Palin v Letterman; Contessa Brewer of MSNBC Gets “Knocked Up” by John Ziegler on air

Contessa Brewer of MSNBC was flat on her back with her legs in the air, in a manner of speaking, as John Ziegler ravaged her POV on air during a discussion of Palin’s Knock Out Kicks to Dave “The Perv” Letterman’s dirty old white man’s groin over his sick perverted sexual “joke” attacks on a 14 year old girl and on her Mother.

The left never seems to get it… and gets “Knocked Up” for their slime ball personal attack mode while stating “I can take personal attacks so should Palin.”

Oh? Want to see the Socialists “Take it?”

Let someone trot out “jokes” about the Obama girls getting knocked up at a basket ball game while accompanied by their Slut Mother and watch the Socialists go postal and declare WAR! lol

Yeah… they dish it, all right… but… they are just gutter crawlers who whine “Leave Obama alone… he is the President.”

hahahahahahahahahahaha

  2. VotingFemale says:

yeah… it is but a shallow empty life many of the Socialists lead… poor things… put a pacifier in their mouths and change their diapers.

  3. Foxwood says:

This morning Fox & Friends said Letterman’s idol Carson said you lose your edge when you get political. Letterman is losing more than his edge, I think he’s losing his popularity, when you concider the targets of his so called jokes.

  4. Foxwood says:

Sounds like Contessa Brewer can’t take the heat.

  5. samhenry says:

Happy Saturday VF, Sami and Friend FOX. My you are all up early sharpening your wits and claws.

Love the Post, VF. You must have had a good night’s sleep and bounced out of the cat rack all gears moving upstairs. I don’t know where it comes from. Woody Allen was asked “where does it come from”? He gave the most profound and clear answer “I don’t know.”

  6. samhenry says:

Perhaps Letterman’s next target will be the Obama girls’ grandma?

Seriously, the man will never make a sincere apology. The network really needs to be pressured to make their own – by suspending him at the very least. Just because he doesn’t wear a cowboy hat doesn’t make him any less far from the horse sh……

  7. rosehips says:

wow, is that ziegler guy arrogant and rude or what????
why doesn’t he just carry a nude pic of Willow in his pocket and pull it out? He may as well because he is dragging the story out and exploiting the poor girl for his own publicity stunt. geesh.

He certainly seemed pleased with himself, didn’t he?

  8. rosehips says:

oh btw, good morning vf, sh, foxy!

  9. rosehips says:

Is Ziegler a hero in the conservative circle?

  10. VotingFemale says:

    Morning Rose!

Ziegler? Oh he learned that from studying Team Obama methods, dear!

Can you sprrl Jeaneane “They are all Tea-Baggers” Garafallatio?

    Good Morning Fox-Dude!

    weeeee

  13. samhenry says:

    Something fishy about Ziegler, Rose?

  14. VotingFemale says:

The Contessa got “Hate Raped” hahahahahahahaha

  15. rosehips says:

Can’t recall any commies going on Fox and taunting the interviewer that way. At least Janeane keeps her spews on her side of the fence. hahaha

  17. rosehips says:

what playboys don’t like conservative women? why not? heehee

    maybe they are prudes? lol

  18. samhenry says:

Should Letterman come out and attack Cher’s daughter before she goes over to the other side? I am just trying to think of the most outrageous thing he could do so that we could get up a posse and ride him out of town. Then again, maybe Letterman is the one who went to the other side. One never knows these days. Probably couldn’t get his long form birth record. There is NOTHING long about him…oh my how old batty ladies talk. It was SH – he was just throwing his falsetto.

  19. VotingFemale says:

And of course we all know you keep your TV parked on the FOX channel so as not to miss anything hahahahahaha

But that Commie Dave “The Perv” Letterman got air time on MSNBC and the Contessa thought she was going to hand Zigler his butt but instead got herself “knocked up!!!””

    ROFL

    ROFL

  28. samhenry says:

  31. rosehips says:

I don’t have to watch Fox. I would hear about it right here before the fire was even finished spewing from the interviewers nostrils.

  32. samiam60 says:

Ahhhh, The playboy chat room is just filled with lots of young exploited daughters

  33. samhenry says:

Hey – riots in the streets – UmIdidajob [on the voters] won and 33% or so of the country are very unhappy and suspicious.

  34. rosehips says:

you’re a fan of the “Hate Raper” foxy? oh you bad boy. hahahahaahaha

  35. Foxwood says:

That’s what I mean Rose. You can’t possibly make the comment and know because you don’t watch Fox. It happens often, but you make the comment anyway.

  36. VotingFemale says:

And you do realize that major button pushing of the Leftists is the point of this blogpost, Right Rose?

    Just a dose of like-kind medicine… for a good laugh! 😉

Leftists expect Conservatives to have a sense of humor… and they deserve it back.

Oh how them little Leftists hate humor unless it is about a Conservative girl of 14 and her Mother.

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  37. rosehips says:

    riots sh? that not good.

ah, sami, another playboy chatter? Maybe we should all drop in over there together and get all jiggy with the playboys. hahahahaha

  38. samiam60 says:

In some ways it would be nice to be a Liberal. Think of it, you could always be right and the whole world always wrong.

  39. Foxwood says:

Rose acts like the Leftists are as pure as the wind driven snow. They are a bunch of Hypocrites.

  40. VotingFemale says:

  43. VotingFemale says:

I love watching FOX Interviewers dealing with Leftist Loons!

  44. Foxwood says:

What I’m a big fan of is a Conservative puting down “news” like MFNBC. It’s hilarious. they don’t know how to take it. It makes me happy.

  45. rosehips says:

vf, I don’t expect conservatives to have a sense of humor. I find most of them to be rather dower. That’s why I like to come here. You are not a typical conservative.
You crack your whip and then you crack everybody up. whips and feathers. great weapons.

  46. samiam60 says:

The leftest Rants are the most fun to watch on Fox

  47. Foxwood says:

  51. Foxwood says:

  53. VotingFemale says:

  54. rosehips says:

I don’t get msnbc but from all accounts I wouldn’t watch it if I could. It is the left’s equivolent to Fox and I am not interested in one-sided exploitation of the “news”

  55. samhenry says:

You can button push some liberals and they just call up a private military jet and take off for another country. Nancy P got pissed and did it. The Prez does it whether pissed or not. Isn’t he Letterman’s favorite guest?

  56. samiam60 says:

Anyhoo, its time for me to go and get some things done. Its been fun and I didn’t need my barf bag today.

  57. rosehips says:

lol sam, should that be “sheeple” HAHAHAHA

sami said: Fox News is far and away Number One. People like Common Sense reporting alot

  58. Foxwood says:

Rose, Fox is not Right oriented. They get my blood going. Not nearly as bad as Commie News Net of MFNBC tho.

  59. samiam60 says:

How would you know about Fox News if you never watch it? It is Fair and Balanced. ( that means they give both sides to a story)

  60. samhenry says:

Did anyone check to see if Letterman’s advertisers have dropped him?

  61. Foxwood says:

Fox has it’s lineup of lefties.

  62. samiam60 says:

Too late, Barf bag had to come out. See ya all later

  63. VotingFemale says:

Rose… the “sheeple” who watch FOX are the Leftists Lurkers looking because they can not stand not knowing what is being said about their Enchanted One!

    hahahahahahahahahahahahaha

  64. rosehips says:

    see ya sami!

Everyone on this blog makes me laugh. HAHAHAHAHA

  65. Foxwood says:

I’ll give one to Rose to use tho.

    Fox news, bare and falaced.

  66. samiam60 says:

Thanks VF, I needed that one

  67. rosehips says:

HEHEHEHEHE Foxy, you are the funniest one of all!!!

foxy said: Rose, Fox is not Right oriented. They get my blood going. Not nearly as bad as Commie News Net of MFNBC tho.

  68. VotingFemale says:

Why they even buy advertisement on FOX now that the Leftist Loon TV networks are bleeding red ink all over their balance sheets!

Gee… I wonder why? Could it be all that non-stop Obama Butt Licking 24/7?

    ROFL

  69. VotingFemale says:

samiam, it is like a tennis match… just send the ball back to the other side of the net with a smile!

    ROFL

  70. rosehips says:

    40-Love, game point! lol.

  71. samhenry says:

How about a joke about Letterman the M….. F…

  72. samhenry says:

    From Hillbuzz.com

remember when Michael Phelps was caught with his marijuana bong? Kellogg’s cereal dropped him like a hot potato because its brand image is child-focused for most of its products. Speedo won’t ever drop Phelps, no matter what he does, but we doubt he’ll ever have his face on a McDonald’s happy meal again either.

No candy company will want to be associate with raping 14 year-olds.

No restaurant chain like Olive Garden will want to be consistently Googled with statutory rape.

Kelloggs won’t want to be involved in another messy advertising relationship after Phelps.

A concerted effort against family-friendly advertisers of Letterman will work, but it will require persistence.

  73. Foxwood says:

What! No lol on my Fox news parody?

  74. samhenry says:

We need to start working on the top ten reasons Letterman WON’T be fired.

    10. It would upset his favorite guest, MOM.

  75. Foxwood says:

Ok… well, I got work to do. I have to get my kitties to do the dusting while I clean the kitchen.

I put my cats under the bed and use them for dust mops.

  76. Foxwood says:

    9. There would be no place for Richard Simmons to go when he’s not sweating to the oldies.

  77. rosehips says:

foxy, if I knew what “falaced” meant I might laugh. ohkay, let me look it up. Here’s from the urban dict:
    1. falace 9 up, 6 down

    [censored, children might read it]

    I love #4…LOLOLOLOL

    Foxy, that’s funny!!!

  78. samhenry says:

I just can’t give up on the key to Letterman’s character – MOTHER. Did the lib networks bother to interview her about the son she raised?

I’m off to write a letter to her. bbl

  79. rosehips says:

you all know we lefties are all perverts. of course you do. that’s the object of this post. lololol

  80. Foxwood says:

No one will ever listen to the slogan the same way again.

  81. rosehips says:

sh, I think letterman is loving all the attention he is getting. It’s sad that he must make crass jokes about an innocent child in order to boost his ratings. I don’t think advertisers will flinch. They are probably all high fiving themselves in the board room while they come up with new catchy slogans for their sugar laced poisonous foods.

  82. samhenry says:

    8. A reason Dave Letterman won’t get fired – stupid pet tricks – imagine the mind who thought that one up? Is that a commentary on his wife’s sexuality? Is she a stewardess?

  83. samhenry says:

Rose – I will never be able to look at a bread stick at Olive Garden again! Is Dave fit to be associated with a family restaurant? The restaurant business is very tricky – no pun intended.

  84. VotingFemale says:

    Why Letterman wont be fired…

    7. Because he threatens to expose pictures of his male producer in the act as an Obama consort.

I changed it to 7, SamH! lol

  85. samhenry says:

OK, VF – I will amend my entry to 8a.

  86. Foxwood says:

    6. Why Dave won’t get fired – Big Ass Ham will bail him out so they can continue to sell their product.

  87. samhenry says:

Fox – you’re just jealous you old ham.

  88. samhenry says:

NOTE to VF – FOX has got 7. We’ve got to get a refresh rate higher than this. Should we talk to Letterman about this?

  89. VotingFemale says:

    5. He is highly skilled… they invested hundreds in getting him to learn to read a telepromtper and look like an idiot.

  90. rosehips says:

well, I’m running off for a bit. hope you all have a wonderful morning. I’ll be back….

  91. VotingFemale says:

I am edit adjusting the numbers so they are consecutive as we go…

  92. VotingFemale says:

Wait for 4 through 1 dear!

    this is fun!!

    rosehips says

well, I’m running off for a bit. hope you all have a wonderful morning. I’ll be back….

  93. VotingFemale says:

    4. If they fired him where would he go or do? Stand Up “Comedy” at a strip club for people with perverted old man fetishes?

  94. VotingFemale says:

    3. They cant fire him… he is the sole supplier of ______ Porn Jokes for the Leftist sickos.

  95. VotingFemale says:

    2. They have to keep him… Pee Wee Herman is not available to replace him.

  96. samhenry says:

VF, Rose and FOX hovering – I hate to leave the party but I have to get in the batty lady mobile and ride, ride, ride – to do the errands left over from yesterday because I came home early and went on the blog to let everyone know I was safely back from my errands!

  97. samhenry says:

Now here’s a thought in parting. We’ve covered the top 10. Now we need to give him a good ad campaign. Here is his idea of a lefty ad campaign:

  98. VotingFemale says:

And the Number One Reason CBS will not fire Dave “The Perv” Letterman…

Because Letterman is Viagra for Obama!

Who Else is CBS going to get to stroke Obama’s ego on command when Obama needs to go on air to pump his Poll numbers after screwing up so badly that even Leftists are oinkin’ from the boinkin’?

  99. samhenry says:

And he himself now knows what it is to have a story not only hang on but grow legs and claws and hunt him down to bite and scratch him. Yes, we need to give him a good ad to replace the ones he will lose.

  100. VotingFemale says:

    See ya SamH and Rose!

  101. samhenry says:

Got your story boards ready? Mine starts with his guest appearance at the White House and asking BO where the bathroom is….he’d like to wash his mouth out with ivory soap – it barely floats like his career. OB has other ideas and would like to discuss them with his honored horny guest.

  102. samhenry says:

VF – long live the #1 reason!

  103. Foxwood says:

“5. He is highly skilled… they invested hundreds in getting him to learn to read a telepromtper and look like an idiot.”

I thought that was the prez?

  104. samhenry says:

I’m trying to think of another advertiser that could benefit by association with him, hmmmm oh yes, preparation H…… Ah hem….

  105. Foxwood says:

I took to long getting my cat ready for work. Miss the rest of the 10 reasons.

  106. VotingFemale says:

Thanks SamH! I saved the best for #1!!

    Wink! Wink!
    You Betcha!

  107. samhenry says:

You pop in with good ones, FOX.

  108. karmahd says:

@ Samiam “Hey Fox it was a great time with no strings”
No strings but a lot of “rope”, hint hint, not a sexual comment.

Looks like Contessa got just a weeeee bit flustered, she was turning flush. Rose, I did not see him as arrogant, he was like me cynical, here she is asking him a question on a story about letterman about his comment on Palin looking like a slutty stewartess, totally ignoring the real story of Lettermans comments on the daughter? Secondly, they had this pretty graphic all set up to hammer home the point that the Republican leadership has no leader and he bitch slapped her again and she did not get the answer she was hoping for. You could also see Contessa was totally outmatched, and when she was what was her first reaction, TO ATTACK AND SPEW HATE, never has it been more obvious as to what we are dealing with than this short clip.

She wanted to attack, and she got totally slammed with logic and reason, then she resorts to attacks!!! Beautiful!!!!!!!!!!

She got her ass handed to her…

  109. VotingFemale says:

For advertisers, How about the folks over at ExtenZe?

You know… “The Real Male Enhancement”

You have to shoot from the Blue Tees!!!!

  114. VotingFemale says:

Gee… I think we have all proven the point that conservatives have a sense of humor…

    Right, Dave “The Perv” Letterman?

    hahahahahahahahahahaha

  115. karmahd says:

VF I will play from the tips, no problem there, it is the damn putting where you will hand me MY ass. That would be an interesting round of golf, Rose you up to caddy LOL

  116. samhenry says:

This is the way my morning ends – not with a bang but a golf game – Sincerely, a disappointed Contessa.

  117. karmahd says:

Geeze Rose I forgot I can’t have you caddy for me or VF you would be telling us every putt would break LEFT…..

  118. karmahd says:

Sam, you still want to rip Contessa apart I am here to help..

  119. samhenry says:

karm – i’d love to but about an hour ago I said I had to hop in the batty lady mobile (all the dents and missing parts are on the passenger side because I’ve shrunk to fit under the steering wheel). I have errands – nothing so nice as golf or just floating in the ocean with nothing with more water in view. But if you’re around later – let’s go for it. Good to catch up with you again.

  120. karmahd says:

cool SH both activities are my favorites and make me realize I am happy to be alive and functioning in the grand experience we call life…

  121. Foxwood says:

The only way she could win the wits of word was to cut his mic. She lost it.

  122. Foxwood says:

Still cleaning house. About the only way I can get the cats to help is to put them on one end of the couch and shake the bird on the other end. Then I have to brush them over the trash can to remove the dust.

  123. Foxwood says:

They are part time dust mops. They spend most of their time as floor mats.

  124. VotingFemale says:

God… I love seeing a MOONBAT Troll like Dave “The Perv” Letterman getting a taste of his own medicine…

I scouted the Leftist Blogs to gauge their spin on it… gee they are failing miserably… poor lunk-headed moonbats…. Libtards, the lot!

  125. karmahd says:

Luddities of the Left… Fox, she did not win and Contessa’s inability to debate was very clear as was her motive which also failed, you could see how pissed she was that she was embarrassed by him!! Ahh the ego and its tricks!

  126. Foxwood says:

He was having fun, and I had fun watching the vid.

  127. Foxwood says:

To paraphrase, “I’ve been called names before and it didn’t hurt my feelings. How dare you call me names!”

  128. rosehips says:

crap, I threw my back out. wah. I was bending over in the bathroom. just picking up. and ouch!

I don’t think I can be a caddy for you karma.

there goes my to-do list. I’m gonna have to-do light today I guess.

  129. rosehips says:

vf, sorry I ran off before I got to see your top 5 list.
It took my mind off my back and put it on my funnybone.
    you so funny….

  130. rosehips says:

looks like everyone took off 😦

    tee time?

  131. Foxwood says:

I like almost anything Okiefied, so I gotta like Leon Russell. Leon was a studio musician and played with Glen Campbell in the Crypt Kicker 5 who sang The Monster Mash.

Unlike Communism where everyone is equal and miserable (except for the leaders of coarse), Capitalism gives everyone a chance to be the best they can be.

    Some gotta win
    Some gotta lose
That’s nature, that’s life, that’s just the way it is. Survival of the fittest. Life isn’t fair, and you can’t mandate it with Communism.

The Mtv video he did of this song was funny, wished I could have found it.

  132. ohiobelle says:

hmmm…. I didn’t know Ahmadinejad was friends with ACORN! It starting to look like Ahmadinejad pulled a Barack Obama. lol

I’ve got somethings to do and I will check back later.

  134. VotingFemale says:

I might do the driving range later this evening but no tee times today, Rose.

  135. Foxwood says:

Yeah, looks like Imanutjob got the job again.

  136. VotingFemale says:

Immanutjob got the votes… weeee lets hear it for Nukes Iranian Style…

Muslim Nutrons… Allah would be proud.

  137. Foxwood says:

The other guy tho is the one who started their nuke program in the 80s. No one knew about it. Kinda makes him worse. It was a bad/worse situation.

Now we add on top of that, Obama thinks it’s ok for a nation that has all of the energy they could ever want, have nuclear energy (weapons?).

    Worsererer…..

  138. Foxwood says:

    Another good ol Okie boy.
Eric Clapner (Surgeon General Joslin Elders’ pronunciation) made it a hit.

    J. J. Cale

  139. rosehips says:

It’s very frightening that N. Korea is threatening the world with nukes. But how can the US tell other countries what they can and cannot do if we are not willing to do the same?
It is a double standard. What makes us qualified to judge who is worthy or trust and who is not?

  140. rosehips says:

we have some heavy karma to work off for developing the nuclear weapons program in the first place.

  141. Foxwood says:

You tell them and keep yours. What kind of a question is that?

  142. Foxwood says:

We are good and not willing to kill all life. They are. No double standard.

  143. Foxwood says:

Let’s say your Candy Land and have no nukes. But Big Bad Bullyland does and says they will use them on you because they are evil.

    Not fair huh?

Better have some Nukes bigger than the other guys and not let anyone else have any.

  144. Foxwood says:

Life’s not fair. Get over it.

Better hope the guy with the bigger nukes is nice.

  145. rosehips says:

I have been reading about a coal ash cover up by the Bush admin this morning and how since the Tennesee coal ash spill the EPA has realized how hazardous the stuff really is. Now the Army Corp of Engineers is advising the EPA and FEMA not to publicize where the 44 coal ash storage sites are because they pose a threat to public health and national security.

It is plainly evident that individual states cannot be trusted to keep the public safe. This is why federal regulations are needed to protect our citizens.
Coal burning power plants are killing our citizens. There is no such thing as clean coal. Obama needs to “man up” and admit this.

It’s time to cut our consumption down or risk the future of the communities who must live with the consequences.

The human health costs of burning coal add to our growing health care needs. Prevention is the most cost effective method of reducing health costs. Cutting consumption is the safest and most cost effective of reducing our dependence on fossil fuels. Are Americans willing to make the sacrifice? I doubt it.

oh I hate it when I get so serious. :-0

  146. Foxwood says:

    Communist crap…

  147. Good Morning All ! gosh it’s afternoon, where does the time go? hahaha

VF-Q, Girl great post and TOOOO FUNNY! Girl YOU knocked it out of the ball park. I absolutely love your introduction. Short, sweet and to the POINT.

    hiss hiss scratch.

  148. Foxwood says:

Your trying to piss me off Rose.

  149. karmahd says:

I am not heavy Rose just fluffy.

Ineedajob, 62+% win, and you think Obamas campaign was twisted!!!

As to North Korea, about 20 years ago a treaty was signed rose that no FURTHER proliferation of Nuclear Arms were to be developed. I think that is when the issue was first dealt with and it was Regan who got that to the table I believe.

We have as do other countries enough nukes to completely devastate the world a thousand times over, the reason for developing countries to get in to the now illegal arms race is to garner respect as a nation. North Korea, is run by a dictator who is power hungry to gain world attention and in the view of the intelligence community is way beyond stable, and the problem with that is, the systems in place set up automatic firing at the first sign of a nuculer attack, and I believe the time line to abort that program is in the minutes range, I do not have confidence first of all the reaction of Obama, second NO Ko, cannot be trusted due to the instability of its government, they have nothing to loose, but that is where America is headed as well with the new tax and spend policies of the new administration

  150. ohiobelle says:

    Hello Foxwood Rosehips!

Rosehips wrote: It’s very frightening that N. Korea is threatening the world with nukes. But how can the US tell other countries what they can and cannot do if we are not willing to do the same?

Ahhh… Are you serious? The United States isn’t run by terrorist that want to wipe other countries off the map. Would you agree?

  151. Foxwood says:

You said you believe in the Constitution, but you don’t.

“It is plainly evident that individual states cannot be trusted to keep the public safe. This is why federal regulations are needed to protect our citizens.”

    Pure Communist CRAP!

  152. wow, rose yes check out the morbity rate of america compared to lets say ANYWHERE else in the world. Americans are the longest living creatures because we are so freaking healthy. I guess we’ll just keep huggin trees till until we freeze to death in our horse drawn buggy’s.
No problem here just reacting to some in your seriousness above. smile.

  153. Foxwood says:

It’s stuff like that, that makes the country divided. How the hell did we let Communism creep into this country. It’s that crap that will start a civil war.

  154. karmahd says:

Hey on coal, Obama praised clean coal as a resource that should be tapped then in another interview that is posted on youtube he said my energy policies will put the coal business OUT OF BUSINESS. Ok I am clear now????

Health care, hmm still on that, hey Rose check out the web for VA hospital atrocities, I think that is government run! Our government is not there to be in any business other than providing a well arms military, roads, and infrastructure. Give the government a budget of 1 trillion and they will spend 1.5 trillion, they are the most inefficient business in the world, does RED TAPE mean anything to you???

  155. rosehips says:

ok, I know we need to try to keep nukes out of the hands of unstable countries, but that seems like an impossible task. It’s already too late. So what happens if they launch a missile?

foxy, I am for federal regulations of environmental toxins. Leaving it up to the states has proven to put our citizens at risk.

remind me where in the constitution it forbids this?

  156. ohiobelle says:

    Hello Karma!

I agree that the United States is headed down the wrong path. I am sick and tired of all the Czars this administration has named. I am also sick and tired of all the taxing!! I think the fat tax and cell phone tax are insane!

  157. karmahd says:

Sorry Warrant but morbity rate, yes we are a bunch of stiffs, LOLOLOLOLOL, JUSTTTTTT KIDDING I am mortality

  158. Foxwood says:

“I am for federal regulations of environmental toxins. Leaving it up to the states has proven to put our citizens at risk.”

    Commie Crap

  159. karmahd says:

OK I screwed up and said ” a well arms military” I call that Karma for laughing at warrant, Hey OHIO, glad to hear about your new job, I see the situation in that as a nation we are in a state of flux, the first 100 days have come and gone and now more are making the Prez accountable for all the bs he is spewing, it is a matter of time and we will have a lame duck in the office in a matter of a year and a half. Be patient, the nation is not that dumb…

  160. rosehips says:

karma, I support a single-payer system. this would not nationalize health care, but it would nationalize insurance. People always point out that Canadians come to America for quality health care. Why would the quality of care be reduced by nationalizing insurance?

  161. rosehips says:

ok, here’s the link to my ireport. It’s a bit of a snoozer. But if you have nothing better to do, check it out. At least I am calling Obama out. I gotta prove that I’m not drinking the kool-aid…

  162. hahahhahah karma! hahahaahh was on a roll! ahahahahah i guess that shows how mortal I am!

fox, yes the wheels are beauracracy turn ever so slowly and a bunch of liberal lawyers have ruined just about everything which goes to processing anything governmental.

Believe me, I delved and lived in C.F.R.’s, U.S.C.’s, DA Pams, AR’s, AF’s, and just about every other government regulation you can imagine.THEY ARE CONVOLUTED!

  163. rosehips says:

    and hello warrant and belle!

  164. Foxwood says:

Rose, I don’t concede we need healthcare, because I’ve always believed we need it. I just don’t believe in Government run single payer healthcare. The Government can’t run anything efficiently or low cost. I also don’t believe that we have to cut all taxes from the Government. Even though I think we need limited Government, the limited government has to run.

What can be done to give all Americans (not the world) healthcare is to cut the Government to the bone. No earmarks, no pork, no automatic pay raises for politicians, limit the Government to what the Constitution necessitates. Make the Government do what it’s supposed to do, and that’s to defend our people and guard our boarders.

The money saved is then used for Medicare for those that need it. Not to require everyone to have it. If I don’t want healthcare, I shouldn’t have to pay for it. Obama is going to require it, violating my Constitutional rights. Then if I want to get private healthcare from my employer, I can get that.

I’m not heartless. I’m just not Communist. Part of the private healthcare systems problem is, dare I say, Government. Private healthcare is given requirements to fulfill with a bureaucracy to oversee these requirements. Government knows nothing but how to skim money. So to say the problem is profit is wrong and right. The profiteer is Government.

When the private industry makes profit, they use that profit to discover new medicines and procedure in medicine. You take out the incitive to make money, you take out the incitive to discover new methods. It’s basic economics. Greed is good. Communism removes greed, therefor incentive. Medicine is rationed, lines grow, people die. Communism seem fair, feels good, but is really… bad.

I did tell you they don’t teach economics, history, or the Constitution in school? That’s why we are where we are. Just so you know.

  165. ohiobelle says:

Foxwood wrote: It’s stuff like that, that makes the country divided. How the hell did we let Communism creep into this country. It’s that crap that will start a civil war.

I agree with you 100%! Why is everybody allowing this to happen??? It’s so depressing to see our country go down this path. It’s almost like the far left are all Commies by the way they embrace these policies. It is such a helpless feeling.

  166. jcscuba says:

Back to Letterman and Sarah Palin. Zigler hit it out of the park, the “Contessa” asked the usual inane questions, then she terns his comments as though he were attacking her when in fact he was having a good ole time ripping MSLSD, then she had to “cut the mike please” Only fools and idiots watch that channel.

  167. Foxwood says:

    Pleased to meet you jcscuba.

    You scuba for Christ?

  168. rosehips says:

warranton, I googled for the world’s healthiest countries and found this from Forbes:
    World’s Healthiest Countries
Allison Van Dusen and Ana Patricia Ferrey 04.08.08, 12:01 AM ET
There are lots of reasons to envy residents of Northern Europe. Each day they get to take in raw, dramatic landscapes, stunning architecture and world-class shopping.

But, more important, they know a thing or two about health and wellness.

Forbes.com has found that the region is home to some of the world’s healthiest countries, including top-ranking Iceland, Sweden and Finland.

Others that fared well include Germany, Switzerland, Australia, Denmark, Canada, Austria and the Netherlands.
“Historically, these countries had an ethic of having more of a nationalized health care system,” says Kate Schecter, a program officer for the American International Health Alliance, a nonprofit that works to advance global health by helping nations with limited resources build sustainable infrastructure. “There’s this mentality that health care should be a given right for citizens.”

oh btw, the US was 11th.

  169. karmahd says:

Rose gotta run and hit the POOL yipieee, but my point is, government has too much red tape and constituancies to feed, they never come in under budget, they never have run a successful business. I do not trust them to run health care, take away the incentive for law suits and you will reduce the cost of health care, this should never be a mandate! Hell look at medicare, bing that one as to the losses!!!

  170. karmahd says:

Check it out Rose and everyone else, NOTE I did not read the entire PDF

It’s my first day of summer vacation!

  172. ohiobelle says:

    welcome jcscuba.

Rosehips, look what our government did to the housing market. Do you really trust them with healthcare?

  173. Foxwood says:

    Commie crap again Rose.

  174. rosehips says:

hello jcscuba, yes he really spanked Contessa. Unfortunately there is noone here who will stand up for her, so the debate is a big yawn. She lacks the cojones to spar with that beast.

  175. Foxwood says:

She craps her Commie spew and leaves.

  176. Foxwood says:

Kinda like Contessa, Cut the mic.

  177. rosehips says:

belle, I think it is possible for the gov’t to improve on what we have. Our health should not be a commodity to be exploited.

When I live up on the Canadian border, I did not have health insurance for a number of years. In fact I never had insurance from the age of 19 until into my 30’s.
I had a doctor in Canada. My husband had surgery in Canada. I found the care to be on par with what I have had in the US.

They charged me about $30 for an office visit. What does an office visit cost in the States?

  178. ohiobelle says:

See I don’t watch Letterman because he’s a has been. Conan O’Brien is the show to watch. He is funny as hell.

  179. Foxwood says:

Big GOVERNMENT is what got us here Rose. Housing? They did so good on that. I’m not talking Obama dear. They all did it.

Government run healthcare has NEVER worked. Ask a vet, I KNOW THE INDIAN HOSPITAL AND HOUSING WELL

The government can’t get shit right. Regulating toilets? How stupid is that?

Go live in Sweden dear. I hear drugs are still legal also.

  180. rosehips says:

foxy, lol. I love it when you call me a commie. Do you have a photo of Joe McCarthy hanging above your bed?

  181. rosehips says:

ok, see y’all later. gotta cut the mike. times flying cuz I’m having soooooo much fun!

  182. Foxwood says:

You keep on spewing it, I’ll keep rebutting it.

  183. Foxwood says:

I say it because it’s true Rose.

  184. ohiobelle says:

Rosehips, I see what you are saying but our government has failed at almost every level. I see only failure if our government gets involved with health care. Universal Health Care will not work in the United States.

  185. VotingFemale says:

She is our favorite commie hippy girl!

    hugs to Rosie O’Hips

  186. Foxwood says:

See Rose, that’s the school indoctrination talking. If you’ve been indoctrinated, you’ll never know it. I figured it out Rose. That’s why I’ve changed.

  187. ohiobelle says:

    Bye Bye Rose.

Fox, did we chase everybody off?? lol

  188. Foxwood says:

She’s only saying it Belle, to piss me off.

  189. ohiobelle says:

    haha..

I agree with you 100% about health care. I have little to no faith in our government.

  190. Foxwood says:

    Back to fun time.

  191. Foxwood says:

Belle, did you see the link to Safeway?

I’m going to make my rant an article.

  192. ohiobelle says:

Universal Health Care will end up just like Medicare and Medicaid. Another example of high levels of fraud, waste and abuse by our government.

  193. Foxwood says:

Damn… I just made Rose my muse?

  194. ohiobelle says:

Fox wrote: Belle, did you see the link to Safeway?

Fox, I didn’t see that link.

  195. ohiobelle says:

Did that guy ever apologize for the copy and paste smear??

  196. Foxwood says:

Belle, yes, he gave me credit for the post.

  197. Foxwood says:

Ok… best I can, I’m not going to get frustrated next time Rose makes a commie post.

Rose? Did we make Obama king?

  198. ohiobelle says:

    That was a great link!!

I wish my health care insurance was like my dental insurance. Every six months I get a free cleaning and it prevents cavities. I wish my doc would give me a free check up every six months!! That would help. lol

I am glad he did the right thing.

  199. ohiobelle says:

See you and I could sit here and probably figure out a better solution to health care reform in 30 minutes. Lower the cost and free check ups every 6 months. There done! No need for Universal Health Care.

  200. ohiobelle says:

Foxwood wrote: Rose? Did we make Obama king?

    He’s our Czar.. lol

  201. Foxwood says:

If we ran Health insurance like car insurance, it would me MUCH better.

  202. ohiobelle says:

How about this idea… if you are healthy and didn’t need to use your health insurance but paid into it then you get some of your money back at the end of the year.

  203. Foxwood says:

Czar is right, or dictator, which is what they were called during FDRs admin.

O runs the country like a dictator with his Communist government. All that’s left are the death camps, but that’s coming with Socialized healthcare.

  204. ohiobelle says:

Foxwood wrote: O runs the country like a dictator with his Communist government. All that’s left are the death camps, but that’s coming with Socialized healthcare.

AHHH SO TRUE!!! I think Obama suffers from Narcissistic Personality Disorder!!

  205. Foxwood says:

“How about this idea… if you are healthy and didn’t need to use your health insurance but paid into it then you get some of your money back at the end of the year.”

Won’t happen with government run healthcare. Government never gives money back.

  206. ohiobelle says:

    True.

Foxwood wrote: Won’t happen with government run healthcare. Government never gives money back.

What about a standard cost program? I had blood test done a few months ago and it cost $650.00! They were only testing for Hypertension! Why so much money?? I think blood test should cost $50.00!

  207. Foxwood says:

A little religious sole right out of the Bible.

Listen Rose, it has some wisdom.

God does say greed, property, and war are necessary and not necessarily evil. It’s just a song, but it’s in the Bible.

  208. ohiobelle says:

    Here is my program:

    blood test $50
    urine sample $25
    pap $65
    broken bone $125

You get the idea. It would look like a restaurant menu.. lol

  209. Foxwood says:

“What about a standard cost program? I had blood test done a few months ago and it cost $650.00! They were only testing for Hypertension! Why so much money?? I think blood test should cost $50.00!”

That’s price gouging, but I’m not gonna let Rose tell me it wouldn’t have happened with Federal control.

  210. ohiobelle says:

See that would cut the cost for those that don’t have insurance. The doctor will have a credit card to be used in the doctors office only for those that can’t pay.

  211. ohiobelle says:

Okay there is a little gouging in my plan.. lol

    What’s a little gouging.. haha

  212. Foxwood says:

Gotta nother good book for you to read Rose. It’s called the Communist Manifesto. You think I’m funny calling your retorts Communist spew. Your spewing the Communist Manifesto. I might be funny, but I know what I’m saying.

  213. Foxwood says:

I would bring up the gouging issue with your insurance. I’ve never payed that much for a blood test.

  214. ohiobelle says:

Here is how we reform health care. We start by getting rid of everything on this list! lol

    Types of Medical Fraud

“Phantom Billing” – Billing for tests not performed.

    Performing inappropriate or unnecessary procedures.

    Charging for equipment/supplies never ordered.

Billing Medicare/Medicaid for new equipment but providing the patient used equipment.

Billing Medicare/Medicaid for expensive equipment but providing the patient cheap equipment.

A drug or equipment supplier completing a Certificate of Medical Necessity (CMN) instead of the physician.

“Reflex testing” – Automatically running a test whenever the results of some other test fall within a certain range, even though the reflex test was not requested by a physician.

“Defective Testing” – When a test or part of a test was not performed because of technical trouble (ie: insufficient or destroyed sample, machine malfunction) but is billed for anyway.

“Code Jamming” – Laboratories inserting or “jamming” fake diagnosis codes to get Medicare/Medicaid coverage.

Offering free services or supplies in exchange for your Medicare or Medicaid number.

“Unbundling” – Using two or more Current Procedural Terminology (“CPT”) billing codes instead of one inclusive code for a defined panel where rules and regulations require “bundling” of such claims. Submitting multiple bills, in order to obtain a higher reimbursement for tests and services that were performed within a specified time period and which should have been submitted as a single bill.

“Double Billing” — charging more than once for the same service, for example by billing using an individual code and again as part of an automated or bundled set of tests.

“Up Coding” – Inflating bills by using diagnosis billing codes that indicate the patient experienced medical complications and/or needed more expensive treatments. (eg., billing for complex services when only simple services were performed, billing for brand-named drugs when generic drugs were provided, listing treatment as having been for a more complicated diagnosis than was actually the case.)

“Phantom Employees” – Expensing employees or hours worked that do not exist.

“Improper Cost Reports” — Submitting false cost reports seeking higher Medicare reimbursements than permitted by actual facts.

Providing substandard nursing home care and seeking Medicare reimbursement.

    Routinely waiving patient co-payments.

  215. ohiobelle says:

Foxwood wrote: I would bring up the gouging issue with your insurance. I’ve never paid that much for a blood test.

I did and my doctor was surprised. I am supposed to get another test but she is still looking into this matter and wants to hold off until she gets answers from them.

  216. ohiobelle says:

The list above is why Medicare and Medicaid have failed.

  217. ohiobelle says:

I don’t think our government could do any better with Universal Health Care.

  218. Foxwood says:

Belle Wrote”I did and my doctor was surprised. I am supposed to get another test but she is still looking into this matter and wants to hold off until she gets answers from them.”

So you have to suffer in the meantime?

Don’t tell me that don’t happen with Government run services, Rose.

  219. ohiobelle says:

No I took care of the bill. It wasn’t even Hypertension.. it was my blood pressure and that didn’t need a $650 dollar test to determine. I guess you have to get tested just to find out but forget getting tested over and over for something I already had done once.

  220. ohiobelle says:

I like to refer to it as PSS.. Political Stress Syndrome! lol

  221. rose, ok girl I stand corrected sorta, Ha ha, check this out. http://www.who.int/whosis/whostat/EN_WHS09_Table1.pdf
My point being America has wonderful doctors, etc. with people living longer, etc. plus my brother has been all over asia and in many countries it’s hard to even breath the air it’s so polluted. So, I don’t see health care going up because of pollution, etc. The USA needs to be energy independant and we have our own reserves for that but the tree huggers and climate wackjobs use scare tactics and oppression to keep us from becomng energy independant. Nuclear power is the way to go any way, it’s clean and not dangerous any more with all the NRC reg’s etc. designed to protect americans. gotta go bbl.

  222. Foxwood says:

Been in and out. Getting ready for my kids tomorrow. I cook on the grill every Sunday.

  223. ohiobelle says:

Well my husband and I are getting ready to head out. He and I are going hiking so I probably won’t be back for a few hours.

It was nice talking to you Foxwood. Have a nice night.

Hi FOX – in from the yard for some water then back to the salt mines.

ROSE – I read your comment from earlier:

“hello jcscuba, yes he really spanked Contessa. Unfortunately there is noone here who will stand up for her, so the debate is a big yawn. She lacks the cojones to spar with that beast.” You may have been quoting someone else – I just grabbed this.

Rose: Responsibly and respectively I say unto you – she that goeth on air with preconceived ideas about a guest will always be surprisethed. Seriously, her manner; her tone – far before things got out of hand – were obnoxious. You know me to be pragmatic but this woman makes me phlegmatic. She had all the excitement of overcooked cold pasta. She only got interesting when she waxed unprofessional. She was clearly over her head both intellectually and as a professional journalist. She just does not have the skillset needed to query subjects in a studied, respectful manner no matter the interviewee. She lost control of the sh0w not by default but through her own inadequacies that were in full bloom when she asked for the plug to be pulled. It was kindergarten with a capital “K.” She really needs to be fired. If that is the benchmark for MSNBC reporting talent then I will not be watching anytime soon.

  228. hahahahahaah, sorry guys you know my passion here, however duty calls. so, I just have to get while the getting is good! hahaahhah when I can get it! ahahahah
and thanks to all you people that help me fight the good fight on my blog, because I just have too many irons in the fire! haahahah bbl

    Hey Ohiobelle!

  229. samhenry says:

Rose – a good interviewer will not sit there like a stick when someone is obviously trying to bait her. She will go with the flow and not dismiss his remarks but make comebacks that are both intelligent and bring out the lighter side of the debate. Whenever debates turn dark best not turn defensive.

  230. samhenry says:

WG slow down a little and smell – your colleagues here. You are really jet-propelled. Honestly gas up here is now $2.89 a gallon for that mid trade stuff. 248. samhenry says:

Hi Fox and M2 – quick check in here.

M2 said AHHH SO TRUE!!! I think Obama suffers from Narcissistic Personality Disorder!!

How’d you make such an accurate diagnosis. Even his speech patterns are studied. I’ll bet he is up all night practicing in front of a mirror. It’s the nicotine gum or whatever “flavor” it is that he chews all over the world and in sacred historic places that gets me fuming in a corner. Come on, inside the great Pyramid at Giza?” Hey did the Secret Service check to make sure he didn’t leave it on the wall? The man is an OBAMINATION. He really took me for a ride. Well, I guess if he hadn’t come along somebody would have invented him.

  249. rosehips says:

sh, I agree with your assessment below. She struck me as weak. I have never seen her otherwise, so I don’t know if that was normal for her.
    did I overlook this?

sh said: Rose: Responsibly and respectively I say unto you – she that goeth on air with preconceived ideas about a guest will always be surprisethed.

  250. rosehips says:

hey everybody. I just got home. anyone around? I am going to look at comments and perhaps respond…

  251. samhenry says:

I just wrote to the Prez on his White House website. It was a catalog of complaints. If just one little staffer gets it I will be happy and it will be an honor to be placed on some kind of watch list. His pattern of pleasure during a depression and two wars is just revolting. And tonight we learn that Six Flags Theme Parks has filed for bankruptcy. That’s not only a lot of adult seasonal work gone but work for kids to help pay for their college. I’ll go grumbling off to bed now. I should have gone to a movie.

  252. samhenry says:

Rose – I’ve thought about the MSNBC thing off and on as I mowed the lawn – trying to get to the bottom of – was she at fault – was he? I have come down on the side of the role of an interviewer. You don’t inject yourself into the fray. That is how you maintain control of the interview. I don’t care if Altilla (“Al”) the Hun sat down in the guest chair, she should have handled it without wigging out. Victory would have been saying “thank you very much I’m sorry we have to take a break now.” That was always an option for her but she reached for the power tools. Clearly, no matter how monstrous he was, she lost the day.

  253. samhenry says:

EGAD, Rose, I had just written a comment to you about the MSNBC thing.

  254. samhenry says:

Rose – did you do anything interesting today. Break my little jealous east coast heart.

  255. Foxwood says:

Been whistling this all day since I play Leon’s version, here is the original.

  256. rosehips says:

sorry sh. I was listening to all the music and making dinner. I just ate some nachos and am drinking a Henry weinhard’s.

I did have an interesting afternoon. I went to the November Coalition monthly meeting. They are my landlords. They work on drug policy reform. you can find out more about them at http://november.org

I have volunteered to go to the courthouse and get the dockets for upcoming trials. We are going to sit in on some of the drug trials and monitor how the judges are ruling. We feel that the local judges, prosecuters and defense lawyers etc need to be educated about current drug policy. Many people in this area now have medical marijuana endorsements because we passed a referendum last year and medical mj is legal. But the local law enforcement doesn’t know how to act and there is a real need to educate on all levels. That’s what we hope to do.
of course, as a paralegal student, this is very interesting to me and will help me to understand the law better.

vf and foxy, I am so enjoying your musical choices on so many levels. I enjoyed it all!

Music is a great equalizer, ain’t it?

  257. rosehips says:

I liked that version foxy. and I like leon russell too. very soulful man.

  259. Foxwood says:

A poo poo plater of Leon…

  260. samhenry says:

Never had a poo poo platter of tunes before, FOX. I like your presentation. And of course the food tie-in. I could do with a good poo poo platter right about now.

  261. samhenry says:

Rose – thank you very much for the reference to the November thing. I believe strongly in everything they do. I have book marked the page. When I get a job I will definitely make a donation. You are into some interesting stuff – and food. Geeze am I hungry and it’s late. Should I rev up the batty lady mobile and ride, ride, ride? OR should I stay home and have a tuna sandwich and try to lose weight? Not fair. The terrible tuna wins.

  262. rosehips says:

just love leon. loved every minute foxy. now I should go watch my redbox movie and maybe icepack my back. I am very whiny about my back because it is a rare event that I put it out. I usually go to the chiropractor after I hurt my back and then everything is better within a couple-three days.

    thanks for the tunes! ciao!

  263. Foxwood says:

Might try acupuncture. I’m a big believer.

  264. samhenry says:

Nite, FOX. When I turn out the lights here, the head of the local deer herd moves his people in here and they much on my neighbors veggie garden and then come to my place for some tasty hosta. It is very active here 24-7.

  265. rosehips says:

lol sh. don’t eat too much tuna. it’s loaded with mercury.

I am focusing less on food these days. ya gotta break your addiction to unhealthy foods. Eat less. Exercise more.

  266. rosehips says:

sh, nora, my landlord, told me they once counted 48 deer in my yard, when she lived here. I live close to a wildlife refuge and sometimes there are little herds of deer, but what she claims is hard to fathom. I will keep an eye out and get a vid if I can. I once did a cool ireport on a buck and a doe in my yard one morning. I took footage from my window and then ran out and got them taking off out of my garden. It was pretty cool.

  267. samhenry says:

Sad for me you’re right, Rose. I didn’t realize all tuna was loaded with mercury. I thought it was just the – oh well, so I’m loaded with mercury.

  268. samhenry says:

Thanks for those lullabies – zzthe best.

  276. samhenry says:

Drat it FOX, I hate clowns – they are always evil in my mind – ever since childhood. “They creep me out” as that ad on tv put forth in the mouth of that baby sitting in front of a computer trading stocks with one lurking in the background. So there was Leon Russell in clown makeup on the cover of one of my favorite songs in your poo poo group of tunes on a platter. I went to bed with it in my head and lo, I had a dream that this clown had an army of little clowns like the little people that tied poor Gulliver up. They were really evil. They tried to exhort money from me and then threatened my life. I went to this very tall protective local attorney I know and he swore to protect me. I do sort of like him. Then I woke up. I guess at my age and at my weight that the only hope of linkage will be either in dreams or in the nursing home when some poor guy with dementia wanders into my room nights and thinks I am the most beautiful thing he has ever seen. And he won’t be a clown! But he may be humming a Leon Russell tune. My aunt has Alzheimer’s. She was lucky before dementia and is lucky afterward. She has a husband she is not sure about. She says to his picture “that man shows up every week and says we’re married but I don’t think so.” We all know the guy down the hall visits her nights. Sadly her husband knows. Ah well, at least she has adjusted to life at the home. The things one has to adjust to in life. I guess that’s why I love a good fiction in life not in novels. Hate novels; love history and biography. Why? I deal with some kind of fiction or other with my family and in dreams and I’m not clowning around! Well this is my early morning dance on the bare blog. Dogs got me up again. Birds get them up. I like a quiet winter when I’m sleeping.

  277. samhenry says:

Rose – I eat bad food before I go to bed nights – that may be the engine that fuels dreams about evil doers. But in my waking moments I realize I AM the evil doer. It all comes from a cranky crevice in the gray matter I haul around. This is why I eat bad stuff – to escape this knowledge. So you see, it is a never ending saga.

  278. samhenry says:

IMO I think John Ziegler smokes bad stuff; I think the Contessa should.

  279. samhenry says:

    Dear Barack Odrama

I have just checked in with China Daily on the web. Even the Chinese commies ( ok so China Daily while distributed throughout China is more Hong Kong than Beijing) respect the Queen more than you do. 7 pictures of the trouping of the colors during her official birthday yesterday. However the image of the bear skin hatted soldiers does not compare favorable with Korean menacing goose stepping troops.

  280. samhenry says:

One last early morning note. Here is the shape of things to come under Obama:

    Russian Headlines this AM

Admiral Abramovich launches his £300million mega-yachtski: The world’s biggest (and it even has its own submarine)

    By Mail Foreign Service

It is the biggest private yacht in existence and comes with a missile-detection system, two helipads, a luxury spa, swimming pool and a miniature submarine. His latest baby is the Eclipse, a 557-footer reported to have cost a staggering £300million.

But when you’re Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich, only the most ostentatious displays of wealth will do.

Russia’s richest man has flourished under president Vladimir Putin, with critics saying he used his government ties to take over former state-owned assests and reap the profits for personal use.
    ******************************************

OK lets get down to brass tacks:

    1) This man made his financial mark via taking over former state-owned assets. Well, Obama seems to be garnering a few here.
    2) In the extreme, this illustrates the vast gulf between the proletariat and the upper, government connected class.
    3) The Admiral has several special features on this his 5th yacht (he will keep the other 4) listed above. How in the world did he obtain an anti-missle system AND a mini sub?

So add the above to my view that class distinctions rather than being on the decline are very much alive. And in Russia, nowhere is the gap between rich and poor more evident than at the top of this heap apparently authorized by Putin. I wonder how many shares of the oil company Abramovitch owns Putin has?

Morning all, never made the movies!!! Maybe tonight.

Dateline 6/14/09 The world theater is heating up, we now have acceleration of numerous unstable fronts, oddly enough these previous hot spots were simmering but since the election of the new administration are now on full blown raging fire. Issues in Iran, North Korea, Afghanistan, Iraq, Israel are now at critical mass, our new president chooses to address these issues by pushing his health care plan and the media outlets who have been and are in the back pocket of the Washington group of liberals fail to address these growing firestorms. The media and the new administration are downplaying the severity of the global instability, to further ingrain there socialist form of government.

Dateline 12/01/2012, little life survived the nuclear war after Iran and Isreal fired off multiple nuclear attacks, the remaining members of the Obama administration sent by carrier pigeon there new plan to socialize apparel, one side note today’s book burning will be held at you local food depot, remember one biscut per family, and two glasses of water, and always remember, “this is change we can believe in”

  286. rosehips says:

Heaven help us if we enter into a nuclear war.

foxy, I wanted you to know that I did read the article on Safeway and their health care incentives for their employees. I think they are doing a great thing by encouraging weight loss and smoking cessation. I was instrumental in getting my company to subsidize gym membershps for our employees and we could even have the membership fees deducted from our paychecks. But so few people took advantage of the offer that the gym stopped offering group discounts. Most of the people who worked there were smokers too.

I notice that my local Safeway does have thinner workers, but a few are missing teeth. I attributed the low weights and dental deficits to meth use. I also think Safeway pays less. But I do commend them for their progressive philosophy about preventative health care. I found this article on cnn.com about how tough small businesses have it. The costs of insuring their employees has risen so much, it’s just about cost prohibitive.

We moved closer to the first strike use of nuclear weapons by sociopath enemies of humanity the day Obama was elected.

If there are no perceived nuclear consequences in store for a Nuclear Armed Nation to use their nuclear weapons on others then there is no reason for them not to use them.

For Obama to take the position and to publicly state that under no circumstances would he use nuclear weapons was, in my opinion, a hostile act against the safety of the USA and the world.

This guy is a loose cannon.

  301. rosehips says:

karma, I want to respond to the post article but I also want to say something about healthcare. I don’t think there is a solution that everyone could live with. Medical technology has become so advanced and expensive. My mom tells me of astronomical bills that some doctors charge to Medicare. They do unnecessary procedures and charge the gov’t inflated prices. You are right about tort reform. It will help if doctor’s weren’t so worried about lawsuits that they go overboard with their tests. Malpractice insurance is forcing costs up. There are many ethical issues surrounding health care. How much can the gov’t spend on keeping old people alive and replacing all of their joints and organs etc. I don’t know how anybody could afford the procedures without insurance. There are so many unhealthy people. Obesity is an epidemic. That really needs to change. I don’t see how the insurance industry really can profit, but I know they do. Medical technology has gotten out of hand. We are too advanced and we have priced ourselves out of the market.

A little off topic, the Spokane Shriners Hospital might close its doors. I actually haven’t heard if they did or not. The Shriner’s lost something like $3.5 billion in the recession. Ouch! I wonder if they got taken by Madoff.
But the funny thing is they are closing Spokane because it is underused. They employ 170 people with an operating budget of $17 million but only average 6 patients a night in their inpatient ward. I don’t get it. They built a new hospital that opened in 1991 at a cost of $22 million. Jonah was born in 1990, so most of his visits were all in the new hospital. All the care they provide is done for free if you have no insurance. Jonah had several surgeries to lengthen his leg, stop the growth in his other leg, and then to replace his acl ligament and spent many nights in their hospital. They have apartments right next door that families can use and parents can sleep in the rooms with their kids too. I cannot speak highly enough about the Shriner’s Hospital in Spokane. I am so saddened to see it close. I know that in a past ireport I questioned the Masons and I realize Shriner’s is affiliated with the Masons. It even sparked a debate that got Janeinmaine and mimi banned. I wonder whatever happened to mimi. She was interesting.
if you’re interested here’s an article about the closure: http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/localnews/2009027543_webshriners12.html

  302. rosehips says:

wow, sorry for writing so much! geesh.

  303. Foxwood says:

    Thank you Rose.

  304. rosehips says:

    and about the post article.

I want to plan an action for sometime when Bradley has his dinners overlooking the Potomac. We will canoe up to where they can see us and then undrape a big banner about the pollution in the Potomac. My friend Christopher Swain is swimming in the Atlantic from Boston and will eventually reach D.C. in the Potomac. That will be quite the accomplishment and I hope he swims up to shore while Rahm is eating his kobi prime rib. lol.

I think there should be a tea party organized to coincide with one of those dinners as well. hahaha

  305. karmahd says:

Rose, please understand me, I am not against health care, I am against the government running it. I look at it this way, if I can get a new truck by shopping the market where competition has established a price for the product as opposed to being forced (I am aware the proposed plan is optional) to take or subsidize a government run medical program, I choose choice.

Our government is corrupt, not just the current administration, our government, in saying this I am making the statement that I do not trust the government has our interests at heart, and to hand over to the government our basic well being is a huge mistake IMO.

As to the Shriners, not enough good can be said about that group, they have helped millions.

  306. rosehips says:

    and hello sami

  307. karmahd says:

I am really starting to like what this guy is saying, he has been minimized as a renegade, but he supports term limits, (although he has served since the 70’s) but his economic synopsis is dead on per my economic understanding. Hmmm maybe time to take this guy a little more seriously?

  308. karmahd says:

Biden is going to be retracting his comments by 1 today, I just watched him on Meet the Press, oh my god, watch the news outlets for this one. Biden “I am not sure the Iranian election has spoken yet” or something like that, he will be retracting that LOL

  309. karmahd says:

Time to go, see you all later, Karma

  310. Foxwood says:

I agree Karma, and I was thanking Rose, because the changes she suggests in healthcare are sensible.

  311. rosehips says:

well, I have been very fortunate to be on subsidized health insurance through the State of Washington. They were charging me $180. at first when I lost my insurance from my job and it took a lot of paperwork to get it down to $30 which is what they are charging me now. That is dirt cheap but I haven’t even used it myself. My son gets free medical but he has used it minimally.
The State just announced that they decided instead of cutting thousands of people off our Basic Health plan because of drastic budget cuts, they are now going to raise all of our premiums drastically. That’s fine by me. I can’t complain as long as I don’t have to pay more than $100/mo. I don’t know how people can pay the thousands of dollars a typical policy costs. I am just fortunate that I have insurance and haven’t had to use it much. oh geesh, here I ramble on again…

  312. rosehips says:

later karma! I need to go soak my back and maybe watch a movie or read my book. talk ta ya later foxy.

  313. VotingFemale says:
