Sarah Palin Leaves The Fringe Media Shipwrecked; Reveals hidden Socialist Agendas hiding inside ObamaCare Bill; TeamSarah On Deck!

palin right cross

Sarah Palin has read the 1018 page pile of crap called H.R. 3200, the ObamaCare Bill and is revealing the Socialist Traps hidden within it.

The Abject Fear felt by the Socialists at the mention of Sarah Palin, thus their nonstop trollish personal attacks, has never been keener than at this time in history. But few people outside their Fringe Socialist Circle care listen to it anymore… yawn…

Armed with an Internet connected computer and a Facebook account, Sarah Palin plunged a rational independent thinking Spear deep into the heart of the Socialist Agenda to Nationalize Health Care …the design of which Sarah has been revealing.

She has been unmasking the Hidden Socialist Agenda within ObamaCare in ways all Americans can easily perceive.

She has shown a national spotlight on the carefully designed  means within ObamaCare which would massively empower Socialist Labor Unions and grant the Socialists aka ‘Progressives’ total control of the lives and wealth of all Americans at a level that can only be compared to the days of the old USSR.

Several recent articles, ignored by the Frightened Socialists and their Fringe Media, came across my desk recently…

Namely, I reviewed’s current article “Sarah Palin emerges as Facebook phenom” and the Post-Partisan Examiner article “Prelude to 2012: how did Demcorats let Sarah Palin destroy health care reform with Facebook?”.

What Sarah Palin has done is a model of brilliance which has short-circuited the Moonbat Trolls schemes to bring her down.

This is why she ended her Governorship ahead of schedule… to render the Socialist Zombie Troll Squad powerless to do anything meanful to block her relentless advance on Obama and his Congressional Mob of Socialists.

She coined the phrase ‘Death Panels’ and within 24 hours, President Obama was using the term as he fruitlessly tried to lie his way out of the fact that ObamaCare included Government Incentives to induce the manditory application of suicide promoting and planning on folks considered too expensive to provide health care for.

Within a few days the Senate Committee for ObamaCare deleted the ‘Death Panel’ sections from it’s version of ObamaCare Bill.

That folks… is the power of Sarah Palin.

She did more than all the office holding Republicans in Congress have collectively managed to do and did it with a computer and a Facebook account.

Today Obama is struggling against the tide sweeping over him… a tide of opposition set loose and given focus by none other than Sarah Palin.

As Obama makes his four visits to Sunday Talk Shows to try to salavage his ObamaCare from total wreckage… he must shake his head in disbelief that with the entire Fringe Media behind him giving him air time… he is loosing to a Mom with a Facebook account and a superior sense of reality and understanding of the true mind set of Main Stream America.

Only in America, Obama… Only in America.

Sarah waves fairwell to the Fringe Media, the Katie Courics, the Charlie Gibsons… the Keith Olbermanns and the rest of the Socialist Media Gang of Trolls as she strolls into power… the power of the hearts and minds of Main Stream America.

sarah palin waves farewell to the Fringe Media

Not sure why your trackback’s not working Kinky… Let’s give it some time to see if it shows… sometimes it takes a while for mine to show here.

  13. Kynikos says:

Hey Fox I have gotten a couple of hits from your site today? Not sure why it is not working either?

I say mushrooms with the magical mystery tour, god I wish I was young LOL

    I really like bagpipes…

  15. Foxwood says:

I’ve never heard that before SamH. It was exceptional. There are 3 other parts. I’m downloading them.

  16. Foxwood says:

You’ve got it set up right, Kinky. I’ve had a time or two with VFs site that it never showed up. But I do have a permanent link to your new site on my pages.

Did you take your old site down?

  17. VotingFemale says:

For some reason, the trackbacks are all requiring moderation permission… even though I previously have authorized trackbacks from sites… now WP insists I authorize each trackback anyway.

so your trackback is now showing here Kyno

  19. VotingFemale says:

At the end of the week, Glenn had 2 of the 56… I wonder how many he’ll have on Monday? Obama should be worried.

  23. ohiobelle says:

I bet he’ll have 3 more this week. I think I could already name a few.

  24. Foxwood says:

    HA! Funny Belle!

I used to like to slow dance to this one…

    Wait a second… part of it anyway…

  25. ohiobelle says:

Obama is making a huge mistake! The more and more he is seen on tv, the less likely Obamacare will pass. KEEP IT UP OBAMA!! Everything he does… FAILS!

  26. ohiobelle says:

Anybody that appears on 5 tv shows in one day… May have issues. Does this sound familiar??

Although most individuals have some narcissistic traits, high levels of narcissism can manifest themselves as a pathological form as narcissistic personality disorder, whereby the patient overestimates his or her abilities and has an excessive need for admiration and affirmation.

  31. Foxwood says:

Narsixosis… Kind of like Vamporism, but you can only see yourself in the mirror…

  32. ohiobelle says:

Frank will always be my favorite.. I love the way you look tonight.

  33. ohiobelle says:

This is the type of Narcissim Obama suffers…

compensatory type – has illusions of superiority and an image of high self-worth, but with an underlying emptiness, insecurity and weakness. This type is sensitive to others’ reactions and prone to feeling ashamed, anxious and humiliated.

  34. Foxwood says:

May I be frank? No really. May I be Frank? 🙂

  36. ohiobelle says:

    And a little of this…

fanatic type – is a severely narcissistically wounded individual, usually with major paranoid tendencies who holds onto an illusion of omnipotence. These people are fighting the reality of their insignificance and lost value and are trying to re-establish their self-esteem through grandiose fantasies and self-reinforcement. When unable to gain recognition of support from others, they take on the role of a heroic or worshipped person with a grandiose mission. These people can be found amongst sect leaders, in mental hospitals if their delusions become sustained and extensive, or in prison, if their missions counteract those of society.

  37. Foxwood says:

Oh, he’s humiliated… He don’t like Fox News… they embarrass him.

  38. VotingFemale says:

That Nails Obama to a tea party!

Okay here is our OBAMA NARCISSIM CHECK LIST:

    Aggressive narcissism

    Glibness/superficial charm
    Grandiose sense of self-worth
    Pathological lying
    Lack of remorse or guilt
    Shallow affect
    Callous/lack of empathy
Failure to accept responsibility for own actions.

“Oh, he’s humiliated… He don’t like Fox News… they embarrass him.”

Obama don’t like Foxnews, as he’s a cry baby. He got no ball. Remember, Obama’s are still mad at
    1. Major Garett over the WH spamming ‘we the people’ w/the emails

    2. Chris Wallace for outing the VA Death Book.

    3. Hannity for the Jeremiah “God damn America” Wright sermon videos.

    4. Glen Beck for exposing Van Jones & causing Jones to be banished from the kingdom

    5. Foxnews, generally for airing (a) the tea-parties that started the conservative base; the town halls, which hurt his obamacare momentum; & the 912 march that was held in D.C. (close to his front door); and (b) the Acorn prostitution videos, which caused him to loose a group who was gonna cook the voter registration books in favor of liberals.

    Obama HATES foxnews guts.

  64. Foxwood says:

    Thank God for Fox News!

  65. arlenearmy says:

bbl … got to finish cleaning the kitchen & do laundry.

Yeah, I’m in the middle of grilling and (multi-tasking) cutting up chicken thighs and legs.

I de-bone the thighs and stuff them with serano pepper and smoked cheddar, then wrap them in bacon (man, I do love bacon) to be grilled. MMMMMmmmmm…….

I haven’t found the perfect heart attack food yet… but I’m working on it.

  68. Foxwood says:

    No, that wasn’t Foxwood Mac… that was…

  69. Foxwood says:

but still you cried all night.

  73. Foxwood says:

    A Well Respected Man

cause he gets up in the morning,
And he goes to work at nine,
And he comes back home at five-thirty,
Gets the same train every time.
cause his world is built round punctuality,
    It never fails.

    And hes oh, so good,
    And hes oh, so fine,
    And hes oh, so healthy,
In his body and his mind.
Hes a well respected man about town,
Doing the best things so conservatively.

And his mother goes to meetings,
While his father pulls the maid,
And she stirs the tea with councilors,
    While discussing foreign trade,
And she passes looks, as well as bills
    At every suave young man

    cause hes oh, so good,
    And hes oh, so fine,
    And hes oh, so healthy,
In his body and his mind.
Hes a well respected man about town,
Doing the best things so conservatively.

And he likes his own backyard,
And he likes his fags the best,
cause hes better than the rest,
And his own sweat smells the best,
And he hopes to grab his fathers loot,
    When pater passes on.

    cause hes oh, so good,
    And hes oh, so fine,
    And hes oh, so healthy,
In his body and his mind.
Hes a well respected man about town,
Doing the best things so conservatively.

And he plays at stocks and shares,
And he goes to the regatta,
And he adores the girl next door,
cause hes dying to get at her,
But his mother knows the best about
    The matrimonial stakes.

    cause hes oh, so good,
    And hes oh, so fine,
    And hes oh, so healthy,
In his body and his mind.
Hes a well respected man about town,
Doing the best things so conservatively.

  74. Foxwood says:

Fags at that time meant cigarettes, for the younger crowd.

  75. Foxwood says:

It’s like trying to read the Constitution today and thinking the words mean one thing, but had another meaning when the Constitution was written.

  76. Foxwood says:

One of my all time favorites…
I thought this was Cajun music till I moved here.

  77. Foxwood says:

You think this is your country, Socialists?

  78. arlenearmy says:

that sure sounds like good eating. Hubby skins our chickens. I personally like the skin on it.

  79. Foxwood says:

I’m surprised I’m thinking so coherently so close to the bottom of a 5th.

HA! A 5th at 5:00… cent… I say, central time that is… (Foghorn Leghorn impersonation).

  80. arlenearmy says:

Has anyone noticed that Bertha Lewis would NOT look Rep. Darrell Issa when he was talking to her. This shows how indignant & arrogant that woman is.

Notice the body language. Chris Wallace tried to get her to respond to Rep. Issa, but she kept dodging & turning her heard away from him & her arms were folded inward. I think that since she kept ignoring Rep. Issa, he would not dignify her by calling her by her last name. He called her “Bertha”.

  81. Foxwood says:

She didn’t have the answers… Without looking at the video (listening to my Sunday music) and only going off of what I saw on Fox and Friends this morning, she didn’t have answers and faked it. Someone (Obutthole?) told her to get on this morning… My guess.

  82. VotingFemale says:

    Bus Stop

Bus stop, wet day, she’s there, I say
    Please share my umbrella
Bus stop, bus goes, she stays, love grows
    Under my umbrella

All that summer we enjoyed it
    Wind and rain and shine
    That umbrella, we employed it
    By August, she was mine

Every morning I would see her waiting at the stop
Sometimes she’d shopped and she would show me what she bought
Other people stared as if we were both quite insane
Someday my name and hers are going to be the same

That’s the way the whole thing started
    Silly but it’s true
    Thinkin’ of a sweet romance
    Beginning in a queue

Came the sun the ice was melting
    No more sheltering now
Nice to think that that umbrella
    Led me to a vow

Every morning I would see her waiting at the stop
Sometimes she’d shopped and she would show me what she bought
Other people stared as if we were both quite insane
Someday my name and hers are going to be the same

I can’t lie down because of coughing so I have watched videos this afternoon of leftist intellectuals discussing democracy. They don’t want Communism – they feel it is a failed theology. They want the best of two worlds – social democracy. Ugh. That is where we are headed.

These leftists keep in better touch with each other than I did with my own mother.

  93. samhenry says:

I’ve enjoyed FOX and VF music here this late afternoon. It is wonderful. I especially love the Beatles and Ravi. Is this the remastered version FOX described? My the two of you have got all of this down.

I am on my way to the store to replenish the larder. I need juices and chocolate.

  94. Foxwood says:

I have the album “Green Grass and High Tide”, the best of the Rolling Stones 1964 – 1966.

A high school buddy of mine bought the first CD that came out and we listened to it. “19th Nervous Breakdown” played and I told him it was to slow. He told me it was from the original recording.

“Bullsh!t!” I told him and we compared the album to the CD. 3:36 on the album to 3:37 on the CD…

He told me I was in the wrong business.

    DJs don’t get sh!t for wages…

  95. Foxwood says:

Boehner Says Democrat Health Care Plan Is Dead
    Sunday, September 20, 2009
    By Terence P. Jeffrey, Editor-in-Chief

( – House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) said Sunday that the health-care plan that President Barack Obama is pushing in Congress is now dead and will not pass.

Boehner made the observation in an interview this morning on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” where he appeared after President Obama.

“There’s been no bipartisan conversation on Capitol Hill about health care,” Boehner said in an interview with “Meet the Press” host David Gregory. “At some point when these big government plans fail—and they will, the Congress will not pass this—it’s really time for the president to hit the reset button, just stop all of this and let’s sit down and start over in a bipartisan way to build a plan that Americans will support.”

“So you think the plan is dead?” asked Gregory.

“I think it is,” said Boehner.

Earlier in the program, President Obama had said that news coverage of the health care debate over the past week had been dominated not by “the sensible people” but by people stoking controversy.

In his own appearance, Boehner rejected the contention that the “tone” of the debate over health-care reform had gotten out of control, saying instead that it has been a “spirited” debate and that more Americans had been engaged in debating health-care reform than had been engaged in debating any issue in decades.

“I mean, let’s face it,” Obama told host David Gregory. “If you look at the news cycle over the last–over the last week–you know, it—it–it hasn’t been the–the sensible people who, you know, very deliberately talk about the important issues that we face as a country. That’s not the folks who’ve gotten a lot of coverage.”

Later, Gregory asked Boehner about the “tone” of the debate

“I want to stay with this tone of the debate right now and whether or not you agree that by some of the things the president said in the course of that interview, he is trying to cool off the debate, the tone of the debate,” said Gregory. “Do you see it that way?”

“Well, I don’t know that the tone of the debate has gotten out of control,” said Boehner.

“You don’t think so?” asked Gregory.

“It’s been spirited, because we’re talking about an issue that affects every single American,” said Boehner. “And because it affects every American in a very personal way, more Americans have been engaged in this debate than any issue in decades. And so there’s room to work together. But I first believe that we’ve got to just take this big-government option, this big-government plan and move it to the side. Now, let’s talk about what we can do to make our current system work better. Then we’ll have some grounds on which to build.”

Boehner said the White House had not reached out at all to discuss health care reform with House Republicans. Then he said the plan the White House and congressional Democrats were pushing would not pass.

When “Meet the Press” host David Gregory asked Boehner if he thought that plan was dead, Boehner did not hesitate.

“I think it is,” he said.

N.Y. governor ignores pressure to step aside
National Dem leaders concerned that Paterson won’t win re-election 2010

ALBANY, N.Y. – Gov. David Paterson isn’t scrapping his plans to run for the office he inherited 18 months ago despite growing pressure from Washington and intervention by the Rev. Al Sharpton, who has contacted the governor and the White House over his concern.

A senior Democratic adviser close to Paterson said Sunday that the state’s first black governor is still planning to run and is focusing on the state’s fiscal crisis. The adviser spoke on condition of anonymity because he wasn’t authorized to speak for Paterson.

The governor’s office has refused to comment since reports Saturday night revealed the Washington-based effort to persuade the governor to drop out of the 2010 race. That would pave the way for the far more popular Andrew Cuomo, the state’s first-term attorney general.
The Rev. Al Sharpton said Sunday on his radio show that he has spoken to the White House and Paterson about his concern that Democrats do what is best for the people of New York. He wouldn’t say whether he was advising Paterson to drop out.

Obama has not spoken to Paterson about the race, said a senior White House official who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the sensitive political matter. But it’s no secret that Democrats — in New York, in Washington and at the White House — are very concerned about Paterson’s re-election bid.

The White House has not ordered Paterson to leave the race and would not do so, the official continued, saying only the governor can make the decision about what’s right for him, the party and the state. But Obama’s concern of losing the governor’s office in such a key state has been communicated to Paterson and his advisers, the White Office official said.

Another senior Democratic adviser in New York said those seeking Paterson’s withdrawal are suggesting he could land a Washington job in the administration. The adviser spoke on the condition of anonymity because the official wasn’t authorized to speak for Paterson or the New York congressional delegation.

Deficit of more than $2 billion
Paterson is scheduled to present a plan later this month to the Legislature to deal with a deficit of more than $2 billion, which likely will require politically unpopular cuts in funding for some of Albany’s most powerful special interests.

Last week, the Marist College poll found 20 percent of New York voters approved of Paterson’s performance as governor, a mark slightly lower than his 21 percent approval rating in June. Only 24 percent of Democrats felt he was doing well. Seventy percent of voters said Paterson isn’t a viable candidate for 2010, including 65 percent of Democrats.

In comparison, Cuomo’s job approval rating is 69 percent. Sixty-seven percent of New Yorkers felt he should run for governor, including 77 percent of Democrats.

As lieutenant governor, Paterson moved to the governor’s office in March 2008 with Eliot Spitzer’s resignation amid a prostitution scandal. Since then, his popularity has plummeted and the state’s economic situation has deteriorated, with job losses mounting and the unemployment rate rising to its highest level in 26 years.

Yes lets weaken our defenses so China can just walk in and takes us over without firing a shot.
We destroy our nuclear arsenal while the rest of the world builds theirs up. This idiot is going to get us killed. I believe he thinks everyone else is going to reduce theirs. What a fool!

Barack Obama ready to slash US nuclear arsenalPentagon told to map out radical cuts as president prepares to Obama has rejected the Pentagon’s first draft of the “nuclear posture review” as being too timid, and has called for a range of more far-reaching options consistent with his goal of eventually abolishing nuclear weapons altogether, according to European officials.

    Those options include:

    • Reconfiguring the US nuclear force to allow for an arsenal measured in hundreds rather than thousands of deployed strategic warheads.

    • Redrafting nuclear doctrine to narrow the range of conditions under which the US would use nuclear weapons.

    • Exploring ways of guaranteeing the future reliability of nuclear weapons without testing or producing a new generation of warheads.

The review is due to be completed by the end of this year, and European officials say the outcome is not yet clear. But one official said: “Obama is now driving this process. He is saying these are the president’s weapons, and he wants to look again at the doctrine and their role.”

The move comes as Obama prepares to take the rare step of chairing a watershed session of the UN security council on Thursday. It is aimed at winning consensus on a new grand bargain: exchanging more radical disarmament by nuclear powers in return for wider global efforts to prevent further proliferation.

That bargain is at the heart of the nuclear non-proliferation treaty, which is up for review next year amid signs it is unravelling in the face of Iranian and North Korean nuclear ambitions.

In an article for the Guardian today, the foreign secretary, David Miliband, argues that failure to win a consensus would be disastrous. “This is one of the most critical issues we face,” the foreign secretary writes. “Get it right, and we will increase global security, pave the way for a world without nuclear weapons, and improve access to affordable, safe and dependable energy – vital to tackle climate change. Get it wrong, and we face the spread of nuclear weapons and the chilling prospect of nuclear material falling into the hands of terrorists.”

According to a final draft of the resolution due to be passed on Thursday, however, the UN security council will not wholeheartedly embrace the US and Britain’s call for eventual abolition of nuclear weapons. Largely on French insistence, the council will endorse the vaguer aim of seeking “to create the conditions for a world without nuclear weapons”.

Gordon Brown is due to use this week’s UN general assembly meeting to renew a diplomatic offensive on Iran for its failure to comply with security council demands that it suspend enrichment of uranium. The issue has been given greater urgency by an International Atomic Energy Agency document leaked last week which showed inspectors for the agency believed Iran already had “sufficient information” to build a warhead, and had tested an important component of a nuclear device.

Germany is also expected to toughen its position on Iran ahead of a showdown between major powers and the Iranian government on 1 October. But it is not yet clear what position will be taken by Russia, which has hitherto opposed the imposition of further sanctions on Iran.

Moscow’s stance will be closely watched for signs of greater co-operation in return for Obama’s decision last week to abandon a missile defence scheme in eastern Europe, a longstanding source of irritation to Russia.

“I hope the Russians realise they have to do something serious. I don’t think a deal has been done, but there is a great deal of expectation,” said a British official.

Russia has approximately 2,780 deployed strategic warheads, compared with around 2,100 in the US. The abandonment of the US missile defence already appears to have spurred arms control talks currently underway between Washington and Moscow: the Russian president, Dmitry Medvedev, said today that chances were “quite high” that a deal to reduce arsenals to 1,500 warheads each would be signed by the end of the year.

The US nuclear posture review is aimed at clearing the path for a new round of deep US-Russian cuts to follow almost immediately after that treaty is ratified, to set lower limits not just on deployed missiles but also on the thousands of warheads both have in their stockpiles.

The Obama strategy is to create disarmament momentum in the run-up to the non-proliferation treaty review conference next May, in the hope that states without nuclear weapons will not side with Iran, as they did at the last review in 2005, but endorse stronger legal barriers to nuclear proliferation, and forego nuclear weapons programmes themselves.

“The review has up to now been in the hands of mid-level bureaucrats with a lot of knowledge, but it’s knowledge drawn from the cold war. What they are prepared to do is tweak the existing doctrine,” said Rebecca Johnson, the head of the Acronym Institute, a pro-disarmament pressure group. “Obama has sent them it back saying: ‘Give me more options for what we can do in line with my goals. I’m not saying it’s easy, but all you’re giving me is business as usual.'”

  207. tellitlikeitis says:

New Trojan virus poses online banking threat

Cyber criminals have created a highly sophisticated Trojan virus that steals online banking log-in details from infected computers.

The Clampi virus, which is spreading rapidly across hundreds of thousands of computers in Britain and the United States, infects computers when users visit websites that host a malicious code.

Once on the computer, the virus sits unnoticed until the user logs on to bank, credit card or other financial websites. It then captures log-in and password information and sends it to a server run by the attackers. They can then tell the compromised computer to send money to accounts that they control, or they can buy goods with the stolen credit card details.

The trojan has a list of more than 4,500 finance-related websites that it monitors, including British high street banks. Security experts warned that it was one of the stealthiest and most pervasive threats to computers using the Microsoft Windows operating systems.

Orla Cox, security operations manager with Symantec, the online security company, said: “Clampi is a complex threat. People are only just beginning to understand how it operates.”

Researchers have found that the list of sites that Clampi is monitoring includes banks, credit card companies, online casinos, e-mail, wire transfer services, retail sites, utilities, share brokerages, mortgage lenders and government sites.

Ms Cox said: “The first big wave was in the US in July, but it is spreading around the world, particularly English-language countries. We have seen samples of it targeting UK high street banks. There is potential for another wave to come.”

It is estimated that more than 1,000 out of 40,000 or more infected computers have been in Britain. Only computers running Microsoft Windows are affected. Most of the infections seem to have occurred among small and medium-sized businesses, many of which have been reluctant to reveal how they have fallen victim.

In America, $75,000 (£46,000) was stolen in July from Slack Auto Parts, a car parts supplier in Gainesville, Georgia. In August, criminals used Clampi to steal online banking details for the public school district in Sands Spring, Oklahoma. The attackers then submitted a series of false payroll payments, totalling more than $150,000.

The attack was one of a series on American schools in which criminals hired unsuspecting money mules — people who transfer money or fraudulently obtained high-value goods — to receive the transfers of stolen cash and then wire the money out of the country. Cyber criminals stole more than $700,000 from the Western Beaver School District in 74 fraudulent electronic transfers, The Washington Post reported.

Clampi is one of a new wave of viruses to target the online banking system. Its emergence came as security experts warned that malicious websites hiding trojan viruses were no longer confined to sites such as gambling and pornography.

A recent report by IBM security systems found an increase in malicious content such as viruses on trusted sites, including popular search engines, blogs, online magazines and mainstream news sites. The number of links to malicious web pages rose by more than 500 per cent in the first half of this year. Last week, attackers placed a virus in an advert on the website of The New York Times.

Trojan viruses such as Clampi accounted for 55 per cent of all new malicious software in the first half of the year, IBM said, up from 46 per cent for the same period last year. Researchers say that variants of Clampi — also known as Ligats or Ilomo — have been around since 2005, but the new version appears to be spreading more quickly.

    Heading off hackers

Do not click on suspicious links to unknown sites within e-mails, instant messages or social networking sites

Be cautious about doing business with unknown e-commerce sites and always use a credit card, not a debit card

Install a comprehensive security solution and keep it up-to-date

Use a security solution that offers browser protection and a website rating service Browser protection will block questionable downloads from getting on to your computer, and website rating services can warn you if a site is infected

Secure your wi-fi connection with a strong password to ensure that others cannot connect to your network and access data stored on your computer

Any user whose system has been infected by Clampi should immediately change any and all passwords used on that system for any websites, but particularly financial credentials

Shocker! Judge orders trial on eligibility issue
Arguments planned Jan. 11 for major Obama challenge

    Posted: September 08, 2009

    © 2009 WorldNetDaily

Is this the footprint of baby Barack Obama?

A California judge today tentatively scheduled a trial for Jan. 26, 2010, for a case that challenges Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president based on questions over his qualifications under the requirements of the U.S. Constitution.

If the case actually goes to arguments before U.S. District Judge David Carter, it will be the first time the merits of the dispute have been argued in open court, according to one of the attorneys working on the issue.

In a highly anticipated hearing today before Carter, several motions were heard, including a resolution to long-standing questions about whether attorney Orly Taitz properly served notice on the defendants, which she had.

In a second ruling, Carter ordered that attorney Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation can be added to the case to represent plaintiffs Wiley Drake and Markham Robinson, who had been removed by an earlier court order. Drake, the vice presidential candidate for the American Independent Party, and Robinson, the party’s chairman, also were restored to the case.

Want to know for certain where Obama was born? Demand the truth by joining the petition campaign to make President Obama reveal his long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate!

But the judge did not immediately rule on Taitz’ motion to be granted discovery – that is the right to see the president’s still-concealed records. Nor did Carter rule immediately on a motion to dismiss the case, submitted by the U.S. government, following discussion over Taitz’ challenge to the work of a magistrate in the case.

The judge did comment that if there are legitimate constitutional questions regarding Obama’s eligibility, they need to be addressed and resolved.

Carter ordered a hearing Oct. 5 on the motion to dismiss and ordered arguments submitted on the issue of discovery.

If the case survives that challenge, a pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 11 and the trial for two weeks later.

The case would be the first time, according to Kreep, that the actual merits of the dispute will have been heard in open court. A multitude of such disputes have been rejected out of hand by various state and federal courts. Even the U.S. Supreme Court repeatedly has rejected urgent appeals to hear the evidence.

The suit alleges Obama is actually a citizen of Indonesia and “possibly still citizen of Kenya, usurping the position of the president of the United States of America and the commander-in-chief.”

WND has reported on dozens of legal challenges to Obama’s status as a “natural born citizen.” The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.”

Some of the lawsuits question whether he was actually born in Hawaii, as he insists. If he was born out of the country, Obama’s American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.

Other challenges have focused on Obama’s citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.

Complicating the situation is Obama’s decision to spend sums estimated over $1 million to avoid releasing a state birth certificate that would put to rest the questions.

WND has reported that among the documentation not yet available for Obama includes his kindergarten records, Punahou school records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, passport, medical records, files from his years as an Illinois state senator, his Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records, and his adoption records.

In the U.S. Justice Department’s motion to dismiss, attorneys didn’t address the concerns directly, but instead focused their efforts on technical procedures, suggesting the matter can’t be decided in court and that the dozens of plaintiffs cannot demonstrate they have been injured by having Obama in the Oval Office.

See the movie Obama does not want you to see: Own the DVD that probes this unprecedented presidential eligibility mystery.

“It is clear, from the text of the Constitution, and the relevant statutory law implementing the Constitution’s textual commitments, that challenges to the qualifications of a candidate for president can, in the first instance, be presented to the voting public before the election, and, once the election is over, can be raised as objections as the electoral votes are counted in the Congress,” wrote Assistant U.S. Attorneys Roger West and David DeJute. “Therefore, challenges such as those purportedly raised in this case are committed, under the Constitution, to the electors, and to the Legislative branch.”

President Obama’s defenders also said they would file a motion seeking to block any discovery of evidence at this point.

Kreep said said his addition to the case probably will mean additional arguments over the president’s eligibility.

Among the long list of plaintiffs are former ambassador and presidential candidate Alan Keyes and longshot vice-presidential candidate Gail Lightfoot, both of whom ran in 2008.

Justice officials say because neither had a mathematical chance at winning, they were not directly harmed by the election of Obama.

But among the issues that appear to be looming is a claim that Obama’s actual birth certificate from Kenya has emerged.

As WND reported over the holiday weekend, Lucas Smith, the man who tried to sell an alleged Barack Obama Kenyan birth certificate on eBay, filed court papers insisting – under threat of perjury – that the Obama birth certificate in his possession is the genuine article.

Want a Free Lamborghini With That Condo? Eh, Not Really.

Published: Friday, 18 Sep 2009 | 10:28 AM ET Text Size By: Cindy Perman

It’s gotten so bad in real estate, developers can’t even give away a FREE CAR to lure buyers.

    Source: Canco Lofts
CanCo Lofts in Jersey City, NJ, is offering a free SmartCar with purchase of a penthouse.

The promotions, where you get a free car with the purchase of a new condo, were popular in the spring and summer as developers realized potential buyers were going to need huge incentives to help them get over their fear of the real-estate market.

“The free-car thing is really just an attention-getter,” said Brad Hunter, chief economist at Metrostudy, a research firm that tracks the condo market.

In Jersey City, NJ, Canco Lofts, a luxury-condo development built in an old can factory, is offering a free SmartCar, worth about $14,000, with the purchase of one of 44 “penthouse” units, on the top few floors of the complex. The units run from $550,000 to $675,000.

In Brooklyn, the 14-story One Brooklyn Bridge Park complex is offering a free Audi A4, which retails for about $32,000, to the first 10 people to buy one of the $2 million waterfront units.

In Seattle, they were giving away free Vespas. In Chesterland, Ohio, it was a free Ford Focus [F 6.79 -0.15 (-2.16%)] — because developer Bob Antrobius wanted to keep it all American. And in South Beach, one developer offered a Lamborghini — worth $260,000 — with the purchase of its multimillion-dollar condos.

The promotions have drawn a lot of attention, but not many sales.

Canco has only sold five of the 44 penthouse units and decided to extend the offer through the end of October to see if it drives any more sales. Antrobius said he initially sold three units with the free-car offer, but two of the deals fell through and he’s not sure he’s going to continue the offer. Even the Lamborghini promotion failed to deliver many sales.

Analysts say don’t expect to see any more splashy offers like this.

“People aren’t as shocked” by such a deal like they were a year ago, Hunter said. Now, all they want is a good deal on the condo — a nice discount.

And, some say, the offers do more harm than good as they skew property valuations.

“If the bank appraisal says this condo is worth $1.5 million, but you’re selling it for $1.7 million because you’re throwing in a $200,000 car … I can see how that could confuse things and squirrel the deal,” Hunter said.

But rest assured, there will be more wheeling and dealing to be had: Hunter estimates that condo prices have fallen about 20 percent from their peak a few years ago, and may fall another 30 percent in the next few years.

So, you’ll probably see developers focusing more on price negotiations and offering other sweetened terms of the deal — maybe an offer that guarantees the development will be cash-flow positive for 1, 2 or 3 years.

“Fear and greed determines people’s behavior,” Hunter explained. “Fear has been the driving emotion” in the past year or so, he said, but that’s starting to shift. “I think what we’re seeing now is … greed is starting to take over again.”

Wow, I never thought I’d be so happy to see greed again.

But it does, in some perverse way, give you a sense that things are getting back to normal, doesn’t it?

ACORN Chief Dodges Congressman’s Call to Come Before Congress
Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., ranking Republican on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, presses chief organizer Bertha Lewis to prove her commitment to reforming the community activist group by showing more transparency.

ACORN’s top officer on Sunday dodged repeated calls to come before Congress and testify about the embattled group’s finances and ties to other organizations.

Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., ranking Republican on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, had pressed chief organizer Bertha Lewis to prove her commitment to reforming the community activist group by showing more transparency.

“The bottom line is there’s no transparency in ACORN,” Issa said on “FOX News Sunday.”

The pressure comes in the wake of controversy over a series of hidden-camera videotapes showing the organization’s employees offering advice to undercover filmmakers posing as a pimp and prostitute. ACORN has pledged to investigate its offices and workers.

“Internally, let’s have some reform,” Lewis said. “It’s indefensible what I saw (in the tapes).”

But she refused to answer Issa’s request to come before his committee.

Issa challenged Lewis to provide full disclosure to Congress on the “firewalls” in place to ensure that taxpayer dollars are not going toward political activities.

“There is no God-given right for any organization to receive a grant from the American people. The fact is there are organizations standing in line that wish they won instead of you, and they’re giving us the transparency so we can have the confidence the money is spent only for the purpose of the grant,” Issa said.

Lewis said her organization has “firewalls” to prevent non-political money from going toward political purposes, but Issa said that’s not true.

“You shouldn’t get another penny of federal dollars until you demonstrate that those dollars are firewalled for only that use, and that has not been the history of the organization,” Issa said.

Pressed again on whether she would open her books to Congress, Lewis said: “I am willing to do the work that I need to do every single day, not be distracted, make sure that things that we do well we beef up, and things that we don’t do so well that we change and we reform.”

Lewis, meanwhile, was trying to calm a growing firestorm over the behavior of her group’s employees. Allegations of voter registration fraud and other ethical lapses have plagued ACORN for years, but the videotapes were the last straw for the group’s critics — as well as its long-time defenders.

The videotapes, filmed by two conservative activists, led to both the House and Senate voting to de-fund ACORN last week. Many Democrats joined Republicans in voting for the measures.

Lewis initially took a defiant tone against the criticism of her organization when the first tapes were made public by filmmaker James O’Keefe. But that stance softened as more tapes were revealed, detailing hidden-camera operations at five separate locations across the country.

“Any organization is not entirely perfect,” Lewis said on “FOX News Sunday.” “I was outraged by it. Everyone should be, and I can understand how the Congress was also.”

She said any employee “too stupid” not to adhere to professional standards will be terminated.

President Obama, in an interview broadcast Sunday, said he favors an investigation into ACORN. At the same time, he played down the controversy, saying it is not the “biggest issue facing the country.”

The ACORN fallout came after employees in the secret videotapes were seen offering advice on how O’Keefe and his partner could skirt anti-prostitution and tax laws — by lying about their occupation, claiming underage sex workers as “dependents” and using other means of deception.

Soon after the controversy erupted, Lewis released a statement suggesting race was behind an attempt by conservative critics to “destroy” ACORN. ACORN provides assistance to low-income and often minority communities.

Lewis claimed the tapes were “doctored” and threatened to sue FOX News — which broadcast the tapes but did not produce them — and others.

But after Lewis claimed O’Keefe tried the same “scam” in many other locations and failed, O’Keefe continued to release more tapes in more locations showing ACORN workers giving him and his partner helpful advice.

Last week, Lewis reversed. She said ACORN would conduct an internal review and put a halt on much of the group’s community activity.

Lewis said on “FOX News Sunday” that the group would name an auditor Monday.

Commercial Real Estate Is Next Bubble to Burst: Tischman

Published: Monday, 21 Sep 2009 | 11:06 AM ET Text Size By: CNBC
Commercial real estate is the “second shoe” to drop in hurting the economy, Daniel Tishman, chairman and CEO of the Tishman Construction Corporation told CNBC.

“We’re getting through the single housing real estate market OK but the numbers involved in commercial real estate in all sectors are staggering,” Tishman said. “Trillions of dollars are involved in commercial loans. The roll over of those loans in the next 5-7 years is going to happen and the money just isn’t there for refinancing.”

Tishman, whose company is one of the oldest construction firms in the US, said the industry needs government help.

“The TALF (Trouble Asset Loan Facility) program is about to end and it needs to be extended,” Tishman said. “The government needs to come up with some creative programs to help out the industry.”

Tishman said there’s a total amount of $3.4 trillion in commercial loans that needs refinancing, and many local banks are holding those loans.

“I think they (banks) are very exposed,” said Tishman. “There are huge numbers of banks that could have problems (and face closings) going forward because of carrying these commercial loans.”

Tishman said REITs, or real estate investment trusts, are not in as much trouble.

“Most of the current REITs are doing well,” said Tishman. “They own a lot of the commercial loans but they have the ability to raise money. That will help them defer any losses.”

Tishman said the commercial real estate bubble was created by an over-eagerness of lending.

“One property being acquired and then being lent on and lent, created this,” said Tishman. “Multiple levels of returns were required and that caused the problem. I don’t see values for commercial real estate coming back for two to three years.”

On-the-air prez seems like endless ‘infomercial’

    5:37 AM, September 21, 2009

WASHINGTON — During his first eight months in office, President Obama has sat down for three times as many television interviews as his most recent two predecessors combined. And with yesterday’s run of the Sunday-morning news show circuit and tonight’s airing of “Late Night with David Letterman,” Obama continues to blaze through the media hotter than any political figure in modern historyHe’s turning the presidency into an infomercial,” warned former White House speechwriter Matt Latimer. “It’s not just damaging to the White House. It will also ultimately hurt President Obama’s image as a fresh, non-Washington leader. The media blitz has won Obama unprecedented wall-to-wall coverage in the mainstream me In the New York Times alone, according to the Center for Media and Public Affairs at George Mason University, 405 stories on the Obama administration have appeared on the front page through mid-August of this year totaling 119,678 column inches. That’s 9,973 column feet of Obama coverage on the Times front page .But it is television that has been the most powerful draw for Obama. In his five major appearances yesterday, Obama voiced skepticism about adding troops to Afghanistan, denied making a deal with Russia over missile defenses in Europe, and continued to push his government-run health-insurance program. As of mid-August, Obama submitted to a total of 66 television interviews, dramatically outstripping his two predecessors, according to Martha Joynt Kumar, director of the White House Transition Project at Towson University in Maryland. During the same period of their own presidencies, President George W. Bush gave 16 television interviews and President Bill Clinton gave just six. Obama is also out-hustling his predecessors with the print media, giving 36 interviews with newspapers and magazines during his first seven months in office — nearly doubling the numbers given by Bush and Clinton

“As the president’s approval ratings fall and rise and fall again, some of his supporters in journalism and politics are returning to days of old when the label ‘racist’ could end any discussion and force the accused either into stunned silence, or groveling repentance. I suspect the tactic won’t work this time because Obama supporters will have difficulty explaining how a mostly white country could elect a black man president last November and ten months later become a racist majority. Racism has always been a one-way street for the Left. … According to liberal doctrine, black people can never be racist because they are members of a victim class created by white liberals as a kind of modern plantation to keep blacks voting for liberal Democrats. … The president’s race would be a factor only if Americans shied away from criticizing him because of it. That they are not is a triumph of Martin Luther King Jr.’s hope that people be judged by the content of their character, not the color of their skin. Some opinion polls show that Obama’s character is being judged and found wanting by a rapidly growing number of Americans, at least a small percentage of whom are black. With Democrats controlling all three branches of government, including significantly wide margins in Congress, isn’t there a better explanation than racism for why the president is having difficulty with some of his proposals? … There is a better explanation for the growing opposition to President Obama. It has less to do with his ethnicity than it does his credibility. Character, after all, is colorless.” –columnist Cal Thomas

I am NOT an African-American! I am Lloyd Marcus, AMERCIAN!’ … The tea party audience’s passionate response to my proclamation was a surprise to me. I did not know so many Americans disapproved of hyphenating pushed on us via political correctness. … Liberals’ response to my YouTube videos, columns and performances on the Tea Party Express have been extremely racist, vicious and hate-filled. In their incredible arrogance, they vilify me for loving my country and not viewing myself as a victim of white America. In the sick minds of liberals, as a black man in America, I must support President Obama regardless of his policies. I must resent white America. I must feel entitled to the earnings of other Americans. My belief that my success or failure is totally in the hands of myself and my God is anathema to them. As to the claim that the tea party protesters are racist, they are not. Quite the opposite. At every rally, with thousands in attendance, I was overwhelmingly showered with affection and thanks for standing up for America. … These protesters are not racist. They are decent hard working ordinary Americans who love their country and disapprove of the radical changes planned by the Obama administration.” –singer, songwriter and columnist Lloyd Marcus

Some people I know refer to what Obama is doing as social engineering. I think it’s something even worse: socialist engineering. I wonder if anyone else has noticed that whenever a black conservative voices an opinion, the liberal claque insists that he’s not an authentic black, and when a white conservative voices an opinion, Obama’s sycophants insist he’s not an authentic American. When Obama was running for the presidency, a few of us Paul Revere wannabes were warning you: ‘The reds are coming! The reds are coming!’ Naturally, Obama, a born and bred race hustler who learned his lessons well from Jeremiah Wright, wanted you to believe that the only reason people could possibly have for opposing him was his race. But it was never about the color of his skin. It was always about the color of his politics.” –columnist Burt Prelutsky

    Oh Tay…. test time

Of which class are you a member, Mainstream Class or Political Class?

    Take the Rasmussen Test…

    1) Generally speaking, when it comes to important national issues, whose judgment do you trust more – the American people or America’s political leaders?

    2) Some people believe that the federal government has become a special interest group that looks out primarily for its own interests. Has the federal government become a special interest group?

    3) Do government and big business often work together in ways that hurt consumers and investors?

To create a scale, each response earns a plus 1 for the Mainstream (populist) answer, a minus 1 for the political class answer, and a 0 for not sure.

Those who score 2 or higher are considered a populist, i.e. they are part of the Mainstream.

Those who score -2 or lower are considered to be aligned with the Political Class.

Those who score +1 or -1 are considered leaners in one direction or the other.

In practical terms, if someone is classified with the Mainstream, they agree with the mainstream view on at least two of the three questions and don’t agree with the Political Class on any.

Here are the result of Rasmussen’s Nationwide Mainstream (Populist) Class / Political Class results…

And I believe if he were white, every single person who opposes him now, would be opposing him then. Therefore, while I have devoted my life to getting rid of racism, I think this is a fight that my president and our party – this is one we need to win on the merits.”

Obama on Letterman: I Was Black Before the Election
The president gave his most irreverent answer yet on the question of whether some of the reaction to his health care plan is driven at least partly by racism.

NEW YORK — President Barack Obama sat down with late night TV talk show host David Letterman on Monday, wrapping up a blitz of television appearances as he tries to build support for his top domestic priority, an ambitious health care overhaul plan.

Obama, America’s first black president, also had his most irreverent answer yet on the question of whether some of the reaction to his health care plan is driven at least partly by racism.

“Was Jimmy Carter onto something … was this unease or poor decorum rooted in racism, or is that just something to talk about?” Letterman asked.

“First of all, I think it’s important to realize that I was actually black before the election,” Obama said to huge laughs from Letterman and the audience.

Letterman quipped: “How long have you been a black man?”

Obama replied: “So the American people, I think, gave me this extraordinary honor. That tells you a lot, I think, a lot about where the country is at.”

By the time Obama came on stage to the taping of the “Late Show,” Letterman had offered up 10 reasons why in the world the president had agreed to do it.

Among Letterman’s theories: Obama said yes without thinking about it, or as Letterman put it, “Like Bush did with Iraq.”

But Obama had other ideas. It turns out he was listening when Letterman had bantered with a woman in the audience who brought a potato in the shape of a heart to the show.

Obama told Letterman: “The main reason I’m here? I want to see that heart-shaped potato.”

The woman tossed the potato to Letterman.

She agreed to let Obama keep it. Said the president: “This is remarkable.”

The Top 10 list was edited out of the broadcast, but it was available on the CBS Web site. A spokesman said the length of the Obama interview caused the edit.

Letterman covered a number of topics with Obama — many of them serious — in a taping that ran about 40 minutes. The show will be broadcast Monday evening.

On the economy, Obama offered a sober prediction as the country deals with 9.7 percent unemployment, the worst level since 1983. He said he expects unemployment will be a “big problem” for at least another year. But he also said the economy will rebound even stronger.

On the war in Afghanistan, Obama said he knows some people want him to bring troops home, and others are calling for him to increase U.S. force levels to combat the insurgency. The top U.S. commander there is warning the war could be lost without more troops.

Obama said he won’t make a decision on sending in more troops, though, until he completes a comprehensive review of the war effort and settles on his next strategy.

“I’m going to be asking some very hard questions,” Obama said.

Obama’s visit made him the first sitting president to appear on Letterman’s program. He had been on Letterman’s show five times before, though, most recently in September 2008. He was elected in November.

The White House said it was a good way for him to reach yet another audience.

As president, Obama has done the “Tonight” show, on a competing network, when it was hosted by Jay Leno.

After taping Letterman’s show, the president returned to his midtown Manhattan hotel and quietly emerged a while later in gym clothes and a baseball cap. His destination: the church across the street for some basketball with his aides.

Tomorrow starts Obama’s main mission in New York: His participation in the United Nations General Assembly.

President Chavez defends new Education Law as school term kicks off

VHeadline News Editor Patrick J. O’Donoghue reports: Speaking about the new Education Law before schools open today, President Chavez said the new law will prepare students and pupils to know how to interpret the media.

Challenging opposition claims that the new law means indoctrinating schoolchildren, Chavez defiantly announced in his Sunday radio address that they can say whatever they like, but that the government has an obligation to provide truthful, objective and real information to the children. “We cannot continue to tell innocent children all those lies that were told us.”

Chavez takes example of Christopher Columbus and the arrival of civilization. “What civilization?” the President quipped, “no teacher can avoid telling the truth of what happened, and what is happening … we will talk about capitalism and socialism in schools with children learning as they grow older and have more contact with reality … to learn how to interpret the media … that is one of the things in the new law.”

Chavez insisted that things must improve inside universities where some professors teach more than 50 students crammed into classrooms and the reason is because the bourgeoisie see education as a business, a way of making money.

The President argued that they are indoctrinating the children of the rich to become children of capitalism and tomorrow’s exploiters. “The new law is creating not just a new infrastructure but also a new educational model.”

  302. samiam60 says:

Obama Ties to ACORN Date Back Nearly 20 Years
President Obama took great pains Sunday to act as if he barely knew about Acorn. In fact, his association goes back almost 20 years.

Only one of the five television networks that interviewed President Obama for their Sunday shows bothered to ask him about Acorn, the left-wing community organizing group whose federal funding was cut off last week by an overwhelming vote in Congress.

“Frankly, it’s not something I’ve followed closely,” Mr. Obama claimed, adding he wasn’t even aware the group had been the recipient of significant federal funding. “This is not the biggest issue facing the country. It’s not something I’m paying a lot of attention to,” he said.

Mr. Obama added that an investigation of Acorn was appropriate after an amateur hidden-camera investigation had found Acorn offices willing to abet prostitution, but he carefully declined to say whether he would approve a federal cutoff of funds to the group.

Mr. Obama took great pains to act as if he barely knew about Acorn. In fact, his association goes back almost 20 years. In 1991, he took time off from his law firm to run a voter-registration drive for Project Vote, an Acorn partner that was soon fully absorbed under the Acorn umbrella.

The drive registered 135,000 voters and was considered a major factor in the upset victory of Democrat Carol Moseley Braun over incumbent Democratic Senator Alan Dixon in the 1992 Democratic Senate primary.

Mr. Obama’s success made him a hot commodity on the community organizing circuit. He became a top trainer at Acorn’s Chicago conferences. In 1995, he became Acorn’s attorney, participating in a landmark case to force the state of Illinois to implement the federal Motor Voter Law. That law’s loose voter registration requirements would later be exploited by Acorn employees in an effort to flood voter rolls with fake names.
