Obama to Congress: Do As I Say, Not As I Do

First off…
Who the hell does Obama think he is?
The Supreme Being of Ameristan?

obama i am god

Uhhh... No. You Are Just a Puffed-Up Radical Socialist/Marxist

The Moonbat-In-Chief just set the Stage for Socialist Political Theater by deciding to cancel the GITMO Military Trials for the five 9/11 Terrorist War Fighters in custody and move them to New York City to be tried in a Civilian Court absent of their legal status as Prisoners of War and replace it with US civilian status accused of civilian crimes.

Thus the Moonbat-In-Chief sets the stage to use the trials for an Anti-Conservative Political Circus.

But Wait! There’s More! In a unilateral move, Obama tells Congressmen to cease and desist in investigating the DoD/FBI/CIA in their handling of Assassin Hasan prior to his Jihadist Attack at Fort Hood shooting 43 human beings in the name of Allah, killing 13 of them.

House of Representatives Pete Hoekstra and Senator Joe Lieberman vow to conduct separate investigations into the failure of counterterrorism efforts within the DoD/FBI/CIA and determine shortfalls that allowed Assassin Hasan to complete his personal Jihad against the Great Satan, The United States of America. That Major Hasan is an active duty officer in the US Army adds treason to his list of crimes against the People of the United States.

Islam is more than a religion and all the DoD and State Department regulations in the world to declare it a mere Religion can not and will not change the spots on the beast.

When a motion picture company feels so threatened by Islam in the making of their to be released film, 2012, to conspicuously exclude Islamic sites from global distruction befalling the rest of the planet, you have something more than a religion in play.

Islamic icon omitted from ‘2012’

The upcoming disaster movie “2012” lays waste to many political, cultural and religious buildings and landmarks. But one Islamic icon was too sensitive to touch: the Kaaba, the cube-shaped building in the heart of Mecca, one of the holiest sites in Islam.

Director Roland Emmerich told SCI FI Wire that he wanted to include the religious site in the film, but was talked out of it. “My co-writer Harald [Kloser] said I will not have a fatwa on my head because of a movie. And he was right,” he explained.

A fatwa in the Islamic faith is a religious opinion by scholar on a legal, civil, or religious matter. The term gained meaning in the Western world in 1989 when Iran’s Ayatollah Khomeini issued a fatwa calling for the death of author Salman Rushdie, whom he accused of blasphemy.

Another well-known and deadly fatwa was issued by Osama bin Laden in 1998 and called for Muslims to execute Americans and their allies, according to the Columbia Encyclopedia .

Emmerich went on to say, “We have to all in the Western world think about this. You can actually let Christian symbols fall apart, but if you would do this with [an] Arab symbol, you would have a fatwa, and that sounds a little bit like what the state of this world is.

OH, and a very good blog post!

Slime libs think it’s the right thing to do, say we don’t know history, when all they’ve been taught is revisionist history. The German terrorist were put through a Military Tribunal. But what I get from the slime balls is, “they weren’t terrorist, they were spys”. They were to blow up buildings, that makes them terrorists.

Can’t reason with a slimeball lib.

We can blame Bill Clinton for the disarmament of our troops while on base AND for removing the Military Police from positions of authority at the gates. Who’s Really Running the Show?

I have been having a nagging intuition lately
that something is not quite right about Barack Obama. I am not suggesting
there is something wrong with the man, per se. Nor am I talking about the
crazy, even dangerous, policies coming out of the White House. No, lately,
I have been wondering if Barack Obama is, in fact, the person who is
actually functioning as President of the United States
I mean, there’s no doubt that he fills the
position of POTUS but is he really the one in command? The man actually
seems lost at times. He seems to be reacting to ideas about which he does
not really have a clue. He has left the writing of this health care bill to
Nancy Pelosi’s House of Representatives and she, in turn, has farmed the
writing out to several fairly radical community action groups. When
questioned about health care, he seems not to know or understand the details
and even with his silver-tongue seems unable to demonstrate any leadership
    on the issue.
With respect to Afghanistan and the rest of
our foreign policy, he seems equally lost. Especially when it comes to
dealing with other world leaders. He makes beautiful speeches but seems to
be unable to cut deals which benefit our nation. He seems to be acting as a
pawn of much more clever world leaders.
The more I watch the man, the more I see a
person who appears to be the “face” of some other entity or group. He seems
like a “front man”. And it is becoming clear that his strings are being
pulled by someone else. He does not appear to be the man in command of the
ship of state. At least, he is not in the driver’s seat.
You might recall that people said about Bush
that he was a front man for the neo-cons and that it was really Dick Cheney
that was running the show. It turns out that Dick Cheney was not as
influential in Bush’s second term as many thought but, perhaps it is true
that the neo-cons, whoever they may be, were pulling some of Bush’s strings.
On the other hand, with Obama, it does not
appear that there is anyone who is visible to we the people or the media who
is pulling the strings. If they are there, they are not in elected
positions as Cheney was. They are better hidden than that.
We know that he has been and remains
surrounded by life-long radicals, professed communists and
anti-capitalists, some of whom he has even appointed as czars in his
administration. Thirty six czars, to date. But is it Obama who is picking
the czars or is it the czars who are running the show and propping up Obama
    as their front man?
I know all this may sound crazy but, really,
when you look at the man without the idolatry and media worship, does he
really look like he knows what he is doing? Does he seem to have a
direction? Firm convictions? Something he deeply believes in? The more he
talks now, the more his words seems empty of content. Platitudes about
America and the American people which, when he says them, simply do not ring
true. They are words being mouthed but not believed by him.
Okay, so maybe he is really clever, is firmly
moving the ship to the left while mouthing the words of a centrist but I
don’t think so. What I used to think was that he was a really slick conman
who was making us watch his left hand while he was manipulating us with his
right. But, now I don’t think that so much. I think the man is more
plastic than real. Now I begin to see him as the “Great and Powerful Oz”:
a fearsome presence who is being manipulated by men behind the curtain. And
while Obama does not have strong convictions, the men behind the curtain do.
And they are moving this country down a dangerous path. All the while, we
are being distracted by Obama and what he says and does.
Okay, maybe I am simply a mildly paranoid
conspiracy theorist. Why, you might ask, have Obama up there? Why not have
one of the actual people behind the curtain run for President. Well, being
a paranoid conspiracy theorist, I can come up with an answer to that
question. Those other people behind the curtain have backgrounds that are
so radical that they would never have made it past the first few days of a
campaign. Additionally, they are life-long community organizers and they
know what kind of face can be effective if you wish to radically change the
nation. First, you need a black man to gain the support of the vast black
minority. Second, you need a pale skinned black man so as not to be too
much of a threat to white Americans. For the same reasons, you need a mixed
race man who allies himself with the poor and down-trodden. And you need
someone who speaks well enough to co-opt the language of the right and
appear to be a uniter, not a divider. Someone who sees, or at least can
articulate, both sides of an issue. This is the kind of man you would pick
to be your front man so that while you move things drastically and
dramatically left, the vast majority of Americans will not believe that was
the intention of the moderate appearing front man.
Yes, Obama was a community organizer. Yes, he
could be clever enough to have all this be his idea. But he really wasn’t a
community organizer for that long. And when he was, he didn’t do anything
truly radical. It was more a time during which he was being trained than a
time when he was driven by a personal sense of commitment to anything in
particular. There are people who are now in his government who have been
community organizers and radical left wing activists for 20-30 years. These
people have deeply ingrained commitments to changing the system and have
been actively trying to do so for all that time. Obama is not one of them.
In my view, Obama has been trained and used
as a puppet by others for a long time. His successes seem to have come too
easily, as if they have been orchestrated. His life appears to have been
pre-planned. I mean, Harvard Law Review without publishing a single paper
of note. That is unusual. A community organizer for a short time, a State
legislator for a few years, a freshman US Senator, a convention key-note
speaker, and then POTUS. How does that happen? A person with zero
governmental administrative experience is running the entire government of
    the United States ..
How do 1100 page documents get developed and
put out in such short order? Who is writing all these proposals? Does it
not seem that something is just not quite right here? Forget about the
specifics of the policies for the moment. Have you seen this level of
activity in the first few months of any other administration in your
lifetime? Does Obama seem like the kind of person that could manage this
level of activity in so short a time? Too much does not make sense here.
So, slowly but surely, I am becoming convinced
that it is not Barack Obama who is running the show. The White House has
been captured by a group of people who are using Barack Obama as their front
man. He is nothing but an articulate but empty suit. We have to start
looking behind the curtains to find out who is really controlling the “great
    and powerful Obama”.

    Something to think about…………..

Iraq Celebrates First Class of Elite Female Police Officers

[image of Iraqi Police Women, the self-called “Lioness Group” http://gatewaypundit.firstthings.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/iraq-women-300×179.jpg ]

Iraqi women marched in Baghdad on Monday as they became the first female graduates of Iraq’s police officer academy. (Joao Silva for The New York Times)

The first female class of Iraq’s police officer training academy graduated this past week.

    The New York Times reported:

As one, the stony faces broke into a free-for-all of kisses, hugs and tears on Monday as the 50 women who called themselves the Lioness group became the first female graduates of Iraq’s police officer training academy.

On a vast concrete parade ground, the women joined 1,050 male classmates in what American military officers, who provided advice on the training, called a step forward for the country and its women.

“Some people have a view of Iraqi women that for them to join the police academy is a shame,” said Alla Nozad Falih, 22, wearing a star on her epaulet that marked her as a first lieutenant. Like about half of the group’s members, she wore her hair uncovered except by a uniform blue beret, and like 26 of her female classmates, she joined the academy after finishing law school.

The job of officer in the national police force is among the highest paying available in Iraq, but also one of the most dangerous; officers and trainees are favorite targets of insurgents.

In 2007 Barack Obama said that possibility of genocide was not a good enough reason to keep US forces in Iraq.

Today violence is down and the former terror regime is a infant democracy thanks to George W. Bush, Republicans and the US military.

  23. samhenry says:

Well said, VF and good morning. This is the truth the liberals do not want to hear. You don’t see them pointing to Iraq and saying this. Axelrod Signals Obama Will Try to Strip Abortion Language From Health Care Bill

The amendment, authored by Rep. Bart Stupak, D-Mich., went beyond preventing the proposed government-run plan from covering abortion to restrict federal subsidies from going toward private plans that offer abortion coverage. David Axelrod says the amendment changes the “status quo,” something the president cannot abide.

  38. samiam60 says:

White House Senior Adviser David Axelrod suggested Sunday that President Obama will intervene to make sure a controversial amendment restricting federal funding for abortion coverage is stripped from final health care reform legislation.

In doing so, the president would be heeding the call of abortion rights supporters like Planned Parenthood that have called the White House their “strongest weapon” in keeping such restrictions out of the bill.

The abortion amendment was tacked on to the House health care bill and was a key factor in securing the votes of moderate Democrats before the bill was approved by a narrow margin last weekend. The amendment, authored by Rep. Bart Stupak, D-Mich., went beyond preventing the proposed government-run plan from covering abortion to restrict federal subsidies from going toward private plans that offer abortion coverage.

Axelrod said in an interview Sunday that the amendment changes the “status quo,” something the president cannot abide.

“The president has said repeatedly, and he said in his speech to Congress, that he doesn’t believe that this bill should change the status quo as it relates to the issue of abortion,” Axelrod said. “This shouldn’t be a debate about abortion. And he’s going to work with Senate and the House to try and ensure that at the end of the day, the status quo is not changed … I believe that there are discussions ongoing to how to adjust it accordingly.”

Axelrod said the president believes that issue, as well as the ongoing dispute over what kind of government-run insurance plan, if any, should be included in the overhaul, “can and will be worked through before it reaches his desk.”

Axelrod spoke on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

The president already said last week that he did not support the amendment.

“I laid out a very simple principle, which is this is a health care bill, not an abortion bill. And we’re not looking to change what is the principle that has been in place for a very long time, which is federal dollars are not used to subsidize abortions,” Obama told ABC News on Monday. “And I want to make sure that the provision that emerges meets that test — that we are not in some way sneaking in funding for abortions, but on the other hand that we’re not restricting women’s insurance choices.”

Meanwhile, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell told “Fox News Sunday” that the American people do not want any taxpayer money going toward abortion, as he gloated over how long the Senate could potentially hold up the health care bill.

“I think it would be very difficult to pass a bill that, in effect, either directly or indirectly provided tax money to pay for abortions,” McConnell said.

The timetable for Senate action on health care has been thrown into question, though Axelrod said the White House still wants to “get it done” this year. McConnell said “delay” will be a hallmark of the Senate process going forward. He complained that the current bill would raise taxes and cut Medicare, an allegation that was backed up by a Washington Post article Sunday that showed the agency administering Medicare and Medicaid found that a proposed $500 billion in Medicare cuts would in turn cut benefits for seniors.

“There will be a lot of amendments over a lot of weeks,” McConnell said. “I mean, the Senate is not the House. You saw in the House three votes and it was over in one day. Look, we spent four weeks on a farm bill in the last Congress, eight weeks on an energy bill earlier this decade. This will be on the floor for quite a long time. I think it ought to be on the floor at least as long as it’s been in Harry Reid’s office.”
