body on fire while she was still alive – all to cover up his check-fraud scam after she hired him to cut her lawn.

Ramon Alvarado, 33, and his cousin, Jose Alvarado, 37, were hired to do yard work for Lila Meizel at her home in Wheaton, Md. They worked for the woman for two years, and Meizel often gave the men soda, food and extra tips.

Jose’s wife, Ana Rodas, 33, was also arrested in connection with the murder that took place the day before Thanksgiving last year. Ramon was convicted of murder, arson and conspiracy in October. On Monday, he was sentenced to two consecutive life terms – one without parole – plus an additional 30 years for arson.

A Montgomery County jail official confirmed that all three were illegal aliens. According to reports, they are from El Salvador and have lived in the United States for more than 10 years. The Gaithersburg Gazette reported Immigration and Customs Enforcement had detainers on all three defendants, flagging them for possible federal charges and deportation proceedings.

According to prosecutors, Meizel gave the men a $75 check for landscaping work. Jose added two zeros to the number, agreeing to give his cousin $1,200 and Rodas $1,000. They used the $7,500 to buy a car, computer and clothes. Ramon and Jose pre-emptively conspired to kill Meizel when the two believed they might be caught.

    Lila Meizel, 83

Firefighters found Meizel in her burning home and pulled her outside, but they were unable to resuscitate her. A firefighter and two police officers sustained injuries in the blaze.

Both Ramon and Jose Alvarado had previous criminal records in Montgomery County. Jose had a history of check fraud, according to the Washington Examiner. Ramon had a warrant out for his arrest for driving a car without a license or registration. Rodas had no criminal history.

Montgomery’s top prosecutor called the murder case the most horrific he has seen since taking office, according to the Washington Post.

An autopsy revealed Ramon caused Meizel to suffer a brain hemorrhage and fractured seven of her ribs. She had soot in her lungs and burned tissue in the back of her throat, indicators that she was alive when he set her on fire. Most of her body was charred and her face was unrecognizable.

“The inhumane manner you chose to exterminate a lady well into the autumn years of her life strongly suggests that you are sadistic,” Montgomery County Circuit Court Judge Terrence J. McGann told Ramon Alvarado. “A civilized society demands that you be in prison for the remainder of your life.”

During Ramon’s trial, Judge McGann said he could not look at the autopsy photos “very long without gagging.”

“I’m going to put these in the envelope so they don’t turn anyone else’s stomach,” he said.

According to the report, Ramon Alvarado spoke only about his concern for his mother.

“I am thinking about what my mother is going to think of me after I get sentenced,” he said through an interpreter. “I’m concerned about my mother. When she finds out what happens to me, she can get quite ill.”

Jose Alvarado pleaded guilty to first-degree murder on June 3 and faces up to life in prison. Rodas pleaded guilty June 3 to accessory after the fact and faces up to five years in prison.

“I lost my head,” Jose Alvarado told the Washington Post, speaking from a pay phone last year inside the Montgomery County jail. “I don’t know what to say. It just happened suddenly. I was tempted by demons.”

Meizel’s daughter described her mother as “a very trusting woman,” saying she was satisfied with Ramon’s services.

“When it came to hiring people for her lawn, she was happy with this man,” she said.

“May God forgive me for what I did,” Ramon Alvarado reportedly told police shortly after the murder.

Just after Meizel’s murder last year, WND reported another case where an illegal alien fatally beat a 64-year-old woman who gave him a home. In December, Julio Cesar Ramos – who had been deported more than a dozen times – was charged with first-degree murder after allegedly beating Paulette Locklear to death when she took him in, built a small house on her property for him, gave him work and treated him like family.

She called 9-1-1 just before being beaten to death with a blunt object outside of her home.

Last night, Dobbs announced his resignation, effective immediately. This victory is a true testament to the power of people standing together to demand change.

    >>Please join in celebrating our victory and preparing for the battles to come

    The Pledge Be Counted!

  41. samhenry says:

there will be a helluva fight over immigration. Now what have we done to fight back? We haven’t organized, have we? Did I miss something?

  53. tellitlikeitis says: did not get Lou Dobbs to quit CNN. Somebody shot a gun at his house. I would think that would be the reason enough and not some piss ass lame ass illegal Latino group. Dream on Keep your sh^t up and you quickly will become human pinyatas. comprendo gringo.

  54. tellitlikeitis says:

Lisa, John Coffey in that movie was a miracle man. A true gift from God. I could not have put him to death. They would have had to kill me first.

  55. samhenry says:

Tellit – I did not mean to infer that Presente was the group that pushed him over the cliff. I think Dobbs had been having some difficulty with his boss for some time (he said this) and that the gun shots were the thing that, as you have said, pushed him over the cliff.

  56. tellitlikeitis says:

SH, No problem. I agree with you.

The White House’s unprecedented use of ‘unprecedented’
    By CAROL E. LEE | 11/25/09 12:54 AM EST

The Obama White House is addicted to the “unprecedented.”

Perhaps it was a sign when President Barack Obama sat down in January to record his first weekly address and announced: “We begin this year and this administration in the midst of an unprecedented crisis that calls for unprecedented action.”

What has followed is declaration after declaration of “unprecedented” milestones. Some of them are legitimate firsts, like the president’s online town hall at the White House in May.

But others the president wins merely on a technicality, and several clearly already have precedents.

The White House’s announcement of its unprecedented — “a first by an American president visiting China” — town hall meeting with students in Beijing, for instance, drew a collective eye roll in certain circles back home, namely among former aides to President George W. Bush, who had already been grumbling about Obama’s carefree application of “unprecedented.”

“I think I attended a town hall with President Bush in China,” former Bush adviser Karen Hughes quipped with a laugh, recalling a 2002 Bush speech in Beijing at which he took questions from the audience. “I thought: Were they asleep? Or were they dreaming? I remember standing and watching President Bush engage in a town hall that I believe was televised.”

President Bill Clinton also took questions from Chinese students at an event during a trip to the country in 1998, then did a radio call-in show in Shanghai the next day.

The White House’s characterization of Obama’s Beijing town hall mirrored the description staff gave Obama’s address to students on the first day of school, which the Education Department called “historic.” Yet President George H.W. Bush delivered an address to students, as did President Ronald Reagan. Maybe it was the streaming online video of Obama’s speech to students that was unprecedented?

Either way, for a president whose approach to exaggerated critiques of his administration is to “call ‘em out” and who has made an issue of forcing corporate America to expose the fine print, one wonders whether his use of “unprecedented” would pass his own litmus test.

Indeed some of his efforts are unprecedented. Obama noted, for example, that world leaders took “unprecedented steps” on nuclear nonproliferation at a meeting of the United Nations Security Council that he was the first U.S. president ever to chair.

But at times Obama’s use of “unprecedented” is questionable.

Obama has said he “took office amid unprecedented economic turmoil” and that the situation demanded “unprecedented international cooperation” and resulted in his signing of the “unprecedented” Recovery Act. Yet it seems the Great Depression and the New Deal might be considered precedents for the current economic crisis and the $787 billion stimulus plan.

And Obama’s promise of “an unprecedented effort to root out waste and inefficiency” sounded a lot like promises of past presidents.

“I believe the Congress and the American people approve my goals of economy and efficiency,” President Lyndon B. Johnson told Congress in 1965. “I believe they are as opposed to waste as I am. We can and will eliminate it.”
